    The door leading from our laundry room to the garage was severely damaged when a member of our family locked themselves out of the house. Brett Ruiz not only explained the type of door we needed for replacement, but suggested a locking mechanism that would prevent this from occurring again. The job was seamless from estimate to measurement to the professional install. The door is beautiful and we’re very pleased. This is not our first experience with Medina Exteriors and Simply Distinct Kitchens and Baths. They are our go-to for remodeling and more due to their quality work and integrity. We highly recommend them.

    We had a great experience with Medina Exteriors. Very professional and great communication on progress/ next steps of our house projects. We had stone added to our house and had our garage wood trim replaced with vinyl. We are very happy with the work we had done and have received many compliments!

    Our great experience began with Mariah who helped us with design, color, and product selection. She was happy to work with us to value engineer the project to fit within our budget. The 3D imaging tools she used to provide mock-ups were very helpful for us to visualize the end product as we worked though the design. Next, we met Kevin the Project Manager at the walk-through. Kevin was great and was with us every step of the way.  The work done by Kevins sub-contractors was excellent. Each contractor showed-up on-time and on schedule and were pleasant to have in our home. As unexpected items came up, they were just handled, often with no additional cost. The project was completed on the original schedule, and we are thrilled with the outcome. The timeline was a little longer than we would have liked but provided slack to accommodate unforeseen circumstances when they arose. Probably not the least expensive you might find for your project but worth every penny in quality and execution.

    We had a fantastic experience working with Brett and his crew from Medina Exteriors. He came out and reviewed the project, provided us with estimates for 2 different options and explained to us exactly how the project would progress. After deciding on proceeding with Medina Exteriors, Brett came by the house to help us choose the best color. He gave us an idea of when they’d be able to add us to the schedule then when they were ready with materials they communicated to us the dates they would be on the job. They came when they said they would and the job took the two days as we were told. They did a good job communications with us and they cleaned up the job site when they were done. The end product is beautiful. We have some additional projects needing done and will definitely be calling them.

    I had 2 replacement windows put in that are on either side of the large picture window in the front of my house. These were original to the house - 1958 - made of aluminum, cracked caulking, and couldnt be opened for ventilation.I was thrilled with the results of my window replacement process - from the initial consultation with Brett, to the updates and scheduling from Stephanie, everyone was courteous and professional, but very friendly and helpful.The workers who did the replacement work were punctual, courteous, and went out of their way to keep the disruption and noise to a minimum. Both these men worked with extreme efficiency, and with careful attention to detail.I cant express how thrilled I am with the results - both the looks and the function. I will now be able to open these windows during warmer weather for fresh air and cross ventilation. The embarrassing old aluminum windows are just a distant memory.Thank you, Medina Exteriors and Remodeling for a job well done. I could not be more pleased.

    Medina Exteriors & Remodeling [Simply Distinct Kitchens & Bath] just finished our bathroom remodel and it is awesome! From design to completion of the project, they are professional and work with you every step of the way. They established a timeline and budget and were true to their word. The quality of the contractors was top notch and the finished product is perfect. The work was extensive as we went down to the studs and now have a gorgeous large tiled shower, a large beautiful vanity, a beautiful transom window, and a timeless design. Thanks Medina Exteriors!

    Simply Distinct helped us with our dream kitchen and floors! They came up with a kitchen design that was different from all other companies, and it had everything we wanted. Everyone was very professional, answered our questions and helped us through every step of the process. The project manager and scheduler kept us informed throughout the 3 months, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We were nervous about living through construction in the heart of our house with kids and a dog, but they did a wonderful job of cleaning up at the end of every day so we could still have meals at home. They stuck with the schedule which was great considering all of the moving parts of the job. We had plumbers, electricians, drywallers, flooring work, and more! They planned out everything so well and created a kitchen we love. Thank you so much!! We are so thankful for all of the work you did for us!

    Medina Exteriors installed front and rear entry doors in early April, we were so impressed with the ProVia product and the install. We had them back in June to give us a quote on replacement windows. Brett answered all our concerns and we went with the ProVia product again. 16 windows in total, same installers, did an excellent job, caring for our home as they worked. We have an Australian shepherd and he is very anxious with workers. He was totally at ease with both of them and not anxious at all. When you contract with a company, the product has to be top notch 1st, then the install has to go smoothly. We were impressed with both.

    Exceptional job on installing our sky tubes. We didnt have to wait long for our initial meeting with the sales rep. He was very informative with what options they offered and at what cost. The CoConstruct program is a great way to stay in touch and view the progress of your job. They installers were on time and cleaned up everything upon leaving. They covered the furniture near the tubes before cutting the holes and used a vacuum right at the ceiling height to capture the dust. Even though no one sees the tubes in the attic running from the roof to the ceiling, they made them look very organized and clean. Are they higher priced than some competitors? Absolutely. But usually you get what you pay for.And when someones cutting into my shingles and ceilings, I want it done right! Highly recommend this company for sky tubes!

    We had Medina Exteriors install a shingled roof over our patio this month. This included adding a ceiling with a fan as well as a gutter with down spout. They did an excellent job from start to finish! They provided a step-by-step plan at the beginning of the project and a day-by-day schedule before starting. Their management promptly advised us if there would be any changes to the schedule as well as quickly responding to any questions we may have had during the process. Over the years we have had Medina Exteriors and Simply Distinct Kitchens and Baths do other projects at our house including a master bathroom remodel. We could not be more pleased with the work they have done. 5 stars out of 5 stars for their organization, work and communication!The Baileys

    Our experience with Medina Exteriors Simply Distinct from start to finish was excellent. The estimate, contract, and selection of products was especially clear. When work began, the communication through the website was invaluable. We knew who was coming, at what time, and what was going to be done.     I wish I could give more stars!! The entire crew from Medina Exteriors was absolutely amazing to work with. They are incredibly thorough throughout the whole process from the quote to the last board attached to my moms new, safe & beautiful deck. Communication is constant and kept me on top of the project the whole time. It was a joy to work with every member of the team and I truly appreciate every detail attended to.     Our project was converting a back porch into a three-season room and having gutters and downspouts replaced. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the entire team and the final outcome. From initiation of the project, to include assistance with design ideas, through the final installation/finished outcome the entire team was courteous, professional, and a true pleasure to work with. The team expertly worked through some challenges that were encountered due to the existing structure and provided some creative ideas and solutions that really made the conversion outstanding.     We Built our home in 1999 and we were ready for some updates. After asking around, and hearing remodeling stories, we chose Medina Exteriors/Simply Distinct for our kitchen remodel for several reasons. Communication, quality, and they met our timeline. After our first job was complete, we were so impressed with the carpenters, trades and service that we started the process of having all 3 of our bathrooms remodeled.Again, from start to finish, our experience was top notch. We knew who was going to be at our home each day, and if changes were made, we were made aware right away. Again, communication was key. We highly recommend them for your home remolding needs. In fact, spring is around the corner, and we are looking into having our deck updated.

    If you are looking for remodeling, whether outside or indoors, give Medina Exteriors a call! The staff are sincere, honest and friendly.They go over every detail, listen and even made suggestions that I never thought off. Price quotes are very reasonable and they will work with you. Theyve earned my trust by being honest and fair. They already installed new patio doors and I am going with them with siding in the near future. This would be the one place you shouldnt pass up when thinking about home improvements and getting quotes on projects! Highly recommended!

    Dan visited our house and fixed the problem that we had with the home for 21 years. We had four other contractors come out to look at the problem but Dan sighted the problem and fixed it in about 25 minutes. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor I can’t recommend them highly enough!

    Medina Exteriors Simply Distinct Kitchen & Baths did a complete gut and remodel of our kitchen in July 2018. Caleb helped guide us in the design choices for our dream kitchen. He was organized, professional, and very responsive throughout the entire process. A year later, there isnt anything we would change about our kitchen. They also installed a new walk out basement door to replace an older door. That job went beautifully as well. Both installations were precise and attractive. From our first inter-action on line through the final walk through they could not have behaved in a more professional, polite and courteous manner. They replaced our roof in a day - as scheduled. They took such care in the removal process that they didnt damage the flowers around our house. Their cleanup at the end of a very long day was just as impressive. We found only a couple small pieces of tar paper when we trimmed the bushes.
