Kenny, Liubel and the entire High Level Plumbing team are all professionals at what they do. I called them out to diagnose a problem with my drain system. They found a major problem with my old cast iron pipes. So we chose to change the entire drain system to avoid any future issues. They responded fast and came out a few days later and in 3 days they installed a brand new PVC drain system for my home. They work fast and quality is top notch. I highly recommend High Level Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Top notch company with service first mindset! Kevin was responsive and courteous at every interaction. From the moment they came in the house it was all about being neat and efficient. They wore shoe protectors and set down dropats of their own. All their tools were in great condition and they didnt ask anything of me. A sign of true professionals. The team was professional and answered our questions. Our water bill came higher than usual and we required an inspection. They were thorough and walked us through everything. Once they confirmed the issue, they broke down what was needed. We had issues with the toilets and on the same day they took care of making the necessary changes. They gave us the itemized bill and we were able to get the credit with the water department. The team made everything very easy and gave us peace of mind. Highly recommended company! Will definitely use them again.

This past summer High Level Plumbing replaced the underground drain and water lines for my home. The project was completed in approximately 4 days. This was a huge undertaking and the crew worked diligently to stay on schedule and maintained a safe and clean environment throughout the project. Management was always on-site to insure all aspects of the work. High Level Plumbing, without hesitation, gets my highest recommendation.
