I can’t say enough good things about my experience with CB Plumbing. Of the three plumbing companies I called, they were the only ones who returned my calls. I made repeated calls and inquiries to two other reputable companies AFTER they had come to my home to see what I needed. This was a fairly large project, so it could not have been a job too small for them to bother with.I’m sure CB Plumbing workers did not appreciate my micromanagement, but there was never any indication they were irritated with me. Mark and Ryan have the patients of saints because they came to my house many times to answer my questions and address my concerns (which was usually my lack of understanding). Unlike most people/companies I have dealt with, they kept me informed when appropriate and the work was done when they said it would be done. Was everything done perfectly? No, but they always made it right.Not at any time did I feel they were just trying to get work from me to make money. In particular, the sewer line from the house to the street, which is of concern for the homes in this neighborhood. Danny, the man who oversaw that part of the project, examined a portion of the pipes and said they appear to be in fairly good shape, so it was up to me whether I wanted to have it replaced. Despite the cost, I elected to have it replaced. This is my forever home, and I would rather have in place what will last for the rest of my life.Although I don’t have experience with plumbing, I am not completely ignorant about such things. Due to the cost, I elected not to have them replace a bathroom faucet or a PVC valve at the dock. I finally got the courage to replace the bathroom faucet myself after struggling (unsuccessfully) to fix the existing faucet problem. I will eventually replace the PVC valve at the dock myself.If you are looking for the cheapest way possible to get your plumbing done, you may want to look elsewhere. If you want quality workmanship and reliability, this is your company. Not only do they deliver superior service, but their people have knowledge of how the plumbing runs under the houses in this old neighborhood (Catalina Isle Estates). On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a 25 (way over the top)!

Couldnt be happier with the work Mason & Danny did for us. We had trouble getting an old faucet out, and they took care of it for us and installed the new one. They were on time, efficient, and very friendly. The price matched the estimate I was given. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

I am a board member at our 68 unit condo association that just completed our third sewer line and drain arm replacement with Cocoa Beach Plumbing. We couldnt be happier with this company. The cast iron pipes in these mid -1960s condo buildings are the Achilles Heel of these structures and a big project to take on. CPB worked with the residents in mind as water/sewer shutoff was kept to a minimum. They worked efficiently and were able to adapt quickly when 1960s surprises showed up. They kept on schedule, on budget, and with minimal change orders. Chad (owner) and his brother/project manager, Ryan, along with manager Mark and the office staff run this family operation. No project is complete without Danny (foreman and is where the rubber-meets-the-road), and his great crew of guys. Special thanks to Blake, Chance, David, Eli, Gabe, and Luke! Thank you to all for being so patient and efficient in responding to our questions along the way.November 8, 2024Yesterday I made a call into CBP as we had a plugged drain in one of our units. David came out and went above and beyond by making an extra trip out to his van to get a tube of caulk to seal around the bathroom sink after the drain was cleared. The following day I called to get clarification on how far the snake went out for our records. Summer offered to redo the invoice to give more detail. Yesterday I also met with Nate, who gives the estimates for the larger projects. He took the time to explain the details of the jobs so the homeowner and I understood what we are paying for. I cant say enough about the service behind the scenes or the technicians that come out. Thanks CBP!

They were able to resolve the issue with the clog but I never received an estimate prior to work commencing or when they used the camera to look down the pipes which was pretty costly. However; they were able to resolve the issue that two other plumbing companies were not able to in the past and this problem had perpetuated on and on for the last year since we moved in. Not sure what the previous owners used in their toilets. Just happy to have two toilets clogged free!

Plumbers were right on time, meticulous -almost surgical- in installing a new sensor driven faucet. We had them install new drain arm, trap, and sink baskets. It now looks like the “Parade of Homes” under this 1966 construction. Plumbers Nate and Jessie were very professional, pleasant, and no-nonsense. Great work! 5 star rating for Cocoa Beach Plumbing and homemade chocolate cookies for the plumbers.

This is my first time using CB Plumbing (I live in Merritt Island). I typically use Tom Walker plumbing, but it just seems that I can never get them out here in a timely manner so looked at CB Plumbings reviews I said OK let me give them a try. I had broken the pipe from the bathroom shower wall to the shower head. Plumbers Harrison and Danny came out today, they were wonderful and the cost was reasonable. They did it in a timely fashion, everything‘s working perfectly so I personally would highly recommend CB plumbing and in addition to that I just want to give kudos to the team that came out here, Harrison and Danny. They are honest and friendly 👍😁 Thank you!

House up for sale in cape canaveral and main line backs up. Called cape canaveral and other local plumbers. No answer or cant get to you today. Then called CB plumbing and a real person answered. They could help. They updated me when plumber was delayed and let me know when he was on the way. Maliki came out got me cleared out in no time. Call these guys first! Just got a return call from one plumber in cape canaveral who is one block from my house. They literally called me back 5 DAYS LATER. Great reminder to post a review for CB Plumbing. CBPlumbingServices responded quickly when I called with a major water heater problem leaking water. They came in, assessed whether the problem could be remedied or replaced. I decided on replacement since the Ream Water heater was born in 1998 and had already had issues. I had already been contemplating replacing it with a tankless water heater. Ryan assured me it could be done; provided an estimate for the heater and installation; recommended an electrician to assess how large a unit I could accommodate and his team removed the old water heater saving me from any water damage. The install went quickly once all the players were in place. Ryan and Randy did the install/plumbing performing an expert job. They cleaned up after themselves, tested the system and taught me the mechanics of the system before leaving for the night. Yes, I will call on Cocoa Beach Plumbing Services run by Chad and Sarah McKay should I find the need again.Thank you Ryan and Randy for your professional services. You are truly experts in your field.Update 7.3.23Called Cocoa Beach Plumbing service for a kitchen faucet install late Friday. I was given appointment time for Monday, 7.3.23, between the hours of 11am-1pm. The two man team arrived at 10:30a much to my delight. I had famiky arrive late Friday for the week so CB plumbers were right on time early on Monday. I call Cocoa Beach Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs and have been very happy with them since 2019. I clicked on leave a review and could not find where to leave it. So I am leaving it here on Google as an update to my previous reviews on Cocoa Beach Plumbing Services.*******I had a leaking garbage disposal that happen on Friday, Nov 8, 2024. I cleaned it up and shoved a bucket under the kitchen sink until I could get to calling my favorite plumbing company, Cocoa Beach Plumbing Services on Monday. Too bad the garbage disposal couldnt have just simply stopped working without the addition of water all over the place. That would happen only in a perfect world. LOLAnyway, I called this morning, Monday Nov 11 2024. Brittany answered the phone and went right to work getting me the help I needed. She placed me on a very brief hold and when she came back on the phone she had a time frame for me for TODAY! I was thrilled. Harrison and Leonardo went right to work after a brief discussion confirming what I need to have done. Yes, there were two leaking things going on this time around. Leonardo went right to work on uninstalling the old disposal and installing the new disposal. Harrison went right to work dismantling the piping underneath my bathroom sink to install a new sink stopper that had failed and was leaking water into the cabinet below the sink. Everything in my unit is scaled down including the spacing underneath all of the sinks so not an easy task by no means for Harrison and Leonardo. They thoroughly tested for leaks when they were done and their work passed with flying colors. Cocoa Beach Plumbing Services receives an A+++ from my initial call to the office to a job well done. Harrison and Leonardo were on time. They cleaned up after themselves when done. I have to say that Brittany in the office, and Harrison and Leonardo at the worksite were all very pleasant. Our sewer lines in our front yard collapsed leaving us with no drainage utilities until the job was completed. We went through the process of having multiple companies come out to do estimates. Next time we will just call Cocoa Beach Plumbing first. They were quick, professional, and left the area in a condition that I didn’t think was even possible. They managed to dig 5 foot trenches across the entire front yard and saved the sod to puzzle piece back together once the job was finished. With the summer rain, it will be back to original condition in no time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The owners were not aware of this and I spoke with her she then voided my invoice which I never received from service man. They are a very prominent and professional company and stand behind their work. I will use them again in the future as they are a very reputable company. Matt and David were prompted and did a great job for us.Our home was built in 1966, and we had a leak in our kitchen drain. We were very lucky that they new exactly what to do with those old pipes and we were back to washing dishes. We also, ask Matt to run his camera down all the vent pipes, to ensure that this old house plumbing, is still in working condition.We highly recommend Cocoa Beach Plumbing for all our plumbing needs, and lets hope that it isnt soon.

I unfortunately only left a negative review for Tom Walker Plumbing after they bumbled the job, but I had this blurb in it that I just copied and pasted about Cocoa Beach Plumbing:I called Cocoa Beach Plumbing, and they immediately checked on the part, told me they would order it and have it the next business day, and have a plumber over to install it; and, they provided a flat rate for the work, in advance.Fast forward to today, 7/19/19. My wife and I found that no water would go down our sink and the garbage disposal wouldnt work. We were in town to review painting and caulking work done by a contractor of Bennett and Sons AC, named Jorge (more on this later).Cocoa Beach Plumbing showed up within 2 hours of us calling them, and offered a flat rate for the trip, the diagnosis and a new garbage disposal. $237. Super rate!The technician, Ryan is amazing. Super professional and clearly knows his stuff. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it, even though it was probably one of the most difficult disposal replacement jobs anyone has done. Now, back to Jorge. Inside the disposal, Ryan found a ton of paint and caulking. Everything below the sink was actually glued together with caulking and paint. Apparently, Jorge thought it was a good idea to dump paint and caulking down the garbage disposal while no one was looking. Ryan is still charging us the flat rate, despite all of the extra work. Now, thats service. Ryan was able to save our sink and a ton of extra cost. He went the extra mile for us.The hot water heater they installed for us 3 years ago is still working perfectly, and the drywalling they did inside the closet is similarly perfect.Cocoa Beach Plumbing is an honest company with great professionals. Dont call anyone else. I know I never will.

I had an issue with my tub not draining. I had talked to Cocoa Beach Plumbing, mentioned how it wasnt an emergency situatuion. I was informed someone would be in the area and could fix it. Nathan came out and did a great job. He even fixed my sinks that werent draining well either, I didnt even realize they had an issue.A few months later I moved and when using the Guest Bathroom shower it leaked into the downstairs unit. Nathan talked with the lady downstairs to see what was going on. He found out it was my shower pan leaking. He had to tear the tile up and replace the pan. The floor tile wasnt able to be saved so he replaced it no problem. Drywall work had to be done and he even had to replace some rotten wood. Its crazy to think it had be remodeled by someone else not long before I moved in. I am very happy with the shower, even looks better then before with the new tile!!I would recommend Cocoa Beach Plumbing for any plumbing issues and remodels. I cant wait to have my Master Bathroom done!!

This was the best emergency plumbing call response that I have ever experienced. A pipe suddenly broke behind a wall when I cycled the main water supply to my house. I called 4 other plumbing companies and got one to schedule an assessment for the following day. When CB heard that my main water to the house had to remain shut-off, they showed up within 2 hours. Within minutes after arriving, they had the wall opened and had found the broken pipe. They had it fixed within an hour and actually replaced two old stops in a bathroom that were frozen, during that repair visit. Truly amazing service, great quality workmanship, friendly and totally professional plumbers. Also must say that the charge for this incredible swift response was SO reasonable that I am NOT going to state it here. CB is the only plumbing company I will call in the future. My first experience with Cocoa Beach Plumbing Service came from when a carpet cleaning contractor broke my spigot and had it replaced at his cost. Since I had already had an acceptable experience with them and they are close I called them when my other spigot was leaking. It was such an easy fix for them they didn’t even charge me. So when my washing machine backed up into my tub I called them again. They cleared the drain at the same cost my neighbors had incurred last year from another company. Pretty reasonable. Then, I discovered that another drain was slow within days of them clearing the first one. Just 20 minutes after my call a crew came out and cleared the other drain at no cost. Chad, the owner of Cocoa Beach Pluming stopped on his way home from the shop to fix my main water supply connected to the meter. Jump right in and chopped through tree roots to get to the leak. Chad even went out to obtain the necessary connectors to complet the repair. Chad and his team is one of the most professional businesses that I have ever dealt with! Highly recommended for any repair/installation work.

When our plumbing started backing up, we thought we had a fairly easy fix ahead of us. But instead, our waste water pipes were choked with roots from big trees in our front yard. Cocoa Beach Plumbing came out, dug, sweated, adjusted, fitted, roped off, cleaned up, all day, and kept us informed every step of the way. They did a SUPER job, very professional, timely and affordable. Weve lived in Cocoa Beach more than 30 years and we trust them completely!

I cant say enough about the EXCELLENT service I received from CBP!They are OUTSTANDING, and go above and beyond! Luke and Tim (CBP) came to my Condo on 9/8/22, for a flooding issue of unknown origin. They quickly diagnosed the problem to be a water heater leaking. Flooded half of downstairs. They had to cut my kitchen counter top to access it. Everything had to come out from under the kitchen sink which was crammed full! Not only did they put everything back where it was, under the sink, they put the countertop back in place, and Luke was seen by my daughter wiping up the muddy floor in the kitchen with towels that they had brought! The plumbers are not responsible for putting the cabinet back together putting things back in place and much less cleaning your floor for you from the muddy footprints! My grandbaby was here, and I saw Tim walk across the condo to the back door, lock both locks and put the chain on and walk back over to finish his job! They had to access that door earlier and I guess he remembered it wasnt locked so he went back over and locked it, right in the middle of the job! This company and these two plumbers do their jobs as if it were their own homes. I want to thank both of them, Luke and Tim, and Cocoa Beach plumbing for the quick, and excellent service they provided!

Prices are not bad, knowledgeable staff, friendly office worker. They should get a new answering service though as they did not relay our message to the office and we had to call back later to find out they wouldnt be coming on Monday as planned. They were quick to diagnose issues and friendly. So overall a good experience considering everything went down on Thanksgiving day, but we called for service the next day *no one should have to work on the holidays*
