Never thought I’d say that hiring a plumber would be awesome but Ken & Carrie’s were amazing. I called late on a Sunday afternoon and Mark texted me back before 7 on Monday saying someone would be by between 10 and 12. Kyle was here by 9:15, very courteous and quick. He unclogged our sewer line in less than 30 minutes and the price was very fair. All of this was on December 23rd…so I guess they saved Christmas! You guys are amazing!

I contacted Ken and carrie’s yesterday, and I was totally amazed for his prompted response; He gave me an appointment for today at certain time, he knew he was going to be a little bit late and he let me know with time ahead. I was already impressed even without meeting him yet. He resolved my issue today.Thank you Matt you were my angel. Had a great experience. Had a shower valve leak earlier that night and called around the area and K&C fit us into their schedule and came out and did an outstanding job. Our plumber was very knowledgeable and friendly and went out of his way to help a neighbor with a question. Definitely use them again.

Ken & Carrie is fast and reliable. Use them on all my jobs after going through 3 other not reliable plumbers. Only thing Im sorry about is that I couldnt give them more than 5 stars.
