Marvin is incredible! Hes a professional, honest, and kind-hearted plumber who truly understands his craft. He takes pride in his work and strives to ensure customer satisfaction. I was renovating my kitchen and required a new faucet, dishwasher, and garbage disposal to be installed. On top of that, I discovered that the brand new farmhouse sink I had fitted was too large for a regular pea trap. Naturally, I was distressed because the entire renovation was proving to be quite challenging. Marvin suggested several solutions, but it eventually became clear that my only option was to install a reverse pea trap. Marvin had everything connected and functioning swiftly. We promptly called and spoke with a gentleman named Ernest. He assured us that he would arrive promptly and take care of our issue. By the time we all gathered, it was nearly midnight. Ernest arrived and immediately got to work. He quickly identified the problem and proved he had both the tools and expertise to solve it - which he did. His quick and efficient service truly saved the day for us and our guests who would have been forced to find alternative accommodation if the issue wasnt resolved. This all happened on a busy Friday night leading into a holiday weekend. We were truly impressed by Ernests willingness to attend to our plumbing issue in the middle of the night. It was a pleasant surprise to come across a plumber who is both highly proficient and responsive, with an exceptional understanding of his trade. Raymond was great at communicating, setting clear expectations, and patiently addressing all of my queries. These werent just related to the pipe and shower repair he was here for, but also about the existing water treatment system in the house. For once, I was able to comprehend its workings and limitations. He didnt attempt to sell me anything, instead focusing solely on my desire to understand the system intricately. The pipe leading to the shower head had snapped off near the threads - essentially inside the wall. A different plumber had insisted that multiple tiles would need to be removed for the repair. However, Raymond managed to carry out the task without disturbing the tiles. He went the extra mile to try and avoid making a hole in the sheetrock from behind, to spare us from the additional work and cost of fixing that. Eventually, a hole was necessary, but it was done very neatly. His cost estimate was clear and upfront. Even when the scope of work changed due to the need to open up the sheetrock, Raymond was again upfront and clear. Over two days, the amount of work put in was substantial, but the price was incredibly fair. It was a sigh of relief to find a plumber who is dependable, trustworthy, and highly skilled in Miami.

Both Conner and Marvin, who was training a newer plumber, were very friendly, professional, and skilled. The fees were a bit more than we expected, but i guess its time for me to adjust my expectations to todays market prices. Im sure their charges are competitive with any other plumbing services in Miami. Once we make a decision on the plumbing fixtures we want and buy them, well certainly have these guys back for the installation.

Eventually, I had to purchase a new compact insinkerator 5/8 hp to provide an extra half inch for proper water drainage, but the plumbing aspect was also a challenge and not a simple do-it-yourself task. Jared from Bobbys Plumbing Contractors stepped in and executed an exceptional custom plumbing job, ensuring the water now drains properly without any leaks. I would highly recommend him for all plumbing needs, be it regular or custom.

Wayne is truly a plumbing wizard. i had contacted bobbys plumbing contractors for hydrojetting under our protection plan, following unsuccessful attempts by previous plumbers to unclog our main sewer line. they had spent more than an hour trying to snake out the blockage without any success. wayne insisted on trying the snake method first before resorting to hydrojetting. i thought this would be a futile endeavor, but surprise, surprise, he managed to get things flowing in just 30 minutes. we later discovered that the cause of the blockage was a gigantic plant root that had infiltrated the sewer main through a crack in one of the clay bell joints. this explained why the earlier crew couldnt clear the clog and its even more impressive that wayne was able to. despite all this, wayne remained modest and didnt belittle the efforts of the previous plumbers. in fact, he even confirmed that their approach was rational. having the right tools is one thing, but possessing the skills to utilize them effectively is absolutely crucial, and wayne certainly has those. we are in miami and its good to know we have such a capable plumber nearby.

Sebastian was our superhero, helping us sidestep a whopping $6,000 in repairs! wed recently acquired a house, only to find the shower drain completely clogged. a different plumbing company had already tried to clear it out, but their efforts were in vain. they explained to us that the cast-iron drain pipe had completely rusted, meaning wed probably have to destroy the bathroom with a jackhammer to replace the p-trap, if not more. considering the house is half a century old, i was upset but ready to accept the inevitable degradation of the cast-iron plumbing. however, our new home came with a warranty, so we opted to give it a shot. they assigned a local contractor to us. my only gripe was that we were informed the contractor would reach out to schedule, and then we heard nothing for a week until i took the initiative to call them. however, it was the holiday season, so its understandable that they were swamped and also trying to enjoy some time off. once we managed to fix a date, sebastian arrived punctually and ready to tackle the problem. we briefed him on the situation, and he suggested giving the blockage another shot with his drain snake. and just like that, he had the blockage cleared within 20 minutes! im aware that due to the pipes age, this may not be a long-lasting solution, but for now, im just relieved to have my shower back. sebastian was amiable, effective, and professional, and his contact details are definitely going in my address book.
