On the recommendation of a friend we called Authentic Services on a Friday afternoon when my water heater died. Sean was here first thing Saturday morning to replace it and had the hot water flowing within a couple hours. I would 100% recommend Authentic Services LLC for any plumbing need. -

Great plumbing company! Sean was very quick responding and saved us a lot of hassle. A bigger company came out, barely looked at our issue and was about to schedule a big dig. Sean saved us from all of the hassle and cost of an incorrect dig. Fixed what we needed quickly and have had no issues since. I will recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services! -

Sean diagnosed and fixed our problem very quickly. He was super knowledgeable on the plumbing situation in our house and was easy to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend giving him a call if you have any plumbing issues. He is quick, does good work, and is very reasonable. -

Authentic Services quality of service and professionalism is why Ive used them on several occasions. First was to repair a bath tub drain that had damaged our living room ceiling, then to replace an old water heater and then to repair a chimney flue. We are pleased with their work. -

Great service from Authentic Services! They worked around my schedule for the repair, showed up promptly, were very quick and efficient and left everything cleaned up afterwards. Great small business contractor in the area. The price was well below comparable big company contractors. They are very attentive, great communication, great work and pay less. Dont make a mistake and use someone else.
