DiGravio Plumbing is the best. I had a hot water heater installed during the summer of 2020 and the pressure tank failed 11/2024. They keep a record of all the parts and their warranties. I only had to pay a small labor charge to to get it swapped out. I use Digravio Plumbing for their quality, stellar customer service.

I found Di Gravio Plumbing & Heating through my neighbor. They had done some major plumbing work for her and she was extremely impressed. When I then needed plumbing service, they were the first company that I called. Dave (the owner) was very professional on the phone while setting up my appointment that would fit my needs and schedule. The two plumbers were Alfredo and Tyler and I was extremely pleased with their work. They arrived exactly on time (which I really like) and they immediately got to work. I live in a mid-rise condo and Dave first had to arrange to have the water shut off in the units below for a certain time, so time was of the essence. Alfredo and Tyler never stopped working to get the job done. They were very friendly in a professional manner. Also, they were very efficient and after they finished, they cleaned up beautifully. You would never have known they were here. I cant say enough about the service and the price also was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Di Gravio Plumbing and Heating.

If you are having heating/hot water/plumbing issues, I would highly recommend DiGravio Plumbing. I have been a customer for the past 12 years. Any time I have an issue, the team goes out of their way to make sure it gets solved. Every team member is friendly, kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. Dave will often call personally to make sure he understands the issue and follows-up to make sure the service was satisfactory. Jennifer is lovely to talk to and always returns calls promptly to schedule service. Alfredo is a delight. He is so helpful and caring. Always wanting to get the best result for the most reasonable price. He is also a great teacher! Very patient and encouraging while showing Tyler the trade. Tyler is eager to learn, friendly, and helpful. They are always, on time, efficient, clean, and considerate! You couldnt ask for better service!

Dave and his team at DiGravio plumbing saved the day for me and my family. Our water tank for our heating system went out on the eve of Thanksgiving , and we were at risk of having not hot water for Thanksgiving which would force us to stay at a hotel. I have an appliance maintenance insurance coverage, but the earliest they could support was a 5 days after Thanksgiving. I called DiGravio plumbing the morning and by 4pm the same day my old water tank was removed and replaced with a new tank. Thanks to Dave and his team my family and I had hot water in our home in time for Thanksgiving.

It is not often that I have time to leave reviews, but I have gone out of my way to leave input about this company. They were awesome. I called at 8:30 a.m., they had someone at my house at 10:00 to do the job. I am shaking my head, because Im still waiting on two other companies to send someone out to do the job. The technician was courteous, neat and knew exactly what needed to be done. Once again, thank you, thank you, thank you for what may sound cliche, but it was really a job well done.

I had a sewer issue where I live. I called Digravio Plumbing, and they sent out someone who was able to diagnose the issue, and solve it within a couple hour span. I found David on a referral from my farther that used him to install a bathroom in there basement that wasn’t there before. I’d also like to mention that he did a fantastic job for my farther.I had some issues with my utility sink that wasn’t draining and some leaky pipes in my basement. He came out on time and took care of what needed to be done. He wasn’t the highest priced but wasn’t the lowest either. You know what that say.....Cheep isn’t good and Good isn’t cheep.I would recommend him to my grandmother.

Called 4 plumbers to have an electric hot water heater replaced. DiGravio was the only one who recommended the installation of a temperature mixing valve kit to give me extra hot water. The other plumbers didnt even know what it was. DiGravios recommendation solved the cause of most fights in our house -- hot water. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and clean.

Update 8/10/2021: DiGravio P&H to the rescue! My AC unit died last night during a heat wave. Called DPH and they were there by 2pm with the problem solved by 5pm.Dave and his crew are fast, fair and responsive. Ive used D P&H approximately a half dozen times since Ive owned my house and theyve done a great job every time. I highly recommend this local, family business!
