Had waited 6 days for the other company after receiving a qoute for $8000. They were going to tear out the basement floor and possibly part of the driveway. Called Genos Thursday evening. 4 of them were here the next day. They listened to my neighbor when he said both his and my plumbing systems were connected. The other company said that they would need a work order to go to the neighbors house. Genos just went to the neighbors house with the owner there, found that it had an established access point and through that point, was able to clear mine out without pulling up the basement floor or the driveway for only $250. Would definitely call them again. Highly recommend them.

We had been having problems for about 2 weeks! Came out that very day started working trying to figure out what was wrong. I was told they would have to dig up part of the yard to try and find a broken pipe in the leach field! Left was gone about an hour and was back with digging equipment and started the job! They found the broken pipe got it to drain with in just a few hours! Geno told me he was hoping that it was going to work and he would be back 1st thing in the morning to see if we have the problem fixed! Was back by 8am and we were good 2 go! I will be calling them for all my plumming need from here on out! Very great group of people to work with! Very honest and up front about cost and they had more then one plan if one fails!

I was absolutely astonished with the timeless and professional feeling I got from these guys! They made me feel like a person and not just another job! They were at my house and had the issue fixed in less than 24 hours! My son couldn’t even take a bath because of the issue I had. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with them! I am also a man that’s willing to pay extra for good customer service, I need to note that their prices are unbeatable based on how good they treat you and the performance they standardize on what I could only assume a daily basis! I finally found a plumber that made me and my son feel like more of a priority than my wallet and I will always recommend them!
