Roof looks amazing, had a few snags along the way with the county but nothing I didn’t expect due to previous experiences with prior remodels. They show up when they say they will. Two of my neighbors also used them and were very pleased. Good warranty. Price was reasonable with other quotes. Could’ve gone with someone cheaper but you get what you pay and wanted a reputable company that had been in business for years in Miami Dade.

After reading reviews of roofing companies it was scary to hire anyone! There are negative and positive reviews on every roofer. Del Sol was recommended to us by friends, and had the fewest negative reviews, so we took our chances with them.I give 4 stars because we are happy with the work they did. The roof looks great. It doesn’t leak. However, I do take away 1 star for a few reasons.One, the job took much longer than it was supposed to, and not just because of weather.Two, several “crews” come out to the house for different jobs. The first crew was very considerate and clean. But, several crews after that would leave their trash in our yard. I spoke to the crew manager and our salesman several times about this. I really don’t think that I should be cleaning up the trash of people I’m paying to do a job. There would be water bottles, Gatorade bottles, soda cans, and cigarette butts in the yard and pool almost everyday. I try to not make too big of a deal out of this, as it is very hard to get good quality workers these days. But it did cost them a star.Three, the roofers left a lot of tar on both my front porch tiles, and my backyard travertine tiles. We had to ask for weeks for them to come out to clean it up. I thought it was finally done, but I’m discovering more that I’m going to have to clean myself.Finally, the company was calling us to sign off on the job so that they could get paid when the final inspection had not passed. There were still a lot of nails and roofing debris around the yard that should have been cleaned up. But, since we signed off before we knew that the final inspection hadn’t passed, we were left to clean those things up ourselves. That’s on us. We shouldn’t have assumed that just because they were demanding their money that the inspection had passed.All in all, we are happy with the job they did, hence the 4 stars. I include the details of our experience to help others with their choice. I would hire Del Sol again, but I would be a little more careful about some things.

We recently worked with Del Sol Roofing to complete the re-roofing of my Dads home and the entire process was awesome. Raul of Del Sol was our main contact and a pleasure to deal with as he had answers to all of our questions while Amy from the office coordinated the entire project efficiently and as promised. The re-roofing job looks great and everything went smoothly. The workers were all respectful and all was handled professionally. We definitely recommend Del Sol Roofing for your roofing needs.

Working with Del Sol roofing was one of the best decision we made while renovating our house; no stress, or hidden prices (if additional repairs/materials are needed, you will have a list price in your contract), fair price, just a seamless process. Leo, our sales person, was professional and always on time. The office staff always available and professional. But I really want to emphasize on the job the roofers do; in my opinion, they are the ones that make the company shine. These gentlemen always arrived early in the morning, worked fast and well, they were always courteous, and it didnt matter the mess that happened during the day, by 5pm, my front and backyard were always clean, spotless. Both of our inspection passed in the first attempt. I have already recommended them to other friends. Its rare in the construction industry to find a company that will not stress you. Orlando came out to give me an estimate on replacing my flat roof. We have a lot of oak trees on the property and it make access to the roof from the driveway difficult. Orlando was honest and told me that it would be a very difficult job for a traditional flat roof and very expensive. He suggested I call some larger roofing companies that do Sprayed Foam or some of the other roofing systems used on more commercial buildings. He wanted the job, but he was honest and I appreciated that.

I have to say that overall from the salesman to the timeliness of the workers to the communication and courtesy from the lady calling to ensure everything was running smoothly and even the friendly and convenient courier.. they were on pointThe only reason I didn’t give a full 5 (I would have given another half if I could) is because like all general contractors sometimes they forget that we “civilians “ don’t always understand the terminology and sometimes things have to really be broken down in a way that makes more sense. This has happened and few times already where I guess the salesperson doesn’t really explain things thoroughly or maybe it’s a misunderstanding or the contract is not 100% clear. Please just make sure you go through EVERYTHING beforehand and ask questions regarding even the minimal fine print. Surprises are sure to arise once the job begins. Don’t get me wrong they don’t do ANYTHING without running it by you and consulting you first. But if something is not clear in the contract you really can’t say they didn’t warn you. It’s there, but you have to understand what you’re reading or you may get a rather curt and impatient manager on the phone basically talking to you like you’re a nut job for not understanding his lingo. Anyways great job.. very professional and reasonably priced. Trust me.. I did my homework for almost a year after Irma!

I just had my old shingles roof replaced by Del Sol Roofing Enterprises, Inc. with a new GAF Dimensional shingles roof. I dealt with Leonardo Moreno who provided me with the estimate. Leonardo took his time to explain me the options I had and gave me his professional advice as to what might be the best choices for my roof. I opted for the GAF Dimensional shingles and adding two GAF solar powered roof vents to keep my house cool during the Miamis summers. I was very pleased with Leonardos responsible and very professional service, and with the respectful and timely responses I received from the offices staff and their roof workers. The office staff called me every morning to confirm the workers would be coming, and the workers were alway on time. My experience with them was well beyond my expectations. Leo Moreno was true to his word that in two weeks I will have a new roof. I was hesitant first because I am having a bad experience with my pool contractor that time and till now that kept promising but no results.Price was reasonable for my Metal Roof. The Roofers were polite, professional, organized and skilled with their craft.On the other hand, at their office, Sue and other staff were so helpful and accommodating especially Sue that she would even stop her lunch when I gave the payment.Over all, my Wife, Kids and I were so grateful that we know this company for their great quality work and service. I am glad that I chose Del Sol Roofing. The roof was done in a timely manner, the price was right for a flat roof, all the employees worked well together and were efficient. The staff communicated well and responded to all my inquiries. Marvin knows roofing! I give him an A+. From the get go (after obtaining several quotes from reputable roofing companies in our community) I was impressed with Raul Carrasco who was the Sales Specialist assigned to my house. He also belongs in the Roofing Honor Roll!

When I started looking for estimates I got 3 or 4 different proposals from different companies, and Del Sol Roofing was the one that looked the most professional and had the most competitive price. Leonardo who was the sales person that I interacted with was always aware of the progress, always available to answer my questions and making sure all needs were attended and issues resolved, even sometimes he went beyond his regular role to make sure e job was done correctly and with quality. Time it took to complete the job was within the initial estimation . In general they did a great job and I would recommend anybody looking to replace their roof to consider going with Del Sol Roofing. Thanks

Our relationship with Del Sol roofing dates back to 10 years ago when they did a magnificent job on a shingle roof at the time. We were so impressed that we called them again to re do a flat roof, shingle roof and wood fascia and siding in 2020.Del Sol roofing did an amazing job!! VERY skillful workers / carpenters worked in unison not only on our flat roof and shingle roof but also they did an amazing job on wood fascia and soffit!!!Raul Carrasco came to our home and began designing the project and explaining everything in detail. We felt at ease with him as he was very patient and answered all our questions promptly.Great communication throughout the entire process!!!Amy, Sue, Javier and Carmen were our contacts in the office. Always keeping us updated with pictures and any relevant information. They did everything!! We did not have to worry about anything not even about getting a permit or paying for one!!Please dont forget to ask them about their warranty. It is amazing!! Not only Del Sol is GAF Master Elite certified but they offer the longest peace of mind warranty in the market. That shows how confident and proud they are about their workmanship and materials!!!If you are not aware what a GAF Master Elite certificationentitles, this is a short summary:A Master Elite roofing contractor is someone who has been factory certified by GAF, one of the oldest and largest roofing companies in the United States. Very happy with the experience we had with Del Sol Roofing, from Leonardo Moreno who was the representative we initially called and came to our property, Leonardo did what none of the 3 previous companies that had come before to give an estimate had done, I reviewed everything down to the smallest detail, he went up to the roof, discovered that it was failing and why the water entered every time it rained even with the tarp on, he explained the entire process to us as it would be, he gave brochures and a budget very explicit. When we started the work everyone was super professional, they always arrived on time, very respectful and careful of the propertys assets. Everything was delivered in the appropriate time and predetermined by the company. Very happy and satisfied with the work. Recommended one thousand percent, if you want quality work and with responsible people, your best choice is Del Sol Roofing😉
