I made an accidental phone call to Travis personal number and he was SOOO sweet!!! He offered me his office number and told me if my company Hippo Roofing ever needed anything he would be happy to help and i told him likewise of course. Very personable nice guy even though i wasn’t looking for services, ill definitely be looking here whenever i do! Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Travis Plumbing. After receiving quotes from several plumbers and electricians to replace an old tank water heater with an electric tankless at our condo, we decided to use Travis Plumbing and couldnt be happier with our decision. From the first phone call, Lauren answered all my questions patiently and stayed in contact with me while getting the project approved by the HOA and coordinating with the electrician. Trevor and Patrick were on time, professional, licensed, insured, reasonably priced, and did an exceptional job. They worked seemlessly with the electrician we chose (Beach Electric), and made for an awesome experience. We couldnt be happier and will call Travis Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.

Top-notch, super-quick service today from this awesome company! They were onsite within an hour of my call. Not only are they well-trained professionals, but the guys were so friendly! Made a huge difference in turning around what had started as a bad morning with a backed-up toilet! Trevor was a pleasure to deal with, and he and Travis Plumbing have my highest recommendation!

We are very happy with Travis Plumbing. From our first call to ask about replacing our old hot water heater with a new tankless model, the customer service on the phone was top notch. Lauren was friendly and helpful, and was instrumental in us deciding to go with Travis for our job. The experience continued to be pleasant when Trevor (tech) and Matt (assistant) showed up promptly on time to do the job. Both men were polite and professional and explained what work they were going to do, and made us feel confident that the job would be done right. New venting was needed so work was also done in our attic and on the roof. They did a quality job in under the time frame quoted, saving us some labor costs. Trevor gave us an instructional tour of how the new equipment works, and answered all our questions. They cleaned up after they completed the job and hauled off all refuse. In all, they did a quality job for a fair price, and everyone we talked to with Travis was friendly, polite, and professional. I would recommend Travis Plumbing without hesitation!

Kenny was not only on time but even a few minutes early. He could not have been more helpful and patient, letting me take pictures for hubby not here. He cleaned up thoroughly and did a lovely caulk job. Lauren and Jessica in the office were great too. I highly recommend Travis Plumbing.

It is increasingly rare to have a good experience when getting a home repair done but this was a really good experience. Lauren picked up the phone first time I called, they showed up earlier than expected but called ahead to make sure that was Ok with me. Fixed the problem quickly and for a reasonable price. This was home repair the way it should be!

Im very impressed by Travis Plumbing. Elizabeth kept us apprised of scheduling. Trevor and Patrick showed up at exactly the scheduled time. They were very friendly, answered all our questions, and gave us guidance about other needs in the house.We had water leaking from underneath a toilet. They correctly diagnosed replacement of the flange and wax ring. For parts and one hour labor, the total cost was $200. We thought that was very reasonable, and far cheaper than what Roto-Rooter would have charged.Travis Plumbing is a small company, so they dont do an emergency response like Roto-Rooter, but for all our future plumbing needs well go with Travis.

Trevor and Patrick were great! I needed them to replace a spigot. They needed to cut some drywall away from the spigot and unlike most plumbers that would have left it open for the homeowner to repair, they enclosed it with a metal plate. They cleaned up their work area and were gone in no time. Very cordial and polite. Will definately use them again next time. Fair price.
