I am writing this review three years after my total roof replacement. My initial interaction with the team, Francis & Chris, was outstanding and I felt that not only did they do a great job but were honest, incredibly professional, and courteous.What truly sets them apart and drove me to write this review is their commitment to customer satisfaction. I requested a quote for some additional home repair work from a different contractor and that contractor told me my roof was completely worn out and in terrible shape, despite just having it done three years prior. I called Francis to let him know what I was being told and within three days he and Chris were back to my house and on my roof ensuring everything was OK. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof and ensure that I had peace of mind. They truly stand by their work.And after all of that, they were able to give me a very cost efficient and competitive quote for the gutter work I was looking to complete.I highly recommend Brightside Restoration to anyone in need of roofing services. I HIGHLY recommend Brightside for your roofing and restoration needs. Jeremy was quick. Thorough and got on the roof the make sure everything was fine with our roof which is less than 10 years old. We are in the process of selling our house and a buyer wanted to make sure the roof was fine (there was tiny water damage in one room from a rare driving rain) so they had a competitor roofing company come out. The competitor didn’t even get on the roof to look and said the roof was damaged and that no flashing was present! Which was not true. With a quick call to Brightside to get a second opinion, Jeremy came out the next day and got on the roof, took photos and showed that the flashing was present and installed properly and shingles/roof was 100% fine. Thankful for Brightside!

I searched frantically to try and find a reputable roofing company to come and patch a leak in my roof that started dripping into my house during a storm. I have had bad luck with several contractors in the past; so really tried to do my due diligence as quickly as I could. I called Brightside Restoration the morning after the storm and the owner, Jeremy, was at my house within a few hours to patch it himself. He was very thorough and honest with his evaluation of our roof. He patched it temporarily and gave us our options moving forward. He got me a quote for our roof replacement by that evening. My husband and I took a week to weigh our options and seek other estimates. During that week, I was not contacted by this company which was so nice. Other companies badgered me and wanted follow up phone calls/meetings etc. It was so refreshing that with this company I was given the quote, all the information and if I had any questions, I could be the one to reach out. I never felt pressured to upgrade shingles or buy an extended warranty (even though all those options were given to me and explained.) I HATE pushy salespeople. In the end, we decided to proceed with getting our roof replaced. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and we were put on the schedule within a few weeks. On the day of the replacement, the team arrived early and were completely done with a roof tear off and replacement by 12:30. They tarped everything and cleaned up very efficiently. Definitely a well oiled machine. I couldn’t be more pleased with the product, efficiency and customer service provided by this company and highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough great things about Brightside Restoration. After my roof had some storm damage and was leaking into the house, my mom recommended this company to me who they also did her roof. James Osborn came out and evaluated my roof, took some pictures and tarped the damaged area to prevent any further damage. Explained what the damage was and how the roof would be better off with a replacement compared to a repair because they didnt even make the kind of shingles that were currently on my roof. He sat down with me and went over everything and made the process very smooth. I was going through an insurance claim and he worked with me being in contact and also helped me stand my ground when insurance tried to push back. The roofing job was all done by lunch time including tear down, replacing, and cleanup. I LOVE my new roof. I will never stop recommending this company. If youre having any doubts, believe these people will help you out and be very nice and professional about it!

Brightside Restoration replaced my roof, gutters, and siding earlier this year, and I couldnt be happier. Chris was fantastic to work with. He took time to go up on my roof, take pictures to show me where/why I was having the water problems I was having, etc. Weve had several gully washers come through the area this spring and summer, and my house has stayed dry, and the roof intact. The workers were very professional -- courteous, no loud music playing or swear words overheard. They did a terrific job cleaning up during and after the process -- you would never know that they were even here. Im very thankful for the work that Brightside Restoration did and am grateful that I chose them to do the work on my house that I needed done.

The Brightside Restoration team has been absolutely fantastic to work with! They have been responsive from the first call, and really worked with us to understand the problems we were having with our home. We had water throughout the attic, and had 3 other contractors in to evaluate the problem. Brightside was the first contractor we felt was knowledgeable and thorough enough in their initial visit to earn the job.We hired them on for the job, and have been really happy with that decision. Jeremy and his team have been working hard to understand and correct the problems in my home just as if it was their home. We filed a claim with insurance, and Jeremy went above and beyond to handle a difficult case with the insurance company. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in contracting AND in handling the insurance companies.Overall, Ive been very pleased with Brightside. We have more work to do with them, but I felt compelled enough to share what a great experience Ive had with them thus far. Where to begin! We received damage to our roof after a storm and Brightside helped us tremendously. Christopher Griffin was our sales rep and answered all our questions, was timely with replies, and was present on site for every inspection. They walked us through the entire insurance claim process, ethically and they made sure our needs were met. They fixed our roof which, let me tell ya looks phenomenal. In the coming weeks we will be getting our gutters replaced through Brightside, and our some of our ceilings that need to be fixed as there were leaks during the storm. Honestly, I would recommend brightside 100 times over. They are professional, efficient, timely, they care about the scope of job being done. You want and need quality roofing, go to Brightside!

I highly recommend Brightside Restauration! Want to hear more, read on…One day, after a late winter storm, I noticed shingles on my lawn and a few spots of missing shingles on my roof. Based on earlier reviews, and the fact that they were local in Medina, I called Brightside. Chris came out and inspected the roof and explained everything about how we go about making an insurance claim. He went over the many state roofing codes that often times get overlooked by claims adjusters and assured us that he would do everything he could to get the maximum amount replaced for our deductible. He then patched the spots on the roof, took photos, took a sample shingle to send in for brand/color matching and together we called in the claim. Chris worked directly with the claims adjuster diligently to not only replace only the sides that were damaged but also replace the adjacent sides and any other area in line-of-sight. It was a slow process, but Brightside did not rush to get the job finished and Chris even went the extra mile to call in a second adjuster to re-inspect and view the new patched shingles that no longer matched. Brightside eventually convinced the adjuster that an entire roof replacement was necessary and walked us through every step about the insurance payment, deductible, depreciation, and what we could expect next. There were no hidden costs or surprises. Throughout the whole process, Chris was pleasant, professional and thorough. We received a call a few days prior to installation to confirm the details and to help us prep the property. The demo/roofing crew was primarily Amish and were very clean, friendly and considerate of our property (including the very wet lawn we had from all the spring rain). Clean up was spotless and they were done in a day. We love our new roof and are so glad we chose, and stuck with, Brightside Restoration.

We had our roof replaced and worked with Aaron Nelson. They came out and in one day removed the old roof, and then replaced it. All was done in one Day our yard was cleaned of all nails and debris. I contacted Brightside after i had damage from the big wind storm this spring . Randy stopped out . Walked us through the entire process and was super helpful .Jeremy kept us in the loop on scheduling . They sent us an absolutely amazing crew that protected my property from debris during tear off and left wthout a trace on the ground . Hard working group , friendly and professional. They did the house on a Thursday , got rained out Friday and worked Saturday to finish the garage. They dont work weekends normally but made an exception for us which i really appreciated. The follow through from the point of sale to completion of the project was excellent. James and the roofing crew were open and honest about when the work was going to be done. They came out on a Sunday to meet with us - took care of talking with insurance company to get job approved - got us on the schedule and got the job done when said. When I needed new siding and gutters on my rental property I must have called 6 or 7 different contractors to give me quotes. Brightside was not only the best value, they were the best communicators. They went above and beyond for me by keeping me constantly updated and taking the time to explain everything along the way. I have dealt with contractors before that did not take that extra time and it was quite frustrating. Jeremy kept me in the loop with status updates and was always quick to respond when I had questions. 10/10 would recommend.
