Percy put together a Chinese Steam Shower and hung a heavy Chinese glass sink without the help of instructions. The shower required tearing out the old tiled stall, putting in sheet rock, and hooking up electrical and plumbing. A very difficult job as the shower stall had to be built in the bathroom and slid into place. Virtually no one in this area had ever heard of a steam shower and didn’t want to take on the job. Percy also installed vent fans in the kitchen and bathroom.There is a lot to like about Percy’s work. Let me numerate them:1, He is a licensed plumber, electrician, and builder. I didn’t have to callother professionals tocomplete the work.2. He finished the job even though a shower part was defective and wehad to wait several weeks to get it.3. He cleaned up and took away demolition materials.4. His original quote for the work was very reasonable.All in all, I would definitely hire Percy Again!

I called Percy in October 2023 for an estimate to tear up an old floor and install about 500 square feet of tile flooring. He came that Saturday to take measurements and had the quote just hours later. He was ready in less than 3 weeks to start work!Percy is very good at communicating any issues that may come up during his work. He always keeps you in the loop. This job took longer than he expected, but he didn’t hesitate to let me know and he finished it up in a timely manner. I waited to post this review to make sure his work was going to hold up, and after almost 3 months I have no complaints. He is priced very fairly and does very good work.I recommend Percy for small or big jobs, and I will be using him for any home repair needs in the future.

I would highly recommend Percy Franco, he responded within an hour of my leaving a message. He not only was very professional, but took the time to explain step by step what he would be doing to refinish our basement and to install a new shower stall. The quality of his work is expectational. He is very reasonable in price, always on time and by days end when he was done for the day he would leave the work space he was working on neat and tidy. He truly knows what he is doing, I would say he is a gem, he does it all construction, plumbing and electrical work. I definitely am calling him back to do more work for us. You wont be disappointed.

We hired Mr. Franco to fix a botched job somebody else did and he did a phenomenal job. He came right over for an estimate, explained what was needed, asked for our preferences. Came back the next day did the work to a level of quality beyond our expectations. Everything looks amazing and was done efficiently. We were so pleased with the quality of his work that we opted to get estimates for some other items around the house that we were interested in getting and he’ll be back tomorrow to complete these new jobs we asked him about today. Truly grateful we found a reliable, honest, well priced, quality handyman for our old home and it’s difficult needs.

He is honest and will tell you what will work best and what will not work. He gave us suggestions to improve small things around the house. I am thrilled to have found Mr. Franco. It is very difficult to find contractors for small jobs. Mr. Franco didnt hesitate when I first called. Came within one day of my call to give me a quote which was very reasonable. I needed pvc board to be placed over existing wood. It needed to be notched to fit around a deck post. He arrived when he said he would and completed the job with perfection. I will definitely hire Mr. Franco again.

After an hour of digging a hole to find pipes, he told us our leak was under concrete and still gave us a free estimate for the work to fix it. I will absolutely be using Percy Francos Home Improvement Service again. He worked around our schedule, visited the house to give us a quote on a half bathroom vanity and toilet installation. He was extremely thorough in explaining what was needed for the job and how he was going to execute it. He spoke in a way that was clear and made sense to the average not so handy person. He went above and beyond noting areas that also needed replacing that we had forgotten - like the floor to wall trim and the light fixture from the 70s. He quoted a very reasonable and honest price. We purchased the pieces needed and was able to schedule the work within one weeks time. He accurately quoted 4 hours to complete the work. When he was done he walked me through the project, ensuring I knew both the toilet and sink were working and there were no leaks. His work was quality and we are very happy to have him return for other projects.
