They were very respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers and once the jobs were finished, they tidied the 2 bathrooms! That means a lot! I would highly recommend this company. I contacted USA Drain Service after my new countertops were installed in my kitchen and bathroom. I called on a Saturday morning, Allen sent Brandon to do the job. He arrived within an hour, assessed the job, ran to Lowes to pick up what he needed, and went straight to work. He was polite, professional, and prompt. He answered all of our questions. The price was high but that was because of it being the weekend, but Im sure if I had called someone else it would have been much higher.

After seeing several recommendations for Allen @ USA Drain Service, I gave him a call to fix our shower diverter and replace the fixtures. He was able to get us on the schedule right away and made knowledgeable recommendations for the right replacement fixtures we would need. He was even able to quote me over the phone after receiving some photos. His technician, Aaron, performed the repair. He was professional, able to articulate exactly what he needed to do and completed the repair in an appropriate amount of time. I highly recommend them and have already requested pricing for a couple other repairs we need!

Allen is definitely the plumber you need. He literally arrived within 20 minutes of my call. I liked that prior to coming out he provided me with quotes so that I knew what to expect. He was friendly, professional, and very affordable. He took the time to put on shoe covers and laid down towels to protect my wood floor. I called him for a clogged toilet. After it was unclogged, he noticed the toilet wobbled and offered to fix that issue for free. I love being able to support a small and local business. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

I called yesterday afternoon and got Allen who told me he could quote a price over phone and that he could get to me at 9 AM the next day. Aaron called after 8 AM today to say he was on his way. The price was reasonable, and I intend to call them when Im ready to make further repairs.
