This is an amazing small business company! We had an inspector guy Michael come in. He was very professional and kind. He brought in a camera to see what was the problem. He also got under the crawl space to finalize the statement of our problem.And to point out, we have something stuck in our plumbing system. Overall, I am very satisfied with the process, the inspection, and most of all, THE EXPLANATION. Now, waiting for their actual work. 👍👍👍

I needed a Irrigation Backflow Capped and removed form the Charlotte Water registry. I called multiple places and this place picked up the phone fast and answered all the questions I had regarding the service I was looking for.The sent a plumber to complete the service and he was fast and clean. Once the install was completed they sent the information to Charlotte Water for a follow up inspection service.When an issue arose with the inspection I was worried a bit , however their response was so fast and professional. It was fixed and reinspected within an hour and I really felt like they had things under control.Highly recommended to anyone needing a professional, prompt and accurate Plumbing service!

Alex was very professional. I was pleasantly surprised that he visited the site himself and sent me pics of the leak after receiving the address, even before I could go there to meet him. His team started the work on the promised date and finished it on time. Charges were reasonable. They had to dig a large hole to get to the leak but upon completion, you couldn’t tell that a major work was performed at the site. Overall, a great customer experience.

I called Direct Service Plumbing for an estimate on my water heater because of a leak. Alex came out the same night, which to me was surprising because now a days you have to wait for a while for someone to come. He looked at everything and gave me an estimate for the repairs that needed to be done. A few days later, I told him to put me on their schedule for the repairs to be done. They came out the next day to do the repairs. MIKE, the technician, gave me a heads up in advance that he is coming and did all the work promptly, professional and in a timely manner. So overall, I would recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing issues, and if I ever need a plumber, I will call them again. Thank guys.

Alex was referred by a friend of a friend of a friend and was at another location finishing a job until late Friday night. Alex not only came over to assess the issue, he (and his incredible sidekick Max) completed a removal and installation of a water tank finishing at 10:20pm. Since I have an irrigation system at my home, UC Water Dept was requiring residential owners to have their backflow system tested. I found Direct Service Plumbing was listed as an approved tester, so I called and made an appointment with Alex to come out on Monday. He came and found out the system did not pass, but said he would be able to overhaul it the same day if I wanted to. I agreed and he had to go back to Monroe to get the parts he needed. He returned and fixed the system, and it has PASSED! Alex was very professional and explained everything to me.

Since then Alex has done a few other jobs for our house. We needed a main water shutdown valve in the house and he was able to add that with no issues. Also, he and his team did a great job removing our water heater tank and replacing it with a tankless water heater. I highly recommend Direct Service Plumbing!
