We just purchased a new home built by Maranda. STRADA installed our surround system. The day after we moved in he experienced some sound issues while hooking up our new receiver.NORRIS, a manager with Strada, drove two hours from leesburg area to drop off a subwoofer, while he was here he stayed and help us determine the sound issue, which, had nothing to do with the system they installed. Norris also returned on Saturday to replace a recessed ceiling speaker he was concerned may give us trouble later. He went above and beyond with customer service. Every interaction I have had with Strada, office staff, installers, security system staff, has been outstanding!
