I own a small business....Second Home Pet Resort in north Phoenix...17,000 sq. ft....25 staff members. I do not employ a full time maintenance person so I rely on trade sub-contractors. I have utilized Indicom Electric twice in the last 6 months and have been more than pleased. Their trucks carry the necessary supplies, the technicians are knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. On the last visit while replacing a sodium bulb on a 10 ladder, the technician dropped the fixture lens while putting it back on. The lens broke yet the technician was quick to tell me they would obtain a replacement at no cost. They deducted the amount of the lens including the shipping from the invoice and came back to install it without me having to hassle them.I will continue to use Indicom for any of our electrical needs.
