I had 3 estimates to replace a 10-year old AC. Convenient gave me the simplest explanation for why it needed to be replaced as well as the simplest, 1-page estimate (in contrast to one that was 6 pages of technical language)! And no sales pitch, just straight talk. In 35 years of owning my house, Convenient was the first company to actually measure the space being cooled to see if I had the right size AC. In other words, they know what theyre doing. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with. My highest recommendation!

Very trustworthy and reliable company. I wanted a home energy audit because I had issues with bedrooms being extraordinarily hot compared to the rest of my home. They were so communicative and got me scheduled promptly. I ended up getting some duct work completed to help with the air flow and everything is so much better now. They did it all in a single day to not burden me any more than absolutely necessary as well. Super considerate

Paul and Chris brought an amazing crew to tackle my duct work that looked like it had been assembled by a troop of monkeys after a three day drinking spree. We had planned for 1.5 days to complete the work. Instead, they completed everything within 6 hours and were on their way to lunch before noon.Prior to work being started, Chris provided me a extensive and detailed estimate of all the problems associated with my air duct system. My biggest complaints were - smoke infiltration, (I suffer from asthma like condition) HVAC system constantly running, and weak air flow from many registers. Chris took photos of the entire system and then provided a detailed report of how best to correct the issues.When I had questions, Paul was quick to respond to my emails and/or calls and patiently answered all of them. He always updated the estimate so I was never in doubt as to the work to be done and the price. Paul also assisted with a program that SRP has to make homes more energy efficient. He took over the paperwork portion to make sure I received my entire rebate.What can I say other than - I would recommend Convenient Home Services to everyone and will use their services again if needed.

If you are need of A/C, duct work, energy audits, all HVAC etc., this company is one I would highly recommend based on 16 years of doing business with them. They installed my last AC unit many, many years ago, but then recently it was time to replace my AC-heat pump unit due to age. I also had my duct work inspected due to numerous issues I was having. Turns out the main return duct & supply duct had to be replaced (very old and leaking); Although I incurred some unexpected additional expense with this extra duct work, I am happy it was found and its completed. The entire new system, new duct work and new registers have made a world of difference in my home. While all of this work was and unanticipated expense, Im so happy its done properly and professionally, and I no longer have to worry about poor/uneven air flow, wasted energy and duct work that is disintegrating . The crew and office staff are wonderful to work with, they show up when they committed to, were prepared, efficient and professional. No extra charges, I paid what they quoted. They explained every step, reviewed the audit report, showed me pictures of the damage in the attic and gave me options without any sales pressure. In a world where customer service and professionalism are sorely lacking, this company and staff are a bright light! They are licensed and bonded, and certified APS and SRP qualified contractors. 10 Stars!

Paul, James, Chris and really their entire team completely amazed me! They went above and beyond for the purchase and installation of my new a/c system. My project took two days to complete. They set expectations and actually stuck to them; they were on time, walked me through their day, what they were doing and why, and even cleaned up after themselves both days. I also want to say how kind and professional everyone was the entire time. I started working with Convenient Home Services for repairs on my old unit and have always felt like I was a real person to them. Initially, Convenient Home Services, Inc came out to my home in February 2020 to conduct an SRP assessment of the efficiency of my home. They were professional, took the time to explain things, shared pictures of areas that I am unable to access and provided a thorough report of recommendations. Due to having such a great experience with them during this my 1st encounter, I have had them come out to fix and service my AC unit. Everyone that I have interacted with (owner, home performance analyst, office staff, and repair technicians) have been professional, responsive, timely, engaging, knowledgeable, honest, and intentional; resolving the issue with integrity. I highly recommend Convenient Home Service, Inc. This company is also a general contractor and I will definitely be using them in the future for other home projects. Convenient Home Services did a true five star company job.They came into my house and promptly started to lay down many blue tarps to protect my floors and to contain any debris that fell. I truly appreciated this effort and as they started to do their work, I witnessed how careful they were not to create a mess. They continued doing their work and continually asking permission to open this door or can we move this so we dont brake or damage it. They acted very professionally and making sure my personal stuff was protected. They made special efforts to explain what they were doing and how the changes would work better for me. Paul and his crew walked me around to show me the finished work explaining everything. When they were done, they carefully removed the blue tarps and began to completely clean the areas they worked in including vacuum all carpets and remove debris.I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.I told Paul that I would give him ten stars but he said that I only can give a maximum of five stars, so I did.Thanks Convenient.

Our existing AC started making noise, though it was still functioning. Convenient came and evaluated what was wrong. Paul did a great job of explaining what repairs were needed. The cost was high, and well into the expense of replacing the system. Paul did a good job of explaining what our options were (repair vs replacement, and what some of the pros and cons were for all possibilities). We didnt feel pressured to make any specific choice, but were well informed what the choices were.We ended up choosing to replace our existing system that was a little small for our home, with a newer model that is a better size for the square feet of this home. SRP gave a rebate for a portion of the install. Convenient took care of submitting the paperwork for the rebate, as well as for the manufacturers warranty. They sent us electronic copies of everything, and were really good about keeping in touch with us throughout the whole process.I would recommend Convenient, and would use them again if needed.

They did a complete energy audit and as a result I purchased 3 new furnace and airconditioning units plus a complete insulation package. Everything was done on time with no changes in price. The leaders and other workers were extremely professional, and always available for any questions. The changes saved me approximately $300 per month on previous utility bills for gas and electricity. I would recommend Convenient Home Services to anyone.

Convenient Home Services is now and will always be our A/C & Heating company. On May 12th, they came to our house to repair the A/C coolant line that had been damaged by another company at my house repairing a plumbing line. Within 2 1/2 hours of calling the office and speaking with Paul, James and a member of his crew were at our house to inspect the damage and decided right then and there to repair the coolant line so we would not be without our A/C for any longer than wed already been. Weve been customers of Convenient for 16 years but even this service was way above and beyond any service weve received during this time. Do yourself a favor and call Convenient Home Services the next time you need help with anything related to your home, but especially your heating and cooling system. Their employees go above and beyond to satisfy and explain where necessary the job they are doing. I recently purchased a home and wanted to see what I could do to help drop my electric bill because it was a lot higher than what I thought it should be for the square footage of the home. I found out that SRP has a rebate program for home energy audits so I scheduled an audit with Convenient Home Services. Chris was helpful and professional. After the audit he explained everything that I could do to the home to help lower my energy bill. He was very informative and was able to explain everything to me so that I could understand the reasoning behind the recomendations. After the audit I ended up getting solar screens installed, more insulation in my attic along with installing a new AC unit and condensor. The entire crew was very prompt, respectful of my home and took extra care to ensure that everything was tarped so that there were no debris on my items. It has been a few months since I have had work done and I have noticed a significant difference in my energy bill along with the efficiency of my home. They also made it very easy to get my rebate back from SRP as they filed it for me and I did not have to go through the hassle of doing that myself. I highly recommend Convenient Home Services and I will be using them again in the future.

I was introduced to Convenient Home Services because they were a provider on the SRP energy audit program. They came and did an assessment of my cooling needs. First of all they found large gaps in my ductwork that was letting large amounts of air to be released into the attic. Second they found little or none insulation in the living room vaulted ceilings. We were going on vacation and we let them come and do the repairs while on vacation. Upon returning all new ductwork was installed, plus new boxes for air exchange, 2 new intake vents for more air flow, andinsulation in the living room. Weeks ago when we hit record hot temps I noticed my office was very warm. The repairs were done 11 months ago but there was no hesitation, they came and changed flow directions and adjusted vents. Now its working great.

He was very helpful and informative. James and his crew came to the house and discussed the issue at length. James and his crew performed and inspection and gave me the details as to what needed to be done to resolve the dampener and AC issues. James explained everything in detail and at no time did I feel pressured to perform any of the recommendations that he gave me. I did approve to have the work they recommended. This past Saturday afternoon, when the forecasted temperature was predicted to reach 114 degrees, the AC unit at my mothers residence went on the fritz. She put in a service call at CHS and was told they would come by on Sunday morning. She let them know that she was an elderly women and asked that they make it out that day, to which the response was Ill see what we can do. To my surprise, about an hour later, Josh called and said he would arrive between 6:30 - 7pm. At 6:50 he called again to up date his arrival time to 20 minutes. When he arrived there wasnt much daylight left, but this did not hinder his efforts. Within 30 minutes the AC unit was repaired! Josh and Convenient Home Services were very professional and got the job done! Thank You....
