I got in touch with Sonny Rock, and working with him to learn my options and move forward with purchasing and installing our system has been an absolute breeze.We were always kept fully updated on what would happen, WHEN it would happen, and if there were going to be any changes (we had one small reschedule and it was no big deal for us.) Sonny stayed on the ball and in touch every step of the way. The installation teams were also great. The people who came to complete work at our home were friendly and went out of their way to show me what items were installed and where they were located. That also made sure to let me know what I should expect to see happen next in the process.Not only was Sonny able to design the system I wanted for our current and future power usage, he was able to do it at the best price, too. A friend of mine referred me to Sonny when I told him I was interested in going solar. Im very glad that they did! Sonny was great to work with! He explained the entire process very clearly and answered all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and I never felt pressured to buy. He helped arrange the financing and installation and they both went very smoothly. Once the contract was signed he kept in touch and let me know where we were in the process from start to finish. There were a couple times when I had a question about where we were in the timetable and he always either answered my call or got back to me right away to answer my questions. Everything was delivered on time and as promised. My system has been up and running for several months now and I am very happy with my decision to install a solar electric system on my home! Sometimes I walk over to my electric meter just to watch it spinning backwards! He asks all the right questions to determine what you need. He makes suggestions for extra things you might need. We got three other estimates for our system and the most panels any other company wanted to put on was 25. Sonny came in with much more that would give us the best outcome. He keeps you well informed throughout the entire process and gets back to you in a short while if you have any questions along the way. Sonny Rock is an excellent surveyor and design specialist and will get you set up with exactly what you need. They also have a payment plan so you dont have to pay anything up front, then after your system is turned on,a low monthly payment which is far less than what you will be paying in electricity. Jason Hasting was our solar consultant. Jason knocked on our door and was relatively brief and informative. We let him inside and listened to the information he was presenting. Jason was very professional and I never felt like we were being forced to watch a sales pitch. He spoke of only the facts and politely let us know what our options are. Jason wanted to make sure that we understood everything he also let us know that if at anytime during the presentation we didnt feel comfortable moving forward that he was only there to give us the proposal and explain how everything worked and the ball is in our court. We did go with a custom designed solar system and the process was simple. I appreciated how Jason never tried to use any slimy sales tricks. We trusted him and he delivered. Sonny kept us informed throughout the entire process letting us know what was going on every step of the way. The entire process was seamless. If your looking at this review give these guys a shot they will do what they say and you wont regret it.

For the record, I was an Engineering and Maintenance Manager in the steel Industry for over 30 years. I understand the complexities and orchestration of projects and appreciate a well run project.This review is actually a double review because it was through a referral from a cousin who had their panels installed through Sonny Rock (Arizona Wholesale) and Joey Bayslinger (Titan) that prompted me to call them. However, I did contact and meet other companies to get a better understanding of systems, costs, options, etc. and Sonny did one hell of a job convincing me to purchase the panel systems outright. Quite frankly when he brought it up I was already convinced leasing was to be my direction and shot him down before allowing myself to listen. After doing my due diligence I was in total agreement and proceeded with Arizona Wholesale Solar. The entire process was done professionally. With the exception of County and APS Bureaucracy taking their time to provide approvals there were no glitches, no issues, no damage, no callbacks and the system started smoothly and efficiently. Since the system was only started last week to this writing, time will tell whether the payback will work out, but based on my cousins experience, that should not be a problem. As to whether I would / will recommend the Sonny / Joey team to others? Absolutely!

I had been looking for a solar system for my house for years. I just didnt know which way to go and kept putting it off. When I learned that Sonny was selling solar I went to him. He was very professional and explained everything to me. I looked over the paperwork and signed up the next time we met. He was able to get me the best system for the size of house I had. I wasnt oversold or undersold, it is just right! I have now had solar for years and love how my bill in the winter gets down to only 60 and in the summers stays less then 200 when it was always over 450 a month. The next house we move into I am going to Sonny to set us up.

We started off using the NextDoor app, to stay in touch with neighborhoods in my living area, and I noticed one of the posts had information about current Solar being installed, by who, and is it working for you? type questions...but as I kept scrolling down and reading, I came across a post by Aaron Michaels, who lives in the area and acts as an adviser.We have been living in our home now for 21 years, and through all of them, tried to get Solar 3 separate times. Each bid always came with a down payment from us that we couldnt afford, so never purchased and dreams of going GREEN were dashed...until I read about Aarons willingness to meet and explain everything a homeowner wants or needs, to make a financial decision, so we met.He came totally prepared with everything we needed or asked and answered.A few days passed with emails of information and after signing the contract, the ball got moving. Sonny J Rock from AWS contacted us and explained Aaron told him everything we needed and picked up things from here. Sonny WILL stay in contact with you, as I can attest to with my questions...all answered BTW :)Sonny has Titan Solar do the install and I have to tell you, being in the contracting industry, Titan Solar was 100% perfect in dealing with us. Crew #12 did the install and when finished, you saw no footprints or anything like garbage, very professional.Sonny also helped us with the financing company, Dividend Solar Finance...we purchased because of all 3 things and now, 2 days in and looking at our monitoring app, we are producing SOLAR, meaning we finally got to go GREEN...So, between Aarons advisory capacity, Sonnys ownership of our project, Titan Solar for being the kind of company homeowners can look too for a top notch installation and equipment. Lastly, none of it would of been possible hadnt Dividend Solar Financial given us the super low interest rate loan, we would still be stuck with rising SRP bills, as my whole neighborhood is feeling.Thank you all for one happy GREEN familyMike & VickiAs usual, I wanted to change where one of the pieces of equipment would be located, which delayed things for 10 days or so, but once everyone was on the same page, the installation moved along with Sonny keeping me abreast of all parts of this until finished.

I moved here from Iowa in 2002 and after going through 4 remodels on 4 different houses my wife and I have lived in, with 4 different contractors, we were convinced we just cant find a dependable contractor out here without paying outrageous prices. We wanted to look into solar panels, but we were hesitant because of these prior experiences. Then came a guy who is so into solar his name is actually Sonny! Sonny Rock is the owner of Arizona Wholesale Solar, and this guy has integrity and dependability in spades. We have only dealt directly with him, which is nice. We havent noted a single instance where he has not followed through on exactly what he says. Whether its callbacks, estimates, timelines, dealing with APS, prices, etc., hes always on it, and he hasnt once exaggerated the benefits/payback, like others have done. Ive never gotten his voicemail when I call him, which is SO rare these days. Hes also dealt with APS AND our roofing concerns, which a few other solar companies told us wed have to handle ourselves. If you dont have solar panels in Arizona....call or text him....like right now seriously you can thank me later :)

Titan Solar was the installer and they were able to complete the project well before the average time frame of 4-6 weeks. The communication throughout was thorough and clear.
