I had two original 1980 bathrooms renovated. I was dreading it, since I had seen what some of my neighbors had gone through.Im so glad I chose Elevation Contractors. They made it such a great experience that I am planning to use them for another project in the future .Daniel kept in constant contact and was immediately responsive each time I had questions. He also kept a tight schedule, so the work moved along quickly and efficiently.His crew were always polite and kept me informed of the work they were doing. I needed to make space in my existing home so my mom could come live with me and this involved a complete enclosure of my existing 2 car garage into a fully functional living room and a separate laundry. I initially reached out to Dan and then I met Dave. As soon as the plans were finalized, Dave got things going with permitting. The project involved scheduling multiple contractors including brick masons, stucco crews, drywall installers, electricians, painters, flooring and general carpentry. The schedule went smooth with virtually no delays and anytime I had a question about anything, Dave always answered in a very timely manner and took the time to explain everything from start to finish. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out, and would highly recommend Elevation Contractors !!

Such a good experience. I was referred to Elevation by my realtor shortly after I moved here last year. Daniel and his team have always been super helpful as I have had them quote multiple jobs. Our schedule doesn’t allow for much time off so they worked with us on getting things done on our schedule. We had 2 exterior doors replaced along with stucco work and they did a great job. There were a couple snags and Daniel made sure to address them and take care of things. I really appreciate the professionalism shown by the whole crew. Would recommend Elevation to anyone and look forward to using on my next project!

We had a major flood in our condo and it had to be practically gutted to the studs and re-built. Daniel made everything so easy. We recently had a major renovation to our house that was completed mostly by Elevation contractors. I can say without a doubt my wife and I are extremely happy that we did decide to trust them with the project. It is extremely hard to find a GC that not only you can trust, but that is also affordable and dedicated. Fransisco and Daniel were our project managers and I cannot stress enough how reliable, easy to work with, and professional they were. Any concern I had was addressed immediately and with the upmost attention to detail. I went into this project already designing my own kitchen and master bathroom and they took my design and perfectly replicated it. I have no complaints about any of the workers who were chosen to complete each job either. All in all I am very happy with the results and would not hesitate to hire Elevation Contractors again in the future as their work was well beyond my satisfaction.

Dave stepped in and saved the day on my personal commercial office build out. He has met all of my customers timelines for commercial build outs and has always extended a prompt and effective solutions for issues. Dave and his crew did a great job pressure washing and painting the outside of my house. The siding and trim had been repaired in various spots so it was a mix of new and old material, but after their hardwork you couldnt tell at all. Everything blended in and looked nice, clean, and consistent. Overall great job that included some challenging areas like the chimney and chimney cap.

It is done! My rear porch half bathroom.I am very happy with how it turned out. I was told by Dave 6 to 8 weeks and he delivered with Hurricane interruptions and all 29 days of work obviously no weekends and inspections delays but in all 29 days. Very impressed just so you know I have not cleaned the Bathroom or the porch that is how they turned it in. Clean and tidy I actually had my shoes dirty and I scuffed it up you can see the dirt in the bathroom floor. But to the full story Dave showed up when I called and always answered my calls always. I had contractors come in and disappear. This project was held for almost 2 years waiting on a responsible contractor and that is Dave. Other thing he was not the cheapest he was the middle quote, but he answered the phone and always gave me a heads up when he was coming over. Tile work in the bath and the porch ended up great. Again cant be happier to start my outdoor kitchen. Pavers are coming soon for extension of the patio and then the kitchen, meanwhile Ill be using my Smoker and BBQ. Thanks again to all that worked here, but one special shout out to Joe because when you see Joe it means the project is almost done. Looking forward to another project and I know who Im calling. And I nicknamed Dave (The Best Contractor I know!)

I admit that Im very demanding and Dave was able to keep up with our requests and changes.What did they do?:1) Demolition of the main living space and kitchen2) Install new kitchen cabinetry with quartzite counters3) Paint interior walls4) Install new baseboards5) Replace AC Vents (mostly)6) Supervised Gas Plumbing to Island Stove, and backyard BBQ7) Installed Hood for Island to specification8) Replaced electrical panel9) Installed recessed lights in main kitchen/Living room area10) Installed new internal window in kitchen11) quickly put up a TV Bracket to hang TV on the wall and provided electric outlet, and later ran some wires (this was over and above)Update 2022.05.13: Dave came and created an access hole in the sink cabinet allowing future access to the faucets in case they need tightening. Thanks Dave and Dan!Bottom Line: They stand by their work, and genuinely want you to be happy. So let them know if you need anything. We love our new kitchen and living room area.

Working with Dave and his team was an incredible experience. I requested a 12x16 cabana for my backyard. Dave was able to understand and derive what I was looking for and helped me understand the build during each step of the process. Each person who I interfaced with from the architect to the electrician was genuinely curious of what I wanted and explained benefits and drawbacks of every decision. At the end of it all, I am incredibly happy with the final product. Heres how Dave went above and beyond: this project was in parallel with a pool build adjacent to the cabana. Dave understood my concerns with my pool contractors schedule and bent over backwards to ensure it wasnt his project delaying the overall build. Across the couple months - from contract to finish - Dave communicated progress consistently and frequently. All of my concerns were immediately addressed with an identified path forward. I cant say enough good things about Elevation Contractors and will continue to recommend them to my neighbors while looking forward to my next project with Dave and his team.
