Victor and Greg were phenomenal! They were on time, knowledgeable, informative and patient and they worked tirelessly to figure out the cause of my leak. It turns out my situation is rather unique so it took a lot of work and were still not quite sure if the cause has been fully diagnosed but this is to no fault of theirs. They are very professional and use high tech equipment and techniques. They were also willing to be more invasive upon request and asked for permission before cutting into any dry wall or pulling away baseboards. I would highly recommend this company for your leak detection needs.

Mike and Andres were the technicians that arrived at my house. Both were wearing masks on arrival. They explained what they wanted to do, and provided the 3 options, with 3 different prices. After selecting the option that I wanted, which was ONLY the Leak Detection, they explained what they would be doing, and got my approval for each step of the way. They were courteous and professional. They cleaned up nicely after they were done. I am awaiting the written report with photos, their conclusions, and suggestions to remediate the problem. If it reflects what they told me during the process, I will be very happy that I used their Company. All-in-all, they were terrific and I would have no hesitation in recommending those 2 guys for any nagging leak detection job that is needed. Well done, Mike and Andres!

We have had an ongoing issue with a leak in our kitchen for years! We would get it “fixed” and then months down the line it would begin leaking .. we had a roofing company come out and say the leak was from the stucco, then a stucco company come out and say it wasn’t the stucco it was the gutter, gutter company said the gutters were fine.. and so on.. it was a night mare so we FINALLY had total leak detection come out so we could pinpoint the source of the leak once and for all! I wish we would have hired them from the beginning! The 2 men that came out were extremely polite and professional- they also were able to detect the leak quick and efficiently!!! Now we know where the water is coming in we can hire someone to fix the problem and be done with this mess once and for all!! Thank you total leak detection! I am super happy with the services that were provided!
