Solid group. Starting from Jill, who answered many of questions and overall great communication. Spencer the owner is a straight up honest and straight forward guy. I never felt like I was getting a sales pitch. Just fix the problem kind of guy. His crew was courteous and hard working. They minimized the mess and cleaned up after themselves when they left. All in all a decent ending to a horrible sewer problem. Trees are bad!

NW Sewer helped us repair our failing sewer service. I really appreciate their prompt and honest service. They worked with us to schedule the work around our busy schedules which was very helpful. They installed a cured-in-place liner along a 25ft long section of our service, limiting disturbance of our yard where the line was over 6ft deep. All together they replaced or lined our entire service line to within feet of the public sewer main. While not an inexpensive job, their price for the work was fair and the final product looks and operates great.

Jill was able to schedule our hydro-jetting project on a day that was perfect for all parties. We were given a window of 8 am-10 am for the crew to show up and they arrived at 8:45. They were very professional and explained the process for each step. They took before and after video of our shared sewer line. The line had several root intrusions that almost totally blocked the line in places. After hydro-jetting the line, all those intrusions were gone and the line was clear from the clean-out to the main. After finishing, they cleaned up the area. We were very impressed by the job they did and would have no problem recommending the company to anyone needing this type of service.

I hired NW Sewer & Drain to address a sewer line that was completely blocked by tree roots. They hydrojetted and were able to address most of the roots but in order to get further out near the main line they needed to install a clean out and then hydrojet again. Spencer (owner), Jill who handles scheduling and their crew were delightful to work with. I was provided with videos and Spencer personally came out to explain what needed to be done. It was a very positive experience!

Some of the best folks I have worked with! Spencer was knowledgeable, friendly, and (perhaps most importantly of all in this business), trustworthy.And in my case, he literally saved me $15k! The work that another company said was necessary, he came out and looked at it, and then said it could instead be managed by much more affordable maintenance and even showed me how to do it myself. He also made sure I saw exactly what he was talking about, walking through the scope video with me on the spot.

Hydro-jetting of a root-infested tile side sewer, along with before and after video (with commentary) was done to our complete satisfaction. There was excellent communication along the way, including scheduling, equipment parking and proximity needs, to a final review of findings and recommendations. We have a link of the video that can be shared with other contractors should we choose to look into more permanent solutions. The crews thoroughness (the sewer is now essentially as clean as a whistle) and the companys overall professionalism made the experience as good as can be.

I was having trouble with a backed up main line and after describing the problem to one of their team members, received an immediate call back from Spencer who, while on his vacation, suggested trying a couple possible solutions. His advice cleared my main line and was graciously offered free of charge while taking some time-off from work. Spencer gave us options on how to fix this problem, one of which would not even involve his company because it was the best solution to our problem and one that required a plumber. My young kids and I came home to a gushing broken water main on New Years Eve. I immediately reached out to the top rated 3 plumbing companies in our area for service. N.W. Sewer and Drain were kind enough to immediately make contact with me within no time. They even came out on the New Year holiday, when no other companies I reached out to even comtacted me until the following day. The owner personally came to address the situation and make a game plan and quote. They went above and beyond during our dire emergency need. The hard working owners and service men were very professional and great to work with, exceeding expectations. The broken main water line was fixed very quickly. I couldnt be more greatful for their attention to the matter and my yard looked better than ever with their advanced non-invasive technology and attentiom to details. We were happily back in action in a timely manner. Even my neighbors were really impressed, since some have had similar issues previously with different companies and way more expensive repair costs. They are now the whole neighborhoods recommended go to for any water/sewer needs at an unbeatable price. Thank you so much! Spencer and his crew did an incredible job on my Moms sewer repair and lining job recently. We discovered that my Mom had a break in her 100 yr old sewer line, when the next door neighbor had work done on the shared sewer line between the two houses (sadly for them a horrible experience, moral of the story: NEVER use Beacon plumbing for anything)My Mom is 90 yr old and does well living independently, but managing complicated projects like this is hard. Spencer was so responsive and kind, and helped me and the neighbors navigate through the Beacon nightmare, by scoping and documenting the issues, and giving us advice. Phil and Robert were amazing -- each day they would call to let us know when they were coming, and at the end of they day, Phil would explain the work they had done to my Mom, and then would call me and explain what they had done. They are tidy, respectful, and great communicators.The job was a bit complicated because we wanted to tie in the downspouts. Spencer worked with us to find the best way to do the work, with the least amount of disruption for my Mom. Phil did all he could not to disturb my Moms landscaping, which was a high priority for her. From the beginning he invited us to check on their work, and ask questions through the process.We are very happy with the work NW Sewer & Drain did and cannot recommend them more highly. Spencer runs a business built on integrity, quality and accountability.

The bid contains all the work needed, the price is fair, the crew shows up on time, does the work, cleans up. The work is top notch. They are careful, answer all questions, and offer options if there are any. If only they did electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc...

We own a business in downtown Seattle and a recent sewer blockage threatened to close the business down. An unnamed rooter company spent two days attempting to clear the blockage and informed us that they thought we had a broken line. We called in N.W. Sewer and drain and they were able to clear the line with their hydrojet equipment in about 30 minutes. They were highly professional, thorough, and knowledgable, and I would strongly recommend them for any sewer or drainage issue.

Spencer, Jennifer, and his crew are all top notch professionals. We needed substantial work done on the sewer line at a home we recently purchased. We needed a hole by the sidewalk repaired (which required digging down 4 feet), and a liner installed (which required removal of some of our driveway). In short, its almost like they werent here. Both jobs were completed on time and by crews that were incredibly mindful of our time and property. Jennifer communicated promptly and was always responsive and accurate, which is especially important for jobs that require permitting from the city, 3 days of work, of which 1 day you cant use any water in your home. In addition, instead of doing the least possible amount of work to get the job done, they did what would last the longest and also be the easiest to maintain in the future. I am confident that our sewer system is not going to be an issue any longer, and these folks are to thank. If you need work done on your home, dont look elsewhere.

There is no salesy vibe--- but rather a straightforward & factual approach supported by their camera that shows you the issue(s) at hand. We hired them to troubleshoot a longstanding issue and thanks to Spencers diligence and expertise, were able to identify the issue in the pipe was leftover aggregate/concrete slurry that had been washed down the drain when the new driveway got installed. It left chunks of hard concrete in the pipe and we never would have had this level of detail or effort from your basic rooter type of crew. Jill in the office is equally fantastic, professional and efficient. They are a great team and we will continue to use them and refer them!

I HIGHLY recommend NW Sewer & Drain. Spencer and his team saved my family over $20,000! We had a different plumbing company come out to clear our sewer line, that company declared our line was broken and that we needed to replace the entire line (upwards of $22,000). Thankfully our Realtor recommended NW Sewer and Drain for a 2nd opinion. Spencer and his team came out and jetted our line clear. It was not broken.
