Bobs Plumbing is always a win. Im 54 and my mom and dad used them for as long as I can remember. Had them install a new dishwasher, disposal, and kitchen faucet today, and Scott did a great job. John is always a pleasure and the plumbers are always prompt, courteous, and friendly.

ANOTHER UPDATE 02/21/2023. Called Bobs frantically (I saw a small puddle under my ancient hot water heater, which is never a good thing) on Monday 2/20. Mario was SO nice to help me. He asked me for the specs on the water heater, which I gave, and said hed call me back, which he did within minutes. They were very busy but he said hed have someone come out Tues or Wed.8am Tuesday, Ross came to my home with a new hot water heater. This was NOT an easy job - it was in a small utility room and when I say it was ancient, I mean OLDER than time. Ross was so professional and hard-working; I couldnt believe how quickly he got the job done (I really expected problems being that it was so old). He drained the old one, hauled it out, installed the new one, cleaned up a very minor mess, and was on his way.We have relied on Bobs for many, many years and very much appreciate the great service. Besides the good services, prices are very reasonable! I cant live without them!UPDATE 02/28/2022. Frantically called Bobs this morning. I had what I considered a huge issue (fixing some plumbing so I could install a new washing machine). JR and Mono came right on time, assessed the problem was no big deal, got to work and had my issue completely resolved within an hour (thank you, thank you, thank you). They installed the new washing machine and tested it to make sure it worked properly. I also had an issue with my toilet tank (needed a new part). I asked if they could look at it - which they not only did, but they also put in the new part and were on their way. The price for all this work was so insanely reasonable, I told them it was the best money I ever spent.Not much more I can rave about Bobs, but trust me - GREAT family business.FROM A YEAR AGO:I have been using Bobs Plumbing for more than 20 years. They have fixed everything from my cracked toilet tank, to outside faucets, to shower heads, to unclogging drains. I have always had great service from this neighborhood plumbing business. This time, I needed an outside hose faucet replaced (it was leaking). (My house was build in 1955 and not everything is updated, so I appreciate that they are willing to work on an old house.) I called and got an appointment for the next day. The plumber called me in the morning and said he be there in 20 minutes and he WAS. He pointed out that there was a better faucet than the one that was there and he put that one on. He was efficient and quick and within a few minutes, I had a brand new faucet, which I like SO much better than the old one.Bobs plumbers come on time, they are nice, professional and extremely efficient - thats why I keep coming back. The woman who works answering the phone is equally professional - she always accommodates me and my needs for a plumber.I find their prices extremely reasonable and am always happy to pay them for a job that is always well done. I will continue doing business with Bobs as long as they are in business.

Bobs did a major plumbing job for me. They performed more work than any of their competitors wanted to do, used higher quality materials, and were incredibly priced. They communicated well with me and sent progress updates. They started the job right away and worked straight for 4 days without me ever having to ask where they were. I am extremely pleased with the job they did. Hopefully I wont be seeing them anytime soon, but I will refer lots of business!

They are opened :PHad a clogged sewer pipe with a very difficult access and impossible to snake properly. The job required three trips and some creative thinking, but I was very happy with the service. Ive interacted with three different plumbers and I thin the owner or manager and all were a pleasure to work with - straight forward and knowledgeable + they were on time - every time! That hasnt happened for me in Miami yet. I will definitely be using them again.

Called Bobs for slow kitchen drain. Tech showed up earlier than the estimated time. Received a call prior to arrival to verify that it was OK. All appeared to be working, however never really used as left town for a few days. Upon arrival home, and first time to REALLY use the sink, same situation, slow draining. As it was a holiday weekend, and not a crisis, I contacted them by email about the situation. They responded the next business day and scheduled a return trip around MY SCHEDULE. They backed up their work, were prompt, and very professional. Thank You Bobs Plumbing.

Have used them on several occasions - remove a water heater and re-pipe a steam shower machine, add master valve for the water line to the house, and hose bibs. Just hired them again to re-do a shower valve that another plumber installed incorrectly. Just a lesson to work out scheduling with Bobs and use them for everything going forward. Very pleased with all the work theyve done, and the price is very fair.

I called Bobs Plumbing with an emergency at my house (I had the whole house water shut off to avoid more water damage). Even though they were busy, they were able to get someone out to the house (Russ or Ross, sorry cant remember). The plumber was exceptionally knowledgeable, and did his work at a timely manner. He not only fixed my toilet, I had him fix the outside faucet, and installed a shut off valve. The price was reasonable as well. Great job! Thank you so much for you help and your kindness. Simply Terrific…As we went through several meetings with plumbing contractors on a full remodel of our house in Pinecrest, we were referred to Casey, John and the Team at Bobs Plumbing. The project in general was reading the plans, estimating, and execution. We could not be happier with the final product. The guys always communicated very well and were available for questions, guidance and explanation. They read specs and let me know ahead of time if they saw problems which could be addressed before it became a cost to us. Also, if there was a low cost add that could enhance the project they recommended it i.e. ; insulation of the overhead piping to the bathrooms makes the cold /cold and the hot/hot....big improvement! I would 100% recommend you speak to these guys prior to making a final decision on who to use, their word is their business model.

I havent needed a plumber in over 30+ years for our house. Well, just in the past four years, I have called Bobs Plumbing to fix an outside leak near the water meter, replace a low flush toilet, bath spout, filter valve, and most recently, to install a tankless exterior LP gas water heater to replace/remove my 36-year-old indoor tank LP heater. All of the staff at Bobs Plumbing have been consistently cordial, professional, and fair-priced with superb workmanship.
