Thats a simple descriptor that underlines every aspect of my time with Look Electric.They were clear, communicative, and responsive in all discourse - from start to finish. In particular, Alan took the time to thoroughly explain his reasoning and strategy during the initial inspection. Something I thoroughly appreciated when it came to understanding the scope of work and how it would be undertaken. This continued while the project was underway, and Alan and his team were as courteous in all our on-site interactions as they were on any phone calls or text messages.But I think one of the highest compliments I can pay is that I was so thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work they did. The team, Don and Levi, always arrived on time, and efficiently tackled every installation and change. After each day, I would walk through the rooms and turn the new light fixtures on and off just to marvel at the work they did and how it really, radically changed each space.Its not just that the end-result exceeded my expectations, but that the undertaking of the work itself was both thorough and surgical in precision. Although they were removing massive light fixtures, they were so careful and attentive that you would be hard-pressed to tell that those fixtures ever existed. Thats a level of care beyond anything I could have hoped to expect, and I have Don and Levis hard work and diligence to thank for that.From quote to final invoice, changes and prices were clearly communicated and very reasonable. Drop-off of the final payment in the office was really easy and straightforward.These are honest, hard-working, and diligent guys. That was readily apparent from the moment I met each and every member of the team. This is our second time using Look Electric and we couldnt be happier. They added coach lights to each side of our garage along with a timer switch and replaced our outdated entry light. He and his crew not not only found and fixed the problem I called about, but were also able to fix two other problems at the same time! Look Electric is great!

We are new to the area and recently bought what could best be described as a “fixer upper”. In our inspection, it was noted that the home could do with some electrical upgrades for safety’s sake. This was a huge project so we got a few quotes. From the moment we met with Al and Eric, we were comfortable and knew we’d go with Look Electric. They were so down-to-earth and realistic. Once the projects commenced, Al was never more than a text away and his team was always on-time, professional, and kind. They never tried to upsell us on things, but did make a lot of good suggestions on moving lighting etc. Don, Levi, and Tony were our main team and they were incredibly respectful of our home, of us, even of our daughters naptimes! Even when we weren’t yet living in the home, they did a great job cleaning up everyday. We now have a home that is upgraded, safer, and brighter and we are so happy, especially to have good, reliable people to call if we ever need electrical services in the future!
