Isaiah came out the same day and was amazing! Our fire alarm wouldn’t stop going off for no reason and we called them and they came out the same day. Isaiah was kind, knowledgeable, and provided great service. He was able to replace the defective fire alarm within the same appointment. Prices were great! Isaiah was the best and I can’t recommend them enough! He was even great with my pup 😊 def will use again

Zach Conlin, Mister Sparky electrician did an excellent job. We recently had him install three smart switches and two fans in my home. I was very impressed with his professionalism and expertise throughout the process. He was courteous and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions.When one of the fans was found to be the wrong size, he promptly returned to resolve the issue without any hassle. His knowledge of the products was evident, and he made sure everything was installed perfectly. I highly recommend his services!

On Monday my electric to include my AC went out. I found an outlet in the living room of my Condo that worked, started a portable AC unit and called my home warranty. The company my home warranty sent did not care that my breaker box was a fire hazard or the my family was now living in that one room as it was 95 degrees upstairs and over 100 degrees outside. So I called Mister Sparky. The very next day technician Michael Bennett came to my home. Michael helped me get a brand new breaker box that I could afford. Due to having to work with the city and power company Michale was unable to install the new box that day. Knowing the box was a fire hazard and my smoke alarm was not working Michael bought me a new smoke alarm and installed it. The next morning Michael worked diligently to get the permit approve and got the power company out to shut down the power. If anyone has had to work with the city and power company you know this was no small feet. Then Michael got to work, 110 degrees in direct sun Michael got the job done. Michael went above and beyond on this job and has made me a Mister Sparky customer for life. Michael is an asset to his company and thanks to him we were all able to sleep in our own beds Thursday night. Michael I appreciate and thank you for your great work, kindness, and compassion.

Jerry was very informative and did a thorough check of my house. He explained everything in detail and I felt like he really cared about making my old 1950s home safe for me and my family. My wiring is very old and not up to code. He opened up the outlets and showed me exactly what was going on. I had no idea my electrical looked like that within my walls! The wires looked burnt and disintegrated, scary to think about a house fire due to that! I called because of a fishy smell and it turns out my house is running way to hot with two much power surging into my home. He recommended a surge protector and whole house rewire which is expensive but worth it to me for peace of mind and safely! I am so glad I called them and they sent Jerry who was very experienced and knowledgeable!

So I was installing a TV mount— easy right? Well I so happened to bolt right down on some electrical wires on the stud and severed the wires. I needed to find an electrician pretty quickly and saw the good reviews on good maps. I am very happy I did. Gino R. came out to help and he did a very professional job. Our technician, Grant, showed up right on time. He was professional, polite, and very honest. We had just been through a terrible experience with another company, and Grant was able to restore our peace of mind, and provide us with far more detailed and accurate information than the first company gave us. In addition, he worked up 3 separate quotes for us, and he didnt try to push us towards the most expensive one (which was 1/4 of the price the other company quoted). Not only was he on time he was Time extremely knowledgeable and really focused on safety, which meant a lot. We have an older house So things are a bit quirky. Jerry had no problem with that. He explained everything beautifully So it was really easy to understand the things we needed to have done for the safety of our home and appliances.
