    Sergey was our representative, and he and the whole crew were awesome!They finished the entire roof in a single day!Everything looks great, and all the information and contact provided prior, during, and after the job was completed was great!Everything about the job, and insurance, was explained in detail beforehand.The response time for all and any inquiries was prompt, courteous, and complete.Plus their track record is a true testament of their workmanship, and can be seen in the photos provided as well.Give them a call or email them like I did, you will be more than pleased!!!

    Best google search I ever did! I was trying to find a company with decent to good reviews and was surprised to see one with a solid 5 star rating. I can see why Texas Vet has such an exemplary record. Their patience and empathy while working through our questions was the sort of customer service my parents and grandparents used to brag about. Itā€™s a rarity nowadays. Sergei was always courteous, professional and beyond helpful. He answered the 70 thousand questions my husband had without an ounce of annoyance lol. The crew made sure to protect and cover our yard and porch areas to minimize any nails etc from being left behind. I would recommend them to any and everyone. They do quality work and they treat their customers with respect.

    Best customer service! After calling three companies at 7:30 in the morning, they answered my call within 15 minutes. Someone was at my house that day! They took the time to show me the damage to my roof and explained everything. They helped me file a claim with my insurance and guided me through the process. Not to mention, they were very fast.     Roof damaged in the storm back in May. Texas Vets came highly recommended on the Nextdoor app. I called and left a msg. My call was returned promptly. They came to do estimate and also came to meet insurance adjuster. Michael was very pleasant to work with. What couldve been a stressful situation was not stressful at all. Michael is very knowledgeable and does what he says. Its not hard to get in touch with him. He worked with my insurance agency very well, and he has integrity. My roof needed replacing and the work was completed in 7 hours. My roof looks fantastic.

    Texas Vets Roofing is a 5 Star Company. Nikki is an Allstar VERY knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with your insurance company. Texas Vets Roofing will work with your insurance company to get your roof, gutters, garage door and fence taken care of by your insurance company. We went through our insurance company but, Im sure they will work with you if you donā€™t want to file a claim. Texas Vets Roofing is quick at getting all repairs done the insurance company approved a new roof and we had a new roof the following week. When I left for work at 6:30am they were tearing off the old. When I got back home they were at 5:00 they were gone they cleaned up everything I mowed my yard the next day and didnā€™t find a trace of the old roof. Great work to Toby and his team.

    BEST ROOFING COMPANY IN STATE OF TEXASTell you a long short story so you can understand why we feel Texas Vets Roofing is the best roofing company in the State Of Texas.Our insurance company, State Auto, recommend for us to use a third-party company called BrightServ. Insurance agent informed us that BrightServ checks all the contractors to help find the best one for you. Being naĆÆve about roofing we believed our insurance company was an advocate for us and we agreed to use BrightServ to help find a contractor. We went with the first suggestion, Specialty Restoration of Texas, because we were still being naive that a good roofing company was being recommend to us. We never thought to check reviews since our insurance agent said the third-party checked all the companies, so it never crossed our mind.Nightmare Part One: We received the estimate from the roofing co for over $22,000 and our insurance co 18,000. Roofing co quoted $4000 over because we wanted to upgrade to the next level of shingles. Now we need to come out-of-pocket $4000 plus the deductible. After talking with same insurance agent, he tells us that is right on the additional cost for the shingles so again we are still being naĆÆve. We move forward with the roofing company still thinking everyone has our greatest interest in mind.Nightmare Part Two: We are still believing our insurance agent, so we sign the agreement with the roofing co and give them a check for our deductible. Now, the Roofing co tells us they forgot to include the roof hips and ridges that will add another $2000. We are supposed to come out-of-pocket $8000 (including deductible) now. We inform the Roofing co that we need to rethink this, so then they proceed to tell us that our insurance co has already cut the remaining check and sent it directly to the third-party co. Our roof has not been done and we cannot get a hold of our insurance company. We are now in panic mode!Heroes: Word of mouth reached Texas Vets Roofing about a family (us) having issues with another roofing co and they reached out to us that day. We explained out story and Texas Vet Roofing stepped up to the plate and said they would help us. Next day they came in person to explain how insurance and roofing companies work. This is shocking, we were only supposed to pay our deductible even with the upgraded shingles. Texas Vets Roofing asked us to go to their website to review what other customers said about them before we made our decision, so after reviewing all the reviews we made our decision to go with Texas Vets Roofing. It was a stress relief to have Texas Vets Roofing in our corner helping us. They were able to get information from our insurance co confirming they did not cut a final check to the third-party co and they helped us get our deductible from the other roofing co. Texas Vets Roofing is a company that is professional, their word is gold, and they truly have your best interest. We always thought our roof was a sore thumb and now we can say our roof is the best looking roof in our neighborhood. Texas Vets Roofing did our roof in one day, they even added attic vents at no additional charge, and we only paid our deductible!Closing: Not everyone has your best interest in mind.     Nikki came by to provide an inspection on my roof, and she was awesome! She showed up on time, was very respectful, and honest about her thoughts. Most contractors (in my experience) will try and find something to up charge you on, or lie about what is actually happening. Not the case here with Nikki! She told me there was nothing concerning and that my roof was in good shape. Will be keeping her in mind for any future roofing needs though! Thanks for your help Nikki!

    We love our new roof! Michael went above and beyond to help us deal with insurance. He went up on the roof several times to patch up tricky leaks, even managed to get to very tricky places in the attic to document proof for insurance. Not only did he do an excellent job, but he was also wonderful to deal with, highly responsive, and is just an all-around great guy. Wouldnā€™t hesitate to recommend Texas Vets roofing and wouldnā€™t hesitate to call them up again either!

    Douglas from Texas Vets Roofing was quick to respond to making an inspection of my roof and property from a recent hailstorm. He was very professional and thorough and his documentation of my damage to main house roof and adjacent buildings was instrumental in getting insurance adjuster to agree to cover most all of the damages. I would highly recommend them.

    Since residential roofing in Texas isnt licensed, it can be the wild west out there. Lots of crooks, as well as honest people who just dont know what theyre doing. We previously had both types, and needed several areas of our home roof redone, including replacing wrong-size ridge vents. Sergei and TEXAS VETS fixed it all, addressed issues that arose, communicated extensively, and that same day cleaned up and hauled off ALL debris (except some porch 2x6s I asked them to save). They also completely reroofed, including new decking and adding gutters, a she shed in our back yard. And they scheduled the job within a week after we first spoke.They werent the lowest bid, but our experience leads us to believe they provided the best value - insurance was not involved and we paid it all on our own. We are very pleased with the results. The main part of our house is 90 years old, with recently added bedroom and garage wings on either side, so the roof issues presented some unique challenges. Sergei explained the options, and their costs, each time we found another surprise left by the prior folks who pretended to be roofers. When TEXAS VETS pulled the wrong ridge vent over the garage wing, they saw that the sprayed-on ceiling insulation had clogged the framing space that allows a ridge vent to work. Would less conscientious roofers have said anything about it or just installed the new ridge vent over it? We will recommend TEXAS VETS to everyone we run across in need of a new roof or just roof repairs.

    Dealing with wind and hail damage claims on insurance can be a nightmare. Toby and Michael have been amazing to work with.     My experience with Texas Vets Roofing company was absolutely wonderful. We had storms the night before and the wind was so high it destroyed a huge section of my shingles, knowing that another storm was headed our way, my anxiety shot to the roof. Not only did Jeffrey and Mason come to my rescue, they were there within 45 minutes of me calling and gave me peace of mind. The job was completed within an hour as it was pouring down rain.     I noticed that the recent winds pulled a couple of shingles off my roof, it was late in the day and rain in the forecast so when I called I didnā€™t expect someone out till the next day. They had a technician, Daniel, out with in 2 hours and he was able to tarp the damaged area. He shared that he would go find the shingles to match and be back the next day to make permanent repairs. I couldnā€™t be happier with their work, professionalism, and with their commitment to our Vets!

    ā—¦ I highly recommend Douglas (Army Vet 2005-2013) as your project manager if you want to be assured of good quality service from start to finish. As a Navy Veteran Im very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism Douglas and Toby provided throughout the entire roof replacement process. From working with the insurance carrier to make sure we got everything that was owed to us, the installation, and cleanup. Their service sets the standard for what a roofing company should be. Their relationship with shingle manufacturer warranted us an upgrade to a class 4 shingle free of charge due to the class 3 shingle being out of stock without any delay.

    Michael at Texas Vets Roofing is the best! He met the adjuster and pointed out damages that the adjuster missed which enabled us to get additional repairs done.     We have had one issue after the other with our roof. It started with hail and wind damage but the worst was us choosing the wrong roofing company. Between poor workmanship and bait and switch tactics we where really done wrong.That being said we found Texas Vets Roofing and wow it was a life saver. Literally the best contractor experience we have ever had. From the quality to the professionalism they are hands down the best I have ever seen. I will never use another company for our roofing needs. I wish I could give them 100 stars!!! They deserve it!!!

    This is a great company to work with to have your roof replaced. Michael did all the work with the insurance company and kept me informed on the progress. When the crew did the work, they covered the plants around the house and the pool to help protect them. The crew worked fast and completed the job in 1 day. They cleaned up everything when they were finished and your couldnt tell they had been here. The materials used were some of the best available. The new roof and workmanship made the house look fantastic. This company also has a program that donates roof replacement to Veterans who need help.     Texas Vets Roofing and our representative, Michael Rogers, were fantastic! Being our first house and first new roof installation, we were frightened of almost every part of this process before we started working with Michael, and he completely put our minds at ease. His professionalism is top notch. His customer service is second to none. There was a scheduling mishap that happened with the installation date. We expected them Friday, and they came Monday morning instead. Michael made that mishap feel like a tiny hiccup, and we ended up with a new roof even sooner.     I had about 5,000 ftĀ² of roofing to do. I knew it was going to be a big job and was ready for several days of inconvenience. Instead, the roofing crew showed up early in the morning and by 4:00 p.m. that same day I had a brand new roof with several extras thrown in.     We are in the process of selling a house. The roof of the screened in patio was leaking really badly and some of the decking was deteriorating and needed replacement. Texas Vets Roofing was very responsive in quoting a price and then making repairs. Some of the decking repairs were just outside the sliding glass door and quite visible. I expressed my concerns to Toby. He was very concerned with my dissatisfaction and took action immediately. The next day he had a crew on site who removed the entire roof, replaced all the decking material, then installed new roofing. I am very happy with the outcome.     These guys are the best! Starting with the free inspection, Toby sat down and walked me thru my options. He worked with my insurer to file a claim. They were here when the adjuster came for his inspection. After my claim was approved they showed up that same week, removed the old shingles and installed my new roof. All in the same day. Excellent job, great crew, super clean up, and my roof looks great. Texas Vets Roofing gets my highest recommendation. Give them a try, Im glad I did.

    Daniel came out to give us an evaluation of our roof and found that we were missing shingles in several areas of our roof and that sealant would be needed for the stacks and pipes along the roof. He offered a very fair price and stated he could be out the next day between 7:30 and 8. He also was able to give me pictures of the damage and then once they came out and completed the repair the new pictures for my records.I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends.     Jay and the whole Texas Vets Roofing crew were very professional during the installation process. Texas Vets worked with our insurance company and were able to get a Class 4 roof, gutters and two HVAC units replaced that were damaged during the severe thunderstorms we had in May 2024.     We used Texas Vets Roofing after a recent storm damaged our roof. The company had great reviews online, and after working with them, I can see why. Our contact, Codey, was in touch with us several times a week for updates. He explained the process of replacement and how our insurance would work - something I was not very familiar with. Our claim was actually denied the first time and Codey worked with our insurance to resubmit the claim and get it approved. You will find that Codey is very honest and will take care of your needs as a customer. He wont try and upsell you or do work that is unneeded.Texas Vets did our roof replacement for three of my adjacent neighbors at the same time that they did our roof. The job was finished quickly, and I was watching during the construction to see how it went. I could tell the workers were doing a good job and had pride in their work. They took extra care at the end to pick up everything and left things spotless. (I have not found a single nail on my property to date.)I feel confident with the work that was done and do not anticipate needing any roofing work for many years because of the stronger shingles that Texas Vets uses.     Jeff at Texas Vets is the BEST!! State Farm didnā€™t want to give us a new roof because they said there was nothing wrong with it. Jeff did not take that as an answer. So, he worked with us until they finally agreed and gave us the new roof. It took months, but Jeff was there for us the entire time. I would give them 6 stars if it was an option. We used Texas Vets on my wifeā€™s old home as well. And, if we ever need another roof (hopefully many, many years down the road) we will use them again!     The wind caught my patio cover and detached it from the house and over the roof taking roof vents with it. I called Texas Vets - Toby answered and came out within a few hours.     We discovered our roof damage only after it had come through to the interior. We had hail damage and needed repair immediately. We had already contacted another roofing company who was only interested in fixing the immediate problem. We were told the roof could make it another couple of years. Hmmm.So we got another opinion. He personally came out to seal the area leaking at 8pm one night because rain was coming overnight and we didnā€™t need anymore damage to our interior.The roofers were here at 7am and done by 2:30pm. They cleaned up great and the roof looks awesome. We went the lifetime shingles and it really makes a difference.We are also having them do the interior repairs as well.

    I got a card on my door from Texas Vets Roofing and looked them up. They had a Better Business Bureau rating of A+, far better than any I found on Home Advisor or Angies List. My house has a steep roof with 49 solar panels so it was a complicated job. Sam was incredible and coordinated the safe solar panel removal, the roofing, and the solar panel reinstallation. He was also the liaison for the insurance company which was a real plus. The workers were professional, respectful and always left the area cleaner than they found it.     Texas Vet Roofers came to my house to do a layover on my roof so I could get my homeowners insurance. Robert and his crew came out and in the span of a few hours had all the work and cleanup done. They were friendly courteous and professional.     I needed a new roof. But my insurance company kept sending out adjusters that didnt want to go on my roof to do a full inspection. They kept telling me I needed to repair the flashing and a few shingles around my chimney.This has been going on since March 2020. I had the repairs done in June 2020. I thought everything was ok.     Five years ago Toby Rannigan and his crew built us a carport and a front porch for our mobile home. The pricing was excellent, and the workmanship even more excellent. Last month we needed a new porch for the back door, as well as some reconstruction work inside from a water leak from our water heater. Despite the fact that Texas Vets doesnt really do reconstruction work because of the time it takes, Toby and his crew came out, assessed the damage, fixed it better than new, and built an excellent back porch. His crew was courteous and neat...they cleaned up all the mess from their work and disposed of it, and they came when they said they would.     They replaced the church and the manse roofs and gutters for the church. I have used several contractors at the church and your outfit tops them all.     Update to my review.Thank you for your call and responsiveness and making this right.I cant speak on how their work is, but be aware, for insurance claim (not sure about if a claim is not involved), that you dont get a free estimate. You sign a piece of paper that they refer to as a contract. Basically, if you dont choose them, you pay; $250. for an xactimate estimate, $250. for them to meet with the insurance adjuster (admits they dont say anything to them or get in their way), $250 to reset 9 shingles and $500 for 6 small emergency tarps. So for a total of $1250.00 I learned a hard lesson. If youre just pricing and are not sure who you are going with, dont sign that piece of paper! Pricing varies a lot, with different companies, so do your due diligence.
