I live in Sun City Del Web and the biggest complaint from most everyone is local contractors simply dont follow through on providing quotes or showing up to do the work as promised. It doesnt matter if they are a large landscaping company or a company that replaces broken windows. They simple dont seem to care. Lamppost Electric is the exception and an example of how a business should be run. They are reliable when scheduling appointments, showing up on time and completing the work on time. They are truly the best that Mesquite has to offer.

Lamp Post Electric is my company of choice for all of my lighting issues.The techs are efficient, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They are very professional and show up on time.There is NO other company I would consider in place of Lamp Post Electric.

I had a malfunctioning smoke alarm sounding off in the middle of the night. Kasen sandwiched me into his busy schedule, found and fixed the problem. He was punctual, efficient and pleasant. And thank you, Stephanie, who fields office calls and facilitates communication. Great local company!

We have worked with Josh and his exceptional crew over the past several years. They are all great people. The most important thing about working with a contractor of any kind is that they show up when they say they will and do what they say theyll do. If theres ever a problem (and there are always things that can go wrong) they make it right. If theres a hiccup in scheduling, Josh lets us know. I really cannot recommend this company highly enough. I had just moved into an older home and when my new washer and dryer arrived the old dryer outlet was out of code and would not work with my new dryer. Since I really needed it to be running after a week in a hotel....I left a desperate message for Josh. Despite all services in the area being extremely busy due to new builds in the area he took the time to call me back immediately and arranged to get someone out the next day! These guys are great and still believe in service for existing homes and customers not just the new homes going up! I truly cant say enough good things about Josh and his crew!

We have had several projects using Lamp Post. Each time the owner, Josh, has arrived punctually. Hes been able to take our ideas and send his electricians on-site within a matter of days. The last project required his guys running high-speed RG6 coaxial cable from the existing livingroom outlet to the side of the building for a satellite dish installation later in the week. Their work was EXCELLENT! Yes, the voicemail box has been full but usually within an hour or so its been emptied. We highly recommend this business to anyone looking for an electrician to get the job done quickly and professionally.

Derrick and Fiso installed two ceiling fans in our bedrooms. Highly professional and cleaned up all trash. I recommend them highly and just understand that their scheduling can be a few weeks out.
