Their quote was $13,446.00, which included an additional $2000.00 membership fee, totaling $15,446.00. I decided to get a second opinion, so I contacted another plumber, Tyrone, and requested a quote for the same work scope, with the initial prices concealed. The estimate was less than $7500.00. The job was carried out in a single day, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy. Tyrones plumbing service is definitely my go-to for all my future plumbing requirements. It seems like some plumbers, working on commission, might try to earn their weekly wage from just one task. Tyrone, on the other hand, did an outstanding job!

I received truly professional service from Normans Emergency Plumber Service. Their customer service center, automated text message updates, and electronic receipt system were all incredibly helpful. I had a problem with my water tank making a humming sound. Initially, I thought it was caused by sediment in the tank after viewing some Youtube videos. However, Eugene, their technician, quickly identified that the burner was the real culprit. He was extremely professional and polite, and even agreed to pick up parts from a local hardware store on my behalf. He also recommended installing a water inflow valve for added safety and ease of future maintenance. Overall, Im very impressed with their service. Ill definitely be calling on them again when I need a plumber.

Should I have enough words to write an entire novel about this gentlemans professionalism, even then, it would fall short. This might be a long review, but it will be beneficial to anyone whos uncertain about how to select a good plumber. I got to know about Eugene from a buddy of mine. I was dealing with a sewer line backup, and the city officials claimed it was my responsibility. I couldnt locate a clean out in my yard, so the snake had to be used in the basement toilet. I contacted Eugene on a late Friday evening. He arrived shortly thereafter. Unlike other plumbers, he didnt impose an emergency fee. Additionally, Eugene provides free estimates, while other plumbers might charge you simply to visit, and then somehow subtract the free estimate after the job is done. When he discussed the pricing, it was already late in the evening. I suggested Eugene could return the next day, considering the time. But he insisted on finishing the work that very night!! He put in hours of hard work and even brought in a larger snake the following morning as my issue was quite severe. A 5-star rating doesnt do justice. Eugene absolutely deserves a full 10 stars!!!

Despite the blockage being significantly deep down the line, they managed to clear it successfully. I would strongly endorse this service. Everyone Ive interacted with, either over the phone or at my home, has been nothing but delightful. Earlier, I was referred to this service by a business that specialises in gutters and siding. When I inquired about a recommended plumbing service, they suggested this one. Calls are answered promptly and with a cheerful tone. They provided me with a convenient service window. I received a call when the plumber, Tyrone, was en route. Tyrone is not only friendly but also very professional. He did an excellent job replacing an outdoor faucet and rectifying a leak under a sink. I am extremely satisfied that I chose this service. It comes highly recommended. The cost for the service was very reasonable.

The first time I had an experience with a plumbing service, they were stellar. I made up my mind that for all my plumbing needs, Id reach out to this particular company, despite their high charges. Their prompt response and seeming expertise were impressive. Getting service providers to my location can be quite challenging, so knowing a company would show up was comforting. I had to call upon their services a second time. This time, they werent very tidy. They left litter around, and one plumber, lets say Max, was not very careful when using the toilet. When they finished the repairs, they turned the water on in the bathroom, which unfortunately sprayed all over the newly installed drywall, the sub floor, wall joists, and the back of the kitchen drywall. However, I woke up to a leaking toilet the following day and had to call in a plumber again. I decided to give them one more chance. The plumber who came today, lets say Shawn, was nothing short of amazing and did an excellent job. I reckon Ill stick with this company for my future plumbing needs.

It was slightly pricey, but the service was outstanding, which is why I would rate it as Very Good rather than Excellent. The new water heater works brilliantly. We couldnt be happier!

They usually rely on Jace for all major plumbing work. After experiencing his service, I see why. Jace visited and informed me that I wouldve kept encountering issues had he not replaced various components. He took care of everything and, unexpectedly, I now enjoy enhanced water pressure. It wasnt an issue before but now its absolutely wonderful! They also swapped out the old handles with one primary one, and Ive not experienced any of the previous issues since then. Ive had david and tyrone, the dynamic duo from normans emergency plumber service, at my miami home on two separate occasions. the first visit was for the fitting of a new toilet as part of my bathroom renovation. when they arrived, they pointed out that the toilet i had bought wasnt suitable for the bathroom due to certain factors i hadnt considered. without any fuss, they promptly went out and got a toilet that would fit perfectly, installed it, and then cleverly fitted the original toilet i had purchased in an upstairs bathroom where it was a better fit! their second visit was to fix a faulty valve under my kitchen sink and to set up a new valve for an outdoor faucet. in the end, they simply had to tighten the valve under the sink and the outdoor faucet installation was a breeze. they consistently showcase honesty, integrity, and a wide range of plumbing expertise. they will always be my first call for any plumbing needs! i would heartily recommend their services to anyone.

From the start, tyrone informed me that the process of getting the necessary permits would take some time, around 8 weeks, and he was spot on. The actual work was completed in just a single day. The county health department came to inspect the drain field and it passed with flying colors. All in all, i couldnt have asked for a better experience with tyrone, eugene, and their plumbing services.

Not sure what transpired with my initial review. The one with only 2 Stars was actually mine, but it should have been a 5 Star review. Like I stated previously, I got to know about Normans Emergency Plumber Service through a recommendation from an acquaintance at a regular coffee shop I go to. Mostly, I rely on referrals and they have worked out well most of the time. But this time, it was beyond my expectations. The first thing that caught my attention was when Max arrived promptly in a company van. He asked a few essential questions and then headed straight for the clean out. He operated the snake and just like magic, the line was clear. If I had attempted to fix this myself, I would have made a mess. I would have had the sink trap all disassembled with no clog to be seen. Maxs professional approach and efficiency in doing the work is commendable. We were able to get back to our routine in no time. Now, my task is to contact Google and figure out what happened with that other review. Hopefully, they notice this and prioritize my email, haha.

These guys were simply incredible. over the weekend, our sink was backed up and we couldnt reach our usual plumber until wednesday. so, on monday morning, i decided to give normans emergency plumber service a call. within an hour, tyrone and max were at our miami home. they were really friendly and thorough. we had experienced another backup just a few weeks prior, so they painstakingly followed every possible path the drain could lead. they snaked the drain up to 60 feet, much further than our usual plumber could manage. the cost for us and our neighbors, who were also facing a clog, was a reasonable $150.00. i highly recommend this team for any plumbing issues. rest assured, the next time i encounter any plumbing hiccups, ill be reaching out to them!

They were unable to complete it because my sewer pipes werent spotless, and they demanded an exorbitant fee to hydrojet before continuing the inspection. They only sent their camera into my sewer main for a short distance, halted, and then still billed me for the service. They also suggested a few additional services that they persuaded me I required. I was on the verge of agreeing but made a last-minute decision to contact other plumbers. Thats when I called Normans Emergency Plumber Service and Im thrilled that I did. eugene successfully conducted the inspection and demonstrated that everything was in excellent condition. He was polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. eugenes honesty was refreshing. When I asked about some of the services recommended by the previous company, he explained why I didnt actually need them. Anyone else might have just taken my money for unnecessary work. This one phone call saved me a substantial amount of money and I know who Ill be contacting next time I need plumber services in miami.
