    The Bondurant team, specifically Ron, arrived as planned, attentive to our needs and helped our family with a number of plumbing and installation activities around our kitchen sink.. Ron assisted with installation of a new dishwasher, ensuring it was properly completed with attention to electrical and drainage connections. He also checked other associated plumbing in our kitchen -checking the drainage in our sink which had slowed, checked the garbage disposal and ensured our sink was secure without leaks from the faucets.     My experience with R F Bondurant was beyond my expectation. We needed our 7-year old water heater replaced and called approximately 6:15 a.m. on a Thursday to which we were greeted by a very kind woman who took down our information and was told someone would call us back soon to schedule service. Within the next 90 minutes, I received a call from a nice man who was asking about our issue and asked if we could send some photos to his cell phone to assess what he could as well as take down the model information from our existing tank. After informing us that he was on his way to drop off his children at school, he said he would call back with an assessment, quote and timeline. Within the next two hours he called back with a very reasonable price and pleasantly informed us that someone could stop by to do the service by the early afternoon on the same day. The installer called later to determine entry into our home and was kind enough to weatherproof for the floors so he didn’t leave marks while doing work. After four hours, everything was done and they removed the prior tank as well.Everything about our experience was incredible, from the responsiveness to customer service to professionalism to the workmanship. We have found our longterm plumbing company after moving into the neighborhood just two months ago. We can’t highly recommend enough.

    Media PA. I recently found water under my 20 year old heater. It was at night so I left a message with the answering service. I received a call from owner (Rick) first thing in the next morning. I was able to send him pictures of my heater. Rick identified it as being in stock. He had his guy come out and replaced it in a couple hours. Really great people to work with. I use them for all my plumbing needs.

    Had a leak in my hot water tank. Of course I noticed all the water on the floor on a Saturday😩😩😩I chose Bondurant Plumbing based on their 4+star rating and close location to my home. The owner arranged to have someone come out to remove the old unit and replace with a higher quality one. Terrific response time and arrived when promised. I highly recommend!

    My parents had a leak from the upstairs bathroom down to the foyer. It wasn’t necessarily urgent, but we were still able to get an appointment the very next morning.     I called Bondurant at my neighbors recommendation and am happy I did. Brad arrived exactly at the scheduled time and quickly got to work on a few issues (ie. clogged drain, valve replacements, etc.). He also looked at many other items I was curious about, answering all of my questions along the way (and there were many!). I received an awesome itemized estimate via email a couple of days later, making it easy to figure out which projects I want to tackle next and which can be put off for a bit. I havent had much experience with plumbing companies, but their prices seem fair to me, especially considering the punctuality and service you receive. I would definitely recommend!

    I called Bondurant plumbing to inquire about replacing my garbage disposal that had recently gone dead. The woman answering was very courteous and affable.     Thank you thank you thank you to Rich and RF Bondurant. Another much bigger co came out, over chanrged me and within 15 mins wanted to smash through tile on the 2nd floor to find the leak in my ceiling. Rich responded to my plea for help online. He came out and found the pin hole leak 12 away from where the other cut the ceiling and decided it was upstairs. He was kind and thorough and did a great job. Reasonable pricing, nice people, and great work.... what else can i say? :)

    I was recommended to RF Bondurant in 2021 and have used them multiple times since then. They installed a water filtration system that I had purchased because I have well water, recommended and installed an acid neutralizer tank, fixed a broken water line in second floor bathroom, installed a water heater, fixed a leaking pipe under sink, and repaired a cast iron toilet flange. I have been extremely impressed with their responsiveness, quality of work, professionalism, and efficiency of the repairs/installations. Brad has been the technician that has done all of the work for me, and I cant say enough good things about him. Although they may be more costly than other plumbing companies, they know what theyre doing, and it is well worth the investment. Highly recommend!

    I was in a real bind. PECO had shut my gas off on a Sunday because they detected a leak. I was desperate to get the problem fixed because I have my 84 year old mother living with me and she’s cold in August (this was mid-October). Bondurant was fully booked but they rearranged schedules and a plumber was at my house in less than an hour. The job was done quickly even though the plumber had to go get a part. I told him of other issues I was having and rather than have me schedule and pay for another call, he fixed them on the spot. I highly recommend this company!

    Great service!I left a voicemail message earlier on Sunday about needing a toilet repair. I did say that it was not an emergency. I received a call from Bondurant on Sunday evening. He was lining up his crew’s appointments for Monday. He said he had a cancellation and put us on the schedule for Monday morning arriving sometime between 7:30-8:00am. One of his team members arrived promptly at 7:45am wearing a mask and shoe coverings. Toilet was repaired and shower head replaced as well. Professional, dependable service.I know and trust RF Bondurant Plumbing. Bondurant replaced our hot water heater a few years ago. He’s a really nice person, professional and responsive. I’d definitely call on him again and have shared his company name with several friends.

    What a great experience! Brad our tech was prompt, polite and professional. I had a list of odd plumbing problems to be addressed. All the issues, replace laundry tub faucet, adjust kitchen faucet, replace outside spigot and clean out shower drain to improve drainage where taken care of. Brad found a bulging washer line and offered to replace it and also discovered a blown pressure gage and pressure valve. All the work was completed and Brad left my home as he found it and I have plumbing that works!!!! Thank you Bonduraunt Heating and Plumbing!

    My four inch soil pipe cracked and needed to be replaced, along with some of the surrounding plumbing. I heard great things about Bondurant Plumbing from several coworkers, so I gave them a call. Rich came out and gave me a very thorough analysis of my particular problem and discussed options with me. When I hired them for the job, Rich and his partner arrived on time and completed a complicated repair quickly and neatly, which was impressive since the job involved replacing the pipe from the roof to below the concrete foundation. The price was more than reasonable, and the service was fantastic. These are honest, friendly people who answered all my questions. I plan on using them again for another bathroom Im going to remodel.

    We have a service contract with DreamTeam of Media / Havertown. When we contacted them (DreamTeam), numerous times (left two messages, hours are listed as 8am - 4pm on Sat., never could reach the office after 10 tries), no one got back to us. We then called RFB, whom we’ve never used before, and within a few hours we received a call back from the owner, a possible explanation of our issue(s) and a time to expect someone. My wife spoke to the owner and said his attitude and tone gave her confidence in the company.RFB sent out a tech later that day. Chris came out and was polite and courteous, answered our questions and installed a new expansion tank and shower cartridge at, what we consider, a very fair price. We are confident that RFB will stand behind the work they completed today and we will certainly contact them again for our plumbing needs.

    It turns out that the township requires sewer line certification before selling, which includes inspection. Bondurant pluming did the inspection, and being an old house; it turns out that the line needed some repair. All of the work was done while I was not present without any problem.     I can’t say enough good things about these guys!As a new home owner to the area, I was referred to them for a cracked stack pipe in my basement and another pipe that was corroded and had been poorly temporarily repaired. They quickly came out and accessed the situation, scoping the pipe with a camera and showed me the issues first hand. I didn’t even bother getting another quote because I liked Dave so much.He and his colleague, Ron, came and replaced all the deteriorating cast iron in the home which was well over the 70 year life expectancy of cast iron. They worked HARD, were punctual and extremely sensitive to the curious cat in the house - and cleaned up each day before they left while keeping me updated on progress. Although I hope to never have a plumbing issue this large in the future, they will be the ONLY ones I call for ANY plumbing issue!! Secondary, they provided expert guidance when I asked them about other issues (drywall, tree service, etc.). I’m so glad to have them as a resource!
