    Skylar came and helped us with our sewer line that’s been clogged by roots getting into the pipes. It’s only 2 degrees outside and he made sure we were taken care of to prevent this from backing up into our house, and he was a wealth of knowledge that did a fantastic job educating us on everything he was doing and why. 100% would recommend this service, and they offered a 3 month warranty in case we have any issues arise again!

    I sent an email to Roto Rooter late in the afternoon to set up an appointment. They called me quickly and had someone at our house within a couple hours. We got texts with a picture and info about the technician that was showing up at our door which I really appreciated for safety reasons. Once the technician, Jaden, showed up and looked everything over, we got a quote and they got to work. Not only were they fast getting back to me, the technicians worked until 11pm so that we wouldnt have to go until the next day without our bathroom working. Jaden and Wade were the two guys that came out and they were super friendly. Both guys worked quickly on their part of the job. Jaden did a fantastic job of explaining everything along the way and was very professional. Wade even nicely set aside the flower bulbs he happened to dig up when he was fixing our drain issue.I will 100% be calling them again if we have any plumbing issues in the future.

    The technician called ahead and was at the house when he said he would be. He did the work needed and was very friendly. Unfortunately we needed more done but he set us up with his supervisor to help us further. Highly recommend.Update: Had to dig up and repair a section of old sewer pipe. They got the work done as quickly as possible. The one thing that I would say is that we did not get a call to know when they were showing up to perform the work.

    The Technician, Skyler, went beyond what I expected. He took the time to explained step by step what he was going to do to fix the blockage at the house wall. He also explained the various options I had. He made me feel like my questions were valid and I didnt feel rushed by him. At the same time, the job was completed QUICKLY. THANK YOU STYLER!
