My wife and I own a local business where we had an issue with a slow drain that eventually became backed up completely. I called several companies and only received return calls from two: one of them was 8Unclog. We ended up going with 8Unclog and I’m glad that we did because we had a great experience. I dealt with Dana who maintained great communication through the entire process. And when she and her coworker came out to our business to do the job they were professional, clean, efficient and extremely thorough. We wanted to get a video of the sewer line to see if there were any cracks or major flaws with the plumbing under the floor and they captured the video, put it on a little thumb drive and gave it to us. Dana also consulted with some additional personnel at her company about the video to give us their best opinion about what the video captured and the state of our sewer main and plumbing underneath the floor.I hope that I don’t need this service again anytime soon but if I do I have their number on speed dial. If you want someone who does what they say, when they say they are going to do it, Dana is that person. Highly recommend.

They was absolutely AMAZING! Our kitchen sink was backed up and after a long day at work I accidentally mixed drain cleaners. I was informed by poison control I needed to contact a plumber. I contacted them and another company and I’m so glad I choose them. On time and very friendly. Over 3 days of flushing and having a new pipe put in because the blockage was that bad. But hey I live in an older home. Everything’s working properly now. I appreciate the follow up texts as well.

I have nothing but good things to say about this plumbing company. From the initial contact to the completion of the tasks (two in one week, yes, they are that good that you will want to have them work on every plumbing issue you have!) This is a second excellent review of 8 Un-Clog services. I had them come out 11 months ago to unclog a stubborn clogged kitchen drain; but because we have old pipes they had to come back a second time 11 months later. They unclogged it the second time at no charge because it was within their 1 year warranty. He was thorough, prompt, clean and professional. I highly recommend this service!

First rate customer service! I called from the west coast to have a problem looked at on the east coast. Spent less than a minute on hold. Talked to a human who took down my info, and got a call back from 8UnClog within a few minutes. Scheduled an appointment for 9:30 the next morning. Dana showed up on time (actually early), diagnosed the problem, and removed a lot of dried paint someone had poured down the drain. Really nice to deal with. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do they will be the first one I will call.

Were very pleased with 8Unclogs work on our very stubborn kitchen sink drain. We threw everything we had at this clog, including buying a power snake and a longer manual one, nothing worked. Ken was prompt, thorough, patient with the job and clean. (Plus, he wore a mask the whole time, which greatly reassured me during this time of Covid). Hes stands by his work. We bought the weekly drain cleaner and will use accordingly, just as an added precaution since were now paranoid about clogs. Would highly recommend this company!

Very quick to respond and really friendly. We had a backed-up sewage system that they traced out to the street. While it ended up not being fixable from our end--the city had to fix their sewage pipes in the street--8 Un-Clog was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

We called 8Un-Clog to come clear our drains, because they were stopped up really bad. It was a mess of sludge and hair that had built-up over many years.They came to our home right away.Their hydrojet water machine blew all of that stuff away. Wow!We bought the weekly treatment to make sure they stay this way.Their work is guaranteed for one year.We recommend 8Un-Clog to anyone looking to get professional and knowledgeable help.They are the BEST!
