    I couldn’t be more impressed with the incredible service I received! This team fixed my old cast iron plumbing by installing a lining, and the results were fantastic.     It’s Christmas Eve and we woke up to a backed up septic tank nightmare. I called for help before 6am, got a live person on the phone, and our issue was resolved within a couple of hours. I am so grateful for the professional I spoke with on the phone and for the professional who came to my home. Despite the holiday, there were no extra fees or price manipulations. Just prompt and competent service. You really can’t ask for more.

    Professional Trenchless did a fantastic job relining the old cast iron pipes under my house.     I am the President of a medium-sized HOA in the Key largo, FL area and have worked with Pipelining staff frequently over the years. Our most recent engagement entailed a crew doing relining of sewer lines for three buildings covering 42 units. Yariel and his crew did an exceptional job doing the work. They were always extremely efficient and communicative with the HOA board and the homeowners. The folks most affected by the work were very complimentary of the team and told me how impressed they were with the friendliness and professionalism of Yariel’s team. They all worked hard and diligently to get the job done on time and within budget. They also took steps to ensure the least amount of disruption possible given the size and scope of the job, the poor condition of the original 58-year old cast iron pipes!!!     This company has done 2 repairs for me because my tub and toilet were not working. the water wasnt draining. They scheduled an appt via text. They called me to let me know they were on their way.     Wow!! Last night I had an issue with the drain backing up. I emailed professional Trenchless around 11 o’clock at night and they got back to me right away. The person I dealt with was very knowledgeable and really put me at ease. They said they can come out first thing in the morning and they were here like they said. When they got here they went, and did the work and cleared the drain right away. I must say this was one of the best Experiences I’ve ever had With the plumbing issue.     This company is very straightforward and cheap. I did 6 company comparisons. 5 of them have difference of few dollars, this company have a difference of few hundred dollars. I was desperate, a pipe had burst in my bathroom on a Thursday night, Friday called a few plumbing companies and they all said they don’t give estimates on Saturday and the soonest they could commence was Monday.     I was experiencing very high Water Bills due a leak which I could not detect visibly as there was no visible evidence of water, damp walls etc. Since most plumbers do not specialize in Leak Detection, I search google for a local Plumbing Company that performed Leak Detection. The very high praise and glowing reviews for Professional Trenchless Repair caught my attention and immediately contacted Yariel. Yariel answered immediately and was very attentive and answer all my questions regarding their Leak Detection methods and remediation process once the leak was found. Yariel set me up with an appointment the next day and sent the Plumbing Technician Jorge. Jorge was on time for our appointment and very professional throughout the visit and the entire repair process. Jorge worked non-stop for hours to find the leak which was underground and require extensive chipping away of concrete and dirt. He found the leak and performed the necessary repairs and all tests showed there was no more leak. Jorge was phenomenal and I will definitely recommend and utilize their services again.     Friday afternoon 5oclok taking a shower to relax after a very long week of work, taking care of my son and my ill mother alone. I look down and my shower is once again clogged with water.
