Great service! Had a water main leak 2 days before Christmas and they were out the same day to mark everything, back in the morning on Christmas Eve to get started and done by lunch time. The only company that would come out this quickly during the holidays. God bless, Merry Christmas to the entire crew.

It’s two days before Christmas and my wife and I are planning dinner for the family coming from out of town. After approximately seven calls, I was able to contact Mr. ROOTER who said they could have someone come out that evening. An hour later, they called back and said that the person who took the call mistakenly said that someone would be out in the evening, but that they were overbooked. They told me that they could have someone out on Christmas Eve between 11 and two, I gladly accepted. At approximately 12:30 on Christmas Eve Nick, The Plumber called to advise that he was on his way! He arrived 20 minutes later assess the problem and within 90 minutes had unclogged our drains cleaned up after himself and presented us with a very reasonable bill. Thank you, Nick, and Mr. Rooter, if we have any other issues, we will be calling you first! Merry Christmas!!

My profile is about Tim. He removed my old water meter and replaced my waterline. He was very neat and courteous.About a week later Tim replace my hot water heater. I didn’t really want to bother him when he was working, but made idle conversation here and there. We had a brief conversation about the military and I asked him was he a member of the military at one time. He told me his father was retired Navy and a few family members are in the military. I have nothing but respect for members of thei military. Via my talking with Tim, I could see he was a real professional, and was very courteous. This stuff doesn’t happen by accident as I am sure his family upbringing played a huge part. He did a great job, was very neat, and explained how and what he was doing. He did the job in a timely fashion and did not leave a mess. You have an ace of a worker with Tim. He is a true professional. Because of his actions representing your company, I rave about your company to my fellow neighbors. Workers like Tim don’t come along every day. If your employee rating system has 10 stars he gets a 10. Do everything possible to keep an employee like Tim!!!!I know what I am talking about as a retired supervisor of men and women in the public safety sector of almost 50 years in New Jersey.Thank you Mr. rooter and thank you Tim

The young man who came, Justin, was very friendly, polite and efficient. Justin knew his job! He told me what could possibly be the problem and explained what he would be doing to resolve it. Kyle came out this morning in the Newark area and was great! We got a time estimate of 10-2pm and he was here right after 10 am! He was done within an hour, explained everything really well, and best of all had zero judgement and made me feel really comfortable. Often times women prefer having another guy at home when professional services are being done, but today Kyle had a great presence and super cool vibe. And of course did great work! Thank you, hoping we have no future issues but if we do we know who yo ask for. 10/10

Kyle from Mr. Rooter did a fantastic job. Mr Rooter sent Kyle out to my home in less than 30 mins from the time I called, another 30 minutes or so and drain flowing again! So glad i contacted Mr Rooter ( the reviews made the decision easy ) and they didn’t disappoint. Kyle was professional, made sure to keep a clean area and very knowledgeable about his work and company offerings. If you need plumbing services , you need to contact Mr Rooter. We came home from a weekend trip to a clogged main drain line. After no luck of snaking ourselves we called Mr Rooter. Kyle arrived in 20 minutes and got the line opened up in less than an hour. (Apparently it was a pretty bad clog). Price was super reasonable. They have to come back out to scope the line with a camera which they aren’t charging for. Highly recommend.

I highly, highly recommend Mr. Rooter!! We had a large pipe leak from a tree root that grew into the pipe. We were told by the city that our water would be turned off if the repair was not completely done in 5 days. Because of this short timeframe, we did not have the luxury of looking at multiple companies. So we asked our homeowners rep - with whom we have a great relationship. He strongly recommended Mr. Rooter. Within in 10 minutes, Mr. Rooter called me and within the hour a project manager was at our house to assess. They started the job the very next morning. From start to end, their communication and customer service was excellent - and I dont just mean some employees - every single person who I came in contact with was hard-working, polite, and thorough. When our half-day project had unexpected hurdles, the owner Nick came out to our house multiple times to update us. Even though the project turned into a full day of labor, Mr. Rooter honored their initial quote and we did not have to pay any extra money. That was excellent, honest business. I just cannot say enough positive things about this company - from the folks in the office, to the employees at our home, to the project managers, to the owner. Great experience!

The Service Professionals that came to my home were on time very knowledgeable and walked me through the process every step of the way! They found out that my sewer main pipe was cracked and some tree roots had grown into my pipe and that was causing my drains to back up. They were able to come back out that day and install a new pipe and have water running before my family returned home that evening!! I will use Mr Rooter for all my plumbing needs!!

Nick Slater proactively called me himself and was out at my house with a remedy within 2 hours, and full repair on the following Monday. The process was completely painless and customer-centric, Nick himself was professional but also personable and seemed like an all-around good person.
