Troy from Fast Neighborhood Plumbing and his team were really good. Our apartment buildings, constructed in the late 70s, had a lot of faulty plumbing. They were able to come in, identify that we had a slab leak, and presented us with solutions to fix the problem. With our go-ahead, Troy and his crew sorted out our plumbing problems without needing to dig into our hardwood and tile floors. They put in new pipes made from modern, flexible materials. They mentioned that the new material is more durable and has fewer leak problems than our old copper pipes. Troy was exceptional and clarified everything that was going on and what he was doing. Despite being a plumber, he had to redo some concrete in the garage where they installed a cut-off switch to separate my unit in the event of any future problems, instead of shutting down the whole apartment building. His concrete work turned out to be excellent! They also repaired the drywall areas with tape and sturdy garbage bags and did a great job tidying up any debris to keep the dust they created and from inside the walls away from my children and my pet! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, Troy was truly a pleasure to work with. Did i mention they arrived early and were patient enough to wait for my wife and i to finish up some of our home duties? Ill definitely be reaching out for any future plumbing needs, and will specifically ask for Troy.

We experienced a water heater leak and were left in a bit of a bind. After reaching out to Fast Neighborhood Plumbing, I had a great conversation with a very helpful lady. She arranged for Troy to come to the property that very day! When Troy arrived, I was able to video call him and I could tell right away that he was a trustworthy professional. He was very knowledgeable and instilled confidence in me. My elderly mother lives alone and Troy was excellent, clearly explaining all the tasks he planned to carry out. It turned out we needed more than just a water heater repair. Troy informed me of a minor additional charge and went on to fix several leaks that I hadnt noticed. Upon receiving photos of the completed work, I was absolutely impressed! The work was extensive and meticulously clean. Troy truly went above and beyond, even cleaning up the area after finishing the job! Hes clearly a seasoned professional who takes great pride in his work. I cant recommend Fast Neighborhood Plumbing enough! I was beyond happy with the service I received when dealing with a significant leak from our main valve outside. It was causing quite a flood in front of our Miami home. I contacted Fast Neighborhood Plumbing and within a couple of hours, Troy and his colleague were on the scene. They were incredibly professional and helpful. I pointed out the faulty valve and the water accumulation, which was also running down the street. I had to turn off the water supply for the night. It was getting late, so they decided to return the next day. They gave me a quote and assured me they would be back shortly. Bright and early at 7am, I received a call, likely from the owner, informing me that theyd be returning as soon as possible. Troy and his partner were back just after 8am, ready to tackle the task at hand. They were very courteous and transparent about their movements and costs, explaining every time they needed to leave to fetch a part. They diligently worked for over 9 hours at our house and successfully fixed the issue. The cost was reasonable and their efficiency was impressive. I also received a follow-up call from the owner, who patiently answered all my queries and provided a detailed explanation of the work done. We found out we had a neglected septic tank at our home that required attention. we reached out to fast neighborhood plumbing and spoke with troy to examine the situation and outline the necessary steps. the process entailed digging up the yard, uncapping the tank from 3 feet below the surface, cleaning it, drilling holes at the bottom for collapsing, and then filling it with stones before finally replacing the soil. we asked for a day when my spouse, who works the night shift, would be available and they promptly showed up. they were quick, professional, and did an outstanding job, leaving our miami yard looking amazing!

I wholeheartedly endorse Fast Neighborhood Plumbing. They were timely, courteous, and provided an upfront estimate, which they managed to come in slightly under. They expertly installed a tankless water heater to replace our old one that was leaking. Just about 20 minutes before Troy, the plumber, arrived punctually for his appointment, our old water heater broke down, spilling 50 gallons of water in our Miami homes basement. Troy quickly took action to drain the remaining water in the tank. After handling that, he proceeded with the task at hand. Even when numerous challenges arose (no fault of his own), Troy remained focused and didnt depart until the job was fully accomplished, even if that meant working until late into the night. No one ever wishes for a plumbing issue, but when we were left with no options, this group of plumbers was just outstanding. Our shower faucet cartridge snapped off within the valve, which was a serious problem. We had already received two prior estimates that seemed a bit too steep. However, this particular teams charges were much more reasonable, so we decided to give them a shot. It was a bonus that they didnt even charge extra for weekend services. We couldnt have hoped for a better team than Troy and his partner. Their professionalism was top-notch and their friendly demeanor was a breath of fresh air (Troy even patiently listened to our 4-year olds suggestions about the repairs) and they kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. I would strongly recommend them. They are truly extraordinary.

Im absolutely satisfied with the top-notch work that Troy executed. He spent more than 4 hours here, tackling a variety of plumbing tasks that had piled up over the years. I thought that by compiling a list and having him handle everything, I could manage the situation better and save a bit of cash. The quality of his work is unmatched, he did an excellent job setting up and fixing everything on my list. This ranged from swapping out my sink to fixing the internal components of one of my toilets, and replacing an outdoor pipe that was corroded in Miami. I greatly appreciate it, Troy!

Great customer experience. I reached out on a Sunday evening and was connected to their answering service. They noted down my details and assured me that someone would return my call. Sure enough, within less than 20 minutes, I received a call back and 20 minutes after that, Troy was at my place. My tub faucet wouldnt stop running, forcing me to shut down the main from the outside. I suspected that the cartridge needed replacing, which ended up being the case. I had a Moen model with a white cartridge, which can be quite difficult to remove—I consider myself quite adept at these things, yet even with a puller I had purchased from Home Depot, I couldnt manage it. But Troy removed and replaced the cartridge with ease. Earlier that day, I had attempted to fix it myself and accidentally lost a key component that fits into the cartridge. Troy went back to his place to check if he had the part. To my relief, he returned and had my tub fixed, the water running again in the house, and only billed me for the hour. Absolutely fantastic! Big thanks to Fast Neighborhood Plumbing.

Troy promptly came back and handled the replacement of our bathtub drain plug system efficiently. Fast Neighborhood Plumbing is an excellent company that Ill always turn to for all my plumbing concerns. I had some problems with my water heater and reached out to them. Immediately, I was able to speak to Troy, who helped me understand what was going on and provided me with all the necessary estimates. I initially decided to wait for a few days before fixing the issue. However, when a different problem arose, I quickly called them back and decided to proceed with a complete replacement. They promptly gave me a final estimate and set a schedule for a few days later, which worked out perfectly. Upon their arrival, they realized that the water heater was actually short, not tall, as they initially thought based on the pictures I had provided. It turned out that the correct water heater would cost an additional $200. But the good news was, they decided to cover this extra cost themselves, sticking to the initial estimate they had given me. Despite my numerous calls and inquiries, they never made me feel like a nuisance. In fact, I was so impressed by their professionalism that I decided to contribute a little extra. Ultimately, they saved me from having to pay $200 over my budget. Troy, who came to install the new water heater, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Just about a month ago, we had our Rinnai tankless water heater set up by Fast Neighborhood Plumbing, and we couldnt be more thrilled with the whole process and the efficiency of the heater. Were a family of six and with three bathrooms in our Miami home, we use a good amount of hot water, which now seems endless with this new system. The decision to upgrade to a tankless water heater had been on our minds for a while. Our old water heater still worked but its efficiency was dwindling and we knew it was nearing its service lifes end. We sought estimates from three different places and were rather puzzled by the different scopes of work each one presented. Something didnt seem quite right. Wanting to fully understand what to expect, I reached out to the customer service team at Rinnai and sent over the three estimates I had received for them to review. After their examination, they singled out the one from Fast Neighborhood Plumbing, highlighting that it was a perfect example of what they, as the manufacturer, would expect in an estimate. Among the issues with the other estimates was one companys reluctance to install a dedicated exhaust for the heater. Instead, they proposed connecting the heaters exhaust to my gas furnace in the attic. I even called up their customer service manager who confirmed that a dedicated exhaust was required by code, despite what their installer had suggested. Imagine the potential disaster we could have faced, with every carbon monoxide detector in our house going off, all for a $150 saving! As for the unit itself, wed decided on a gas-powered Rinnai even before we knew that Troy from Fast Neighborhood Plumbing would also recommend it. Their customer service was top-notch, from Troys professional and informative sales estimate, to the installation work, and the post-installation follow-up. Its clear that Im a satisfied customer. I dont usually write reviews, but as a regular do-it-yourself homeowner, I havent outsourced many jobs, so I was a bit hesitant at first. But I can honestly say that this time, I was fortunate to find such an outstanding company in Fast Neighborhood Plumbing.

Over the past few weeks, I was dealing with a persistent humming noise every time I switched on any water outlet. I reached out to Fast Neighborhood Plumbing and they promptly arranged an appointment to examine the issue. Troy, the first plumber, identified the problem as a faulty PRV and swiftly replaced it. Unfortunately, the humming started up again once he left. Undeterred, I called back the plumbing service and they quickly sent over a team of different plumbers. These professionals diagnosed the expansion tank as being defective and replaced it. However, the humming noise returned shortly after they left. The same team revisited the following day and attempted to rectify the issue by replacing the PRV once more, suspecting the previous replacement might be faulty. However, this did not resolve the issue. They speculated that high water pressure from the utility company could be the cause, prompting me to contact the utility company. After an inspection, the utility company confirmed that the water pressure was normal. After reporting back to the plumbing service, I requested another visit in hopes of finally diagnosing and rectifying the problem. Troy showed up at my home, and after briefing him about the situation, he dove into the crawl space and performed his magic. He discovered a unique issue - the coupler at a 90-degree bend of the incoming water pipe was leaning against a wooden beam in the crawl space, causing vibrations when the water was turned on. A few minutes later, the problem was no more! From this experience, I can say that I am appreciative of the perseverance and dedication shown by the team at Fast Neighborhood Plumbing. Their commitment to troubleshooting my unique issue was commendable. I am particularly impressed and grateful for Troy, who managed to diagnose and resolve my problem in such a short amount of time.

We did some shopping around before we decided to go with a certain plumbing company for the installation of our hot water heater. What stood out most about this company was their authentic desire to assist us. Installing a water heater was a first for me and naturally, I had a ton of queries. Some of these questions arose from the things I had been told by other companies. Troy was very helpful and answered all my queries, giving me a comprehensive understanding of what I needed to know. Once the installer arrived at my home in Miami, things got even better. He took the time to photograph the water heater that arrived with a dent from shipping (not from the plumbing company we used!), installed an alarm so Id know if the water heater ever began to leak, and fitted a new handle to shut off the gas if ever needed (the previous one was most likely original to the house and, according to him, was VERY hard to turn). After everything was set up, we did encounter a minor issue. The alarm went off one New Years Day afternoon, indicating a slow leak from the fitting on top of the tank. Although the plumbing company was closed for the holiday, this didnt prevent Troy from responding. What a gem this family-owned business is! Troy came out on that cold, snowy New Years day, tightened the connections, and ensured everything was sealed and wouldnt leak again. i cant recommend this company enough. They are absolutely fantastic and the only company ill be using from now on. And for those who only care about the cost, their prices were quite reasonable and, of course, they didnt charge me when they came out on New Years Day.

I had a shower arm with a broken threaded end stuck in the wall pipe. despite my best efforts, i couldnt get it out. i reached out to a plumbing company and we scheduled a time for the next day. troy and his team were really great. with their expertise, they managed to remove the piece quickly without needing to cut into the drywall. i also asked them to inspect another shower arm upstairs that id been struggling to remove, fearing it might also break. they were able to replace that one for me in no time. its never a pleasure to need a plumber, but when you do, these guys are really good. ill undoubtedly call on them again, although i hope it wont be necessary anytime soon. :)
