Our pipes was installed wrong in the utility room behind the washer. They relocated the pipes and checked for other issues thank goodness just one issue. They came on time and was so friendly and personable did excellent work quick. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. Honest and hardworking . Outstanding !!

I had a sink drain that was plugged up and I couldnt free it on my own. First off, I called and they answered the phone. Thats a big plus. Secondly, they were here very promptly and were able to clear the drain. The price was what I felt to be very reasonable. While they were here they were very clean, friendly, and courteous. I will call them again!

We live east of Shelbyville. This is our 2nd time working with them. We called them on a Friday. They said that they would call us on Monday to set things up. They called early Monday to set things up for the next day. They arrived early, completed the service quickly and were polite and easy to work with! Will call them with any future plumbing needs.

WE FOUND THEM !!!! Pipes were leaking in the basement. You know that will only increase. We live in Sullivan, Il and could not get anyone to return our calls locally. You know what you have to do, go to the next town and look. MC DOWELL PLUMBING, HEAT & AIR called right back and then came out two days later. There is something to be said for a father and son operation. ALL GOODPipes are fixed with NO annoying up-selling $$$. Price was right too. Sullivan, listen up there are people out there that still care about their business and they can be found in Mattoon. Thank you Bill and Pam

They installed our water heater and fixed our furnace the same day. Very personable, efficient and thorough in their work. Will use them again if needed. Just hope we won’t need to. 😂
