Very happy with their service. My tankless water heater holding tank began leaking all over my garage late in the afternoon. Had to turn all water off to the house to stop the flooding. Recently, we experienced a serious water leak that was originating from underneath our foundation. The situation was stressful, and I wasnt sure where to start. I reached out on social media for advice, and received a flood of responses. Among them was a message from the owner of a plumbing company who suggested I have someone come out and perform a leak detection service. He provided 3 companies to call he advised that not everyone had technology to identify where a leak was in a slab. I contact three other companies for detection services and one did come out, they detected it was under my water main and in my slab. They provided a quote to reroute my water main through my garage. That evening, I called Red Fox Plumbing. They responded promptly and came out the same night to assess the situation and provide a quote for service.Red Fox Plumbing provided a quote at a fraction of the cost that aligned with the repair options given by the first company. Their professionalism and efficiency were immediately apparent. They took care of everything quickly and effectively.I am thoroughly impressed with their service and will be using Red Fox Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. Shane, the owner, was very helpful about explaining to me all of the options I could chose from when replacing our 15 year old hot water tank. I was torn between a conventional hot water tank, and a tankless hot water system. Ultimately, I decided on a conventional tank with a 10 year extended warranty. Shane was very thorough during the installation process. He worked quickly and explained all details for each step of the installation. The new system works almost too well, as we had gotten used to water that was less than hot all of the time. The price quoted for the project was very reasonable, compared to other plumbing companies in South Charlotte. I would highly recommend Red Fox Plumbing!! Ill for sure be calling Shane for any future plumbing issues!

We have a tankless hot water heater that was not working. I saw Red Fox Plumbing recommended by several on the Nextdoor site so I gave them a call around 6pm. Since it’s not been scaled since install ten years ago, we had him do that as well. Not only is it working again, but our hot water heats up much quicker coming out the tap. Shane totally rocks. He was dispatched to me via my property management company for a backed up sewer main that totally incapacitated my family, and boy am I glad I got him! He showed up after hours, fixed everything while outside in the dark, and patiently explained everything to me despite my incessant questions while he was doing his job. He treated me with respect despite me not being the client (sadly this is more common than you would think in the rental world), and he was friendly and personable to boot. Shane was absolutely amazing!!! I just purchased my first home October 2023 and everything seemed fine until I noticed a cracked pipe and low water pressure. Granted I knew the house would have some issues because it was built year 1900 but it seemed to be problem after problem and so after 3 plumber quotes (who each made everything seem impossible and as if they didnt want to take on the challenge ) and many breakdowns later, I had a friend recommend Shane and Im so thankful. He made sure to breakdown everything he planned to do and answered every question my family and myself had even though Im sure it got very repetitive, but he took the time to ease every concern I had. It is so difficult to find trustworthy and reliable plumbers. He was referred to us by our electrician, so rather than pick a name off of the internet, we called him. I am SO happy that we didnt go with a large conglomerate plumbing company!! If you have a plumbing issue, definitely call Red Fox Plumbing!! When the temperatures recently plummeted into the single digits, a pipe in our laundry room froze and then burst. Water poured from behind the wall. My usual plumber was unavailable, so trying to find an alternate that was honest and reasonable was my dilemma. Having recently dealt with larger plumbing companies, I had experienced dishonest tactics, as well as having to listen to constant attempts at upselling additions to contracts and multiple options that I did not need. Then I found Red Fox Plumbing and I was hooked. Shane took my call and listened to my concern. He arrived promptly at agreed time. He saw the problem, took a photo and quoted a fair price. He quickly took care of the frozen pipe and we are now discussing replacing our leaky hot water heater. There were no attempts to sell me on any unneeded expenses, which was a blessing. His new partner in training, Jen, was extremely kind. She already has plumbing experience, but was learning the ropes of this new company. Without going into detail, please know that she presented as personable, honest, forthright, and as I said, very kind. These two, Shane and Jen, are a unique find these days. At this point, I highly recommend them not only for their solid service but for their ethics as well.
