PlumbPros is easily the best family owned and operated company I have had the pleasure and joy of doing business with. We had a tub snake issue that turned into a full blown leak, on a Saturday none the less, and Roger and a Stephanie were incredibly kind, accommodating, and helped alleviate my stresses and anxieties all along the way. Not only are they punctual, reasonably priced, and efficient, they are at their core, some of the best people I have been in contact with. They have genuine care and concern and took special attention and care to my issue(s!) and resolved them quickly, considering the circumstances. All of the staff at Plumb Pros is fantastic. Especially Roger and Steph, they helped me completely re-install a plumbing system in my new up and coming food truck and I have nothing but respect and appreciation for their excellent service, fair pricing and reliable work. They both stayed very connected with communication, were on time and really did a wonderful job. I highly recommend using them for any of your plumbing needs. They replaced my old busted pvc piping system with great PEX materials that prevent any future leaks, changed out my faucet in my three compartment sink, gave me great tips, really went the extra mile, all at an exceptional price. I will definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing problems as long as I live in Tallahassee. They are great people, who do great work and really take care of the customer!

I had a faucet leak in my bathtub. Because it backed up to an outside brick wall, Roger had to cut through the tile in the front. It was quite a job. Not only did he fix the problem, but he re-tiled the area he had to cut out. Most plumbing companies would have required someone else to come in and replace the tile.The service from the time I called the office until the time the job was complete was awesome! The price was so reasonable I felt bad for not paying more. If you need a plumber, Plumb Pros is the one to call. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Roger and Stephanie are legit! I had a water leak into carpet and under base boards. Plumbpro was responsive immediately, able to get to me quickly, found the leak quickly and got our water turned back on in less than a day.
