We had our solar installed by another company a few years ago. After SRP told us our inverter went out, we attempted to contact a few solar companies to see what assistance we could get. Most companies refused to help since they were not the original installers. First electric was quick to assist and sent people out within the next day to look at our system. Luckily, our inverter was covered under warranty. Preston was quick to install and very helpful. We will definitely be using this company going forward!

While driving, I saw one of First Electrics trucks, and reaching out to them was an excellent decision. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, who was exceptionally transparent and honest. He arranged for a technician to come out the very same day to address and repair my solar system. I would highly recommend them!

Preston was awesome. Very thorough. He kept us informed through the entire process. We had a new MPU installed, power was only off for an hour or so. It was very fast. He got the permitting approved right away. Definitely would recommend First Electric!

Guys came out and were on time. Did some trouble shooting and found the issue in the breaker box and got everything sorted. Took the time to explain everything they were doing and why. Amazing customer service over the phone and in person. Cant recommend this company enough.

Spoke to the owner , genuinely honest and want to help. I would highly suggest you use them over energy aid, Mesh bros, pepsolar. The reason is that first electric is honest and doesnt play games on solar repairs like others with their non sense charges to do any work. Upfront cost and repairs .
