    Mike Cook came out on time and fought the heat and humidity to perform much needed work on two chimneys. Answered all my concerns and questions. Quality work at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend these guys.

    This was our first time using Chimney Professionals. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER to have found such an AWESOME service business.(In the past we had used another very popular Cleveland based chimney and fireplace service. However due to their lack of responsiveness, inability to provide answers and unwillingness to go up on the roof to inspect the issue after five service calls, we searched out a different provider.)Our Chimney Pros service provider (John) came out on time the first call willing to inspect the chimney and surrounding roofing, took pictures of all the potential issues, and promptly provided an estimate. Scheduling the work was a breeze with the office staff.John and his team performed the work diligently and promptly. And also provided pictures of all the fixes that were made in detail. Couldn’t have asked for a better service team. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Chimney Professionals.Now that we have found Chimney Professionals, we will be using them for our annual fireplace service and any other Chimney/Fireplace service going forward.

    I had a 5-star experience with Chimney Professionals yesterday to tuck point a chimney and as necessary around my brick home. John Parker came in just a couple of days after I requested a free estimate. He was professional and thorough, pointing out several small areas that needed attention as well as much of the north-west corner of my house (across the street from Lake Erie) which gets a lot of weather especially in the winter. Within a week he and an associate arrived to do the work. They were professional, friendly and thorough and left me with pictures documenting all their work. They cleaned up when they were done. It was a pleasure working with them!
