The first meeting with Maikol was as scheduled on time. He spent a lot of time explaining the process of what Eco Pipeline offered and what the various scenarios might occur depending what was found upon the initial camera inspection. He detailed the cost of each step and made sure I understood what the next step would be and when the crew would come to do the work. Maikol always kept me updated on the progress. The crew of Ernesto, Jesus, andTyrone were amazing, staying until each portion of the job was completed and letting us know exactly which parts of the plumbing we could use or avoid. They were neat and very committed to doing the job correctly

Being the president at my condo association building, I always try to figure out how to reduce costs. We did an assessment to replace the ventilation stacks and sewer pipes underneath the building.the quotes we were getting from the plumbers were to break the walls in every unit and then trench the floors in the lobbies. I thought it was super expensive, very invasive and would take months. I decided to do some research and see if there’s any other way it could be done. While researching online, I found out about pipe lining. I called several companies and got quotes and listend to their method of how they would tackle this large job. The issue was that all the companies wanted to gap that means that all the tees in the ventilation stacks would not be aligned which would not be up to city code. When I interviewed Eco pipe lining they were super professional and they were going to sleeve the entire line and with a robotic cutter reopen the connections to the branches that were blocked with their liner.I realized they would be the perfect company to hire for the job due to their experience. Also, the material they were using no other company had it. It was much stronger as it’s made out of fiberglass and not felt. The curing method for the fiberglass material is with UV lighting, which takes 15 minutes instead of 4 to 12 hours like the other materials and they were super competitive with their pricing. Knowing that they had the strongest material, with the fastest curing time and that they’re not going to gap the connection, according to city code, it was a no-brainer to go with Eco pipelining on this large job. We are super happy with the results. I would highly recommend Eco pipelining if you have a large job and you want to get the job done the right way!

This company know what they’re doing. Their customer service is the best I ever seen. They Will answer your phone calls and text immediately and come ASAP if needed. They take responsibility for their work. Michael (Manager) is amazing. You can literally reach out to him anytime and he will get back to you. This company has super Customer Service.
