OK,, so in Miami, if you need a reputable, honest and reliable plumber, you call Peters Plumbing trust me I found out the good way. Kevin showed up at 9:30pm And install a shut off valve on my toilet otherwise I would’ve had to sleep in a hotel tonight. On top of showing at 9:30 at night they were conscious enough because I had talked to him earlier to charge me normal rates. These people are awesome Monica, Noah and Kevin. They are the best.

My garbage disposal stopped working so I called Peters plumbing because I had a previous good experience with the company. They sent out Christopher Garcia and he was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I was on the fence of just removing the garabge disposal but after talking with Chris I decided to just replace it. After replacing the disposal unit Chris also did a very good job cleaning up his work area. I am very pleased with the service he provided.

A big thank you to Peter’s Plumbing. I needed a water line replacement to my house because it was damaged due a fence installation. Peter’s Plumbing came out the same day to assess the job and gave me a very reasonable quote. The next day, they replaced the water line with copper piping in an arrangement that will prevent future problems. Their work was top-notch! I am very thankful and very impressed.

I previously wrote a satisfied review, thinking that the work done was correct and with the plumber asking if I wanted to have him write the review for me. Now, I need to apologize to anyone who used them on my advice, as I find myself with the same problems that I had before the work was done, and taken for $500. I believed Kevin when he said that the shower drain, that he snaked was clear, and that he had run water to prove that. It turns out that the drain fills and doesnt drain quickly, the water that it takes to clean the shower. They also replaced two faucets in my vanity, with two faucets that are very close, but do not match. I have wasted two days waiting for them to show back up, despite making appointments with them, and when they did come to fix the faucet mistake, they brought the wrong faucet and have not been back. I have been called a liar, and have been left waiting for call backs that did not occur until hours later. Suffice it to say, I will not be using this company, and probably Angie, who suggested them, again.

Ricardo and Angel were Awesome!!!! They not only fixed our plumbing problem which was a leak that wouldnt stop for 2 days, but they actually did it within the same business day. Other plumbers were quoting at least a week of worktime which involved going through the wall and breaking the tile, but Ricardo and Angel found a workaround solution that didnt involve going through any walls. They also gave us a longer term solution if the problem arises again. Add all of this up plus the fact that they were very courteous, also installed a new shower head and provided friendly service at a great price leads me to definitely only think of calling Peters Plumbing for my future plumbing needs. They deserve a 10 🌟 review & definitely deserve the titles of Master Plumbers.

Anthony and Luis from Peters Plumbing Inc. installed our tankless hot water heater on 8/31/23. We had 5 plumbers come out to give us quotes and we chose Peters Plumbing. They were not the cheapest, but they were the best quality and they are Better Business Bureau approved. These two guys were professional, respectful, and very competent. The electrical side was completed at the same time as the plumbing side with these two guys, and the job was completed neatly and they cleaned up before they left when they took my old hot water heater tank away. They communicated with me throughout the job and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I very highly recommend Anthony and Luis if you need a plumbing/electrical job. Ill be calling Peters Plumbing and asking for these guys again for any future plumbing needs!

Five star service done by Jesus! Really, I definitely forgot his assistant’s name but they came in and did such a solid job at our school (Green Children’s House). They kept everything professional and got the job done without making it difficult on us. So I was very happy with the work.You have however changed the amount of my bill from $225 that I agreed to put on my credit card to $233.33. The representative told me “that the machine “just automatically adds a charge to all credit card payments. Nobody told me about this upfront so I never agreed to it and you can’t change the amount I agreed to pay to something else. If you don’t credit my account for your additional charge, I will file a dispute with dispute master charge.

My mother is now a widow. Although she’s smart and can do whatever she needs to do, my father took care of all home maintenance. Soon after he passed, last year, she began having plumbing issues. She tried to call whomever Dad had used but they couldn’t come out, while Peter’s plumbing was available. They came that evening, were prompt, helpful and kind. Again, this summer, when all of us are here visiting, plumbing backs up. This time, we discover it’s this huge issue with old cast iron pipes that had to literally be jack hammered down to and replaced. Huge deal. I can’t remember all the guys names, but Davis is one who has been here every day. He has been so kind to my Mom, which I can’t even tell you how much we appreciate. They were in a bathroom with the jack hammer. They did such a good job of covering things and then cleaning up after themselves after they put it all back together. Being an older home, we are searching for another rusted out spot in the pipes that they located with the camera. They’ve been here all morning, working hard!

Had a good experience with Peters Plumbing. They were on time for the estimate and the installation. The estimate was totally free which is not always the case with Plumbing companies. They replaced my water heater and broken shower diverter in one morning. Will use again in the future.

The service was excellent, stoppage cleared so far. They did a good job. The service techs were courteous, professional and knew what they were doing. My building is a bit old and the plumbing issue was a complicated one. They had to come out a few times to resolve the issue, but they did so in a professional and timely manner. Christian and Lyle are great professionals at their job. They both went above and beyond the call of duty to help us through this problem. They worked efficiently and addressed my concerns. I received the estimate after a final walkthrough to make sure everyone is on the same page and they sent a skilled technician who was highly knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable with my initial down payment. I look forward in seeing the quality workmanship from this company.3. Prior to rough inspection and a lot of work done, but some still needed. I have to admit Lyle and Carlos work was not only exemplary both in skill and professionalism, but extremely neat. Even the piles of dirt left after drilling holes in the substrate was carefully approached.4. We passed the Final inspection even after installing a complex water filtration solution found in most 7 Elevens installed in my home which scrubs, filters, softens with UV filter to kill bacteria and other foreign organisms in the water. Lyle, a highly skilled professional plumber and very important leader of the team involved in all aspects of the work in my home --did an exemplary job and I couldnt be happier.

The young man Jose ended up ringing my doorbell (by mistake) and my dogs got into a huge fight. I was not happy and let Jose know about it. After speaking with him for a few minutes I realized he did text me, but I just never received it. He actually even showed me his phone. I was so impressed by this young man’s demeanor. We have used Peters Plumbing multiple times for jobs that we have no knowledge in and every time we use Peters they are always so kind to not only show us the problem but also to explain and break it down so that way we can see what’s actually happening before they repair it. They’re always in and out, also they’re service is open 24 hours 7 days a week so that one day over the weekend at almost 12 AM my toilet almost flooded the rest of my house within less than 1 hour from calling and notifying them they sent a well experienced plumber on scene to diagnose the problem and replace my broken toilet within a couple minutes of arrival we were able to use our toilet.
