    I live in an older manufactured home that was built in 1981 and I am always a bit concerned when my home is in need of repair. But that all changed today when Bronson and Bobby came out. They did a fantastic job replacing two commodes and a shower valve for me. They arrived promptly for the appointment and even called to let me know they were on their way. Bronson and Bobby were professional, friendly, kind and attentive to details and they worked very well together. Bobby was meticulous with the caulking around the base of the commode and Bronson made sure the shower valve fit was perfect. They made sure there were no leaks after the repairs were completed and they even cleaned up after themselves when they were finished, which is pretty rare these days. I highly recommend Roper Plumbing for all of your plumbing repair needs.Thank you so much Bronson and Bobby.

    Roper Plumbing has been helping maintain our privately owned lift station and sewer for a few years now. We have had issue with our old system. Its not easy to find good help. With Roper Plumbing we have had great service. The owner Steve is a top rated problem solver, Innovative and a go getter. The man is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. He can do what others say cant. He communicates well and he has no problem explaining what needs to be done and how he would do it. I am overly impressed at the skill and the outcome of his work.I endorse and highly recommend him if you have any issues with lift stations or sewer issues. Its not easy being a plumbing but Roper can do the not so pretty hard stuff.

    I called today Monday June 17th at 7:30a and made an appointment for that afternoon. To my knowledge the septic had not been done in at least 11 years. The guys arrived two hours later much earlier than anticipated and got the job done quickly, three hours after my call! They were nice and explained the issues with my tank lids from the previous people that pumped it. Thank you so much Roper Plumbing! I was referred to them and will continue to referral to others. I look forward to using you again in 3-5 years.

    I called Roper after another company Came out and decided they didn’t want to pull through our gate to do septic. You can fit a semi easily through our gate SO the gate was fine, but whatever - turned into a blessing in disguise because then I called Roper! They came out next day (other 2 I called were 2-3 weeks out like the original company)! Adam and Leon (super sorry if I got second name wrong) were professional and considerate. Truck came through fine and around house to get close to tanks. Price was even half of what originally was being quoted from other company as we have a dual tank!This was just for maintenance pump out, but I know I’d get same great service on emergencies. Thank you for a great experience on customer service and I’ll always recommend you!Just had Brad and Bobby out to replace my washer shut off valves (7/19/24). Third time using roper and it’s always an effortlessly easy visit from them. From showing up to leaving they are super friendly and easy going. I’ll always recommend them for plumbing needs! Also the woman in the office is so nice because o was panicked with the hot water valve leaking and she got my in quickly and assured me they will fix it while out! They all deserve awards and I’ll continue updating this review anytime I use them because it won’t let me post another 5 star review.

    Thanks to Brock and team, we have working toilets and showers again! They came out after a long day and were able to buy us a few extra months on our sewer system before we have to replace it. I was dreading but ready to pay thousands of dollars for a replacement of all our cast iron pipes, and while that is still needed in the near future, thanks to Brock and his partner (who’s name I missed…but you were awesome!), they cleared us out so we can plan better for the replacement. They were fast, and courteous, and explained everything. And they cleaned up after themselves. Thank you for the hard work, guys! We’ll see you in a couple months for our big job!

    Had our 1960s home entirely repiped, Roper was in and out within 3 days. Tidy, efficient, and Brock was quick to respond to any questions/problems we had. We will recommend them to all Brevard residents moving forward. Loved them so much that our neighbors repiped within two months. Love living in our house now with no plumbing issues!

    Roper plumbing was the only choice I was willing to use because of their extensive knowledge of the homes in my neighborhood. i constantly see their trucks allover Merritt Island ..Once I made contact, I was treated with respect, courtesy and a professional business like but hometown attitude.     Called because my sink kept clogging up. Made an appointment and Brad and Jacob showed up early after calling to make sure I was okay with it. They arrived and were very friendly to me and my dogs. Got in and immediately figured out the issue and got the water running through the drains again. I couldnt have asked for a better response to my problem. The cost wasnt too bad for a professional service ..I mean you cant expect professional work and pay in peanuts. But its worth it to be able to wash my dishes and not have to run back and forth outside to dump the water! A+ service. Thanks guys!

    I noticed the kitchen sink wasn’t draining well and it looked like something was stuck in the drain. I set an appointment for someone to come between 8a-10a and Brock and Bronson actually showed up a little early, which was great since I needed to get to work! They were amazing! Super friendly, professional and got the job done quickly. They removed the culprit from the drain (2 plastic knives) and made sure everything was put back together and there were no leaks. I couldn’t have asked for better service and won’t hesitate to call Roper again. Thanks guys!

    I called Roper because our bathtub drain appeared to be clogged. They came out twice, using different methods and diagnostic techniques, and were unable to clear the drain. Roper did not charge us for those initial service calls as “we didn’t fix the problem”,ultimately diagnosed as the failure of our aging cast iron pipe Ugh :( Roper returned in a timely manner, removed our cast iron tub, replaced the bad pipe underneath and installed a new tub. The workers were very professional and courteous. We will be using Roper for all our future plumbing needs !

    I had a deep clogged that affected both the master bathroom toliet and shower. First company I called (not Roper Plumbing) sent a guy out that didnt seem to know what he was talking about at all and wanted to charge me between $350 to $500! I refused their service and instead called Roper Plumbing. The guy at Roper Plumbing I spoke with was very knowledgeable, quoted me a fair price, knew exactly what to do when he got to my house and looked at the issue, and had my issue fixed promptly on a Saturday. I definitely recommend them for any plumping needs.

    Roper Plumbing is my hero! I called on Friday afternoon and at first I reached a voicemail. When I was about to leave a message, a call started beeping in from Brock at Roper’s ( the owner’s son). I explained that we were having a very strong sewer smell in our house and it had reached an all time peak that day! We were also experiencing a backup into both our showers every time we ran a load of laundry.I explained the problems to Brock and that I was looking for someone who could not only help me with a drain line plumbing clog but also with our septic since I wasn’t sure which one was the problem. He assured me they could handle any plumbing or septic related issue. I was delighted since the seven other companies I had contacted would only handle either septic or plumbing, not both. He said they could be at our house first thing Monday morning between 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM.I couldn’t have been happier to see them when they arrived at 7:30 AM on Monday! Terrance and Brock were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with! They went to work right away accessing the symptoms and began by snaking our main drain line which led to our toilets working properly. However, I was still concerned about the laundry backup into our showers so they patiently waited for our laundry cycle to begin draining while packing up their equipment.Brock walked in and smelled the sewer gas that I had told them about. He immediately said something more was going on and they started checking our septic tanks. Long story long, they spent six hours working to make sure that all of our plumbing and sewer problems were 100% addressed before they left our home. I will never use another plumbing or septic company again and will highly recommend them to everyone!

    I have had two pump outs and a drain snake done recently. Each time I was impressed by the level of professionalism and good service provided ( a bit pricey for the short time they were there, but I needed the job done). For my second pump out, I had called two other local service companies on a Monday and was told they might be able to schedule me 3 days later. Roper sent Terrance out within two hours once I called, and went straight to work. Roper has my respect.

    I had a clogged drain at the house, talked to Roger from Roper. Within an hour two guys came out to clear the line. A couple days later, the drain backed up again. Called Roper back and they promptly sent 2 more guys back out, found the cause of the problem (roots growing in line), and cleared it again. They honored their initial price and didnt even try charge me for the call back. All their people who came out were VERY friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and gave advice on maintaining my plumbing system. As a real estate agent and a business owner, I constantly read and study about how to have good customer service. From my experience, Roper is an example of great customer service. I now have a go-to plumber! Thanks guys!!!

    Best around! Roper Plumbing turned our nightmarish morning into a pleasant day. Not only were they a full service company, able to empty our septic tank as well as fix our indoor plumbing needs, but their prices were fair and their services quick and painless. Their technicians were very knowledgeable, HONEST, polite, friendly, and super cautious of their cleanliness. They kept me informed of what they were doing and what they found the whole way through. Their technicians cleaned up behind themselves and all three of them had an impeccable demeanor. We will definitely use them if ever needed again and will for sure be speaking their praises to friends and family.     We bought a house earlier this week and called yesterday to have our septic tank cleaned. Terrance and his apprentice arrived earlier than expected this morning. Terrance was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He took the time to explain exactly what kind of system we have, how to maintain it properly, and answered every question we had. My husband and I have never lived with a septic system before, so having such a knowledgeable professional take the time to educate us was a huge relief. The price we were quoted was what we paid. We will be calling Roper for all of our septic needs.

    If you have a large job like I did, youre best served to use the best - Roper Plumbing! I had to do a total re-pipe in an older home in Merritt Island, FL. Broc and his crew were amazing to work with. They are nationally known for their re-pipe services and now I see why. Youd expect the best to be the most expensive right? Nope, they were one of the best quotes I received, but the work was the best. Plus, they were quick!

    I used this company to pump out my septic tank. The technician Bobby who came out was phenomenal. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and was wonderful in answering all my questions.     I really apprciate Brock and his men today. At this busy time with Labor shortages these guys had to come out and dig 3 large holes to get the the lids on my septic system because the other company did not put extensions on the access ports which have to be serviced often. Our septic was backing up into the house when they came and diagnosed the problem which the septic only needed pumped out but w/o knowing exactly where to dig it took a lot of labor to find each port. They also put risers on the ports so next time it will be easy to access. I will using them for all their services from now on. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!

    Roper Plumbing to the Rescue. I called on Thursday evening and the owner call back within 10 minutes. He said they could handle the hot water heater problem tomorrow. I called the office back first thing on Friday morning and they told me they would be there in a couple hours, and they were. Another company I called the day before said it would take 4 days before they could come and help. Roper sent out 3 guys who were personable, polite and got the job done in a couple hours.     On January 21, 2020, Roper plumbing sent a young man by the name of Terrence to our home to drain our gray tank. We also had a clog in the line. I was so impressed with Terrence‘s dedication and determination to help us fix our problem. He went above and beyond what was expected of him.     I have used Roper Plumbing for big jobs (broken cast iron pipes under the house) and small jobs (installing hot water heater). Ive met nearly every employee as well and I have been so impressed.     These guys were great! They came out for what looked like a simple fix-snaking the drain for a clog. They ended up spending most of the afternoon looking for solutions. They would not give up until they fixed it. I was very impressed with all 3 and grateful that i now have a working toilet and shower again without having to tear up my floor.     This morning, 2 very handsome gentlemen (Shane and Bronson) came to my house and saved my whole life!!!! I am getting ready to have surgery tomorrow and had family flying in this morning, so OF COURSE my toilet totally broke, right? 😂😂😂 It never happens when life is boring. Anyways, called up Roper Plumbing this morning, and within an hour they were at my house, and in another hour it was fixed. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, funny, professional, and even cleaned up after themselves.     During the Mandatory Evacuation from hurricane Dorian I was desperately calling for anyone to come and fix our mess.I called others who said that they couldnt get here till after the storm passed. Even this company said that they just closed up and sent everyone home..Then, a few minutes later the owner himself shows up in a big worktruck.He says to us that he just couldnt leave us hang out to deal with all this. So he decided to come take care of this himself.He immediately fixed,repaired AND Replaced the whole broken faucet and piping.This is a huge deal especially on a holiday emergency call. $$$.I knew it was going to cost a whole lottta money but we NEEDed water. We have been struggling to put up the boards on the Windows and had two more to go...Then this guy Steve, the owner of Roper plumbing went back to his truck, got out the proper tools and even better hardware to hang the remaining boards over the Windows..He could have charged us a much money as ever due to the holiday hours and emergency call. Plus the weather event.Nope, he didnt even charge us at all!!!Unbelievable... It was like a scene in a movies or something.. Its amazing..This guy Steve is a Great Human Being. He went out of his way in an approaching threatening storm to help a complete stranger. Unbelievable..A true patriot.     Absolutely awesome company and employees! Not knowing a single thing about septic systems and being told I needed a whole new system as I was told mine had a hole or had collapsed. And at a price of roughly 11 K and a time frame of 3-4 months, I was a wreck. I called Roper Plumbing to inquire about another quote. From my first call with Brock, (I believe I got the name right), I already felt much more relieved. He was able to give me a flat rate of new installation which was much less. He advised that he would first send someone out to pump out the septic and to check out the tank to see where damage was. Terrance and his assistant arrived next day promptly at 11. They were both totally awesome! They were both very professional and very polite. They kept me informed of what was happening, and to top it all off, my septic tank is NOT collapsing.     I called Roper Plumbing because I had a tough clog in my master bathroom shower that I just couldn’t resolve on my own.I made an appointment for arrival between 8-10 am and Brock, who is the owner, and his helper Jacob arrived right around 8:30, which I consider prompt given the spread.Both were very friendly. They took care of the issue, explained to me what was clogging my drain and why, showed me the evidence, which I appreciated because I could see for myself, they weren’t trying to tell me a story or anything, and it was all done in about 20 minutes.Much appreciated! Definitely recommend these guys.

    Shayne did a fantastic job in a very difficult situation. He was concerned about making a small hole in the wall so that it was only what was necessary. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and effective plumber.     We are new to the area and experienced a plumbing issue on a Saturday. They answered the phone promptly and were very kind and sensitive to our troubles. They showed up within 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. We were impressed with them from start to finish. Highly recommend.

    Definitely a 6 star company. Called them Thursday afternoon ref a water leak in our kitchen wall. Bronson showed up first thing Friday morning, analyzed the situation, gave us several alternatives of which we picked the one he recommended and in 3 hours he found and fixed the leak(in a concrete block wall). In the future we will use them for any plumbing issues we have. I highly recommend them.

    Bronson and Terrance arrived at my home approximately 20 minutes after I called. Very professional. I had called to have my roof vent pipes cleared/cleaned. They walked around the property, pulled the septic clean-out caps, and quickly diagnosed the issue. A full septic. The tanker arrived half an hour later. Tank emptied. They then checked each fixture and sink, using a plumbers router on the roof to clean out the sludge in the kitchen drain, and hair clogged in a bathroom drain. Everything working as it should. Clean, courteous and professional.
