Technician showed up exactly on time, was very personable and ask pertinent questions about our issue. He was very polite and respectful about coming into our home to research the issue. He quickly got down to work to resolve our issue. Overall we were extremely pleased as he only took 30 minutes to locate the issue. We highly recommended Mend Electric.

Came on the weekend to give a quote and the price was very reasonable. He was quite responsive to our requests and scheduled us fairly quickly. He came exactly when he said he would and finished in a timely manner. No surprise costs or attempts to upsell, just solid all around great work. I will 100% hire them again for all of my future projects.

The good (actually the GREAT): Nathan took his time to learn about the specific EV charger to be hardwire installed to the panel, researching what was needed and recommending specific options. Unlike many (4) other companies from whom I obtained a quote, he was willing to get a city permit and inspection, without charging a crazy extra fee (other places were going to charge an extra $300). He took tons of photos of the job and sent them to me and the city inspector. The install was neat and he suggested ideas to make it a cleaner install that what I had planned. The price was the lowest of the 5 quotes we received.The only thing that could have been better was the communication. I understand that things come up and perhaps a previous job or something else might delay an arrival, but there should be some communication when things like that happen. It should not be the customer who has to make where are you contact.Overall as you can see, I still rated things as 5-star, even with the lack of communication problem. Everything else was just that good and it was refreshing to see someone who is willing to do things by the book with the permit and inspection and not add an outrageous upcharge. Plus there was no option for a 4.9 rating.

They installed a new circuit for power to my covered patio. The work included 3 outlets and two ceiling fans with on/off switches. They also installed a new 240v circuit for a new hot tub on the patio that included an emergency cut off panel by the hot tub. All work completed was very neat, clean and well laid out. Their prices for the workmanship is an excellent value that would be hard to beat. I highly recommend them for your electrical needs.

Great company, fast and constant communication, electricians were very knowledgeable and they did excellent service. Nathan and his team had done an amazing electrical job for my new hair salon place, the service is OUTSTANDINGLY PROFESSIONAL. They don’t try to short cut the install with something you won’t be happy with, but they do it their way to ensure a good customer experience.
