    Great service by Josh. He came out on a Sunday to our rental house when are new tenants were complaining of cold water and we were out of town. The pilot light was out so he got that going and checked the rest of the hot water heater to ensure it was working. Will call Apollo again!

Installed a new heater and helped me sop up all the water in the garage and also hauled away a big pile of cardboard that was soaked through.     In-wall supply valve repair at apartment building. Did a great job, exactly what was needed, and very responsive. It was a Saturday morning leak call so I cant complain about the pricing which I agreed to, but it ended up being about $1,000 per hour. Would have them back again, but would take extra stop gap measures to avoid emergency status.

    Josh was awesome! He replaced the leaking pipes behind our washing machine, installed a new and better valve, and then climbed through our attic and dove into the tiny crawlspace under the house (which two separate inspectors had declined to do) to make sure nothing else was wrong.     This morning I noticed water leaking from the ceiling of one of our rooms. Frantically, I called around for help and I am so thankful and glad I came across Apollo Plumbing. The representative who set up the appointment was super friendly. She gave an estimated time of arrival for the technician, and sure enough he arrived around that time. Josh was absolutely amazing, from beginning to end. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough.     Apollo Plumbing is great! We called on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Katie who was very friendly and efficient. She scheduled us for the very next day and there was no upcharge for it being a weekend.     I have worked with several plumbers in the past. (Not one of the trades Im great at) I had a backed up sink drain the night before a holiday party. I called there 24 hour hotline and Jason showed up at 10 am the next morning. He was very clean and professional. I even received a text message with his photo before he arrived.I have read some of the other reviews that say the price was too high. Owning a trades business myself I found the price more than for that kind of service. When I have 14 guests showing up for dinner the last thing I need is a dirty, unprofessional Craigslist contractor showing up at my door. We will use again!

    Apollo (Austen and office team) worked with me for days and days to get my basement sink leak fixed. Patient and helpful, I never felt like they rushed me. Finally found a sink cabinet to replace the pedestal sink which matches the wall color perfect. Great support, reasonable price, patient. Home Depot in Snohomish were so helpful in finding the perfect cabinet. Whew it’s done.

    Geoff and Jokobe were wonderful!!!! We had a emergency call on a Saturday. Sewage was backing up into the downstairs shower. Turns out the sewage ejector pump was broken!     I was very impressed with Geoffs professionalism, knowledge and courtesy on his visit to repair a slow leak in our kitchen sink. While he was here, we discussed other plumbing concerns, one of which was the hot water supply to our shower which had become erratic. In checking the age and condition of our water heater, he explained why it would be to our advantage to do a replacement. He was able to get a quote while he was here on the service call and the new water heater was installed 2 days later. Based on the service we got from Goeff, we would use Apollo Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

    We had an issue with our shower, where there were issues with leaking through our shower knob, and it was getting worse and worse. After checking with some other plumbing agencies and being a bit distraught regarding service response and price, etc, we settled on Apollo Plumbing.     My sewer was backing up into my downstairs bathroom, very disgusting. I called Apollo around 5 that evening and Geoff was at my house trying to clear the clog within an hour! Unfortunately it was worse than expected, but they were back the next day and by the end of the day we could flush again! They also installed outside clean outs to make it easier in the future. I highly remmend Apollo plumbing! Ialso received a surprise thank you in the mail about a week later. I will absolutely use them again, but hopefully I wont have to!

    If I were just rating the service tech, then this would be an easy review - he was amazing. 6 out of 5! More than happy to explain everything with the job to my 10 year old son, answering all his questions, even getting him to help. And yes - the job was done quickly, well, and professionally. He clearly took a lot of pride in what he did.The price was a little higher than I was expecting, but I get that’s a reality that we don’t like to face.The one negative was that they originally came on the Monday to check out what needed to be done - and then didn’t phone me back to sort out when they’d come to do the job - thankfully when I called them they were able to fit me in the next day, so it all worked out!

    Jason and his co worker showed up early and treated me very professionally and empatheticly. As Ive been preyed on before by other plumbing services I had some anxiety. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and assured me that they would get someone out to me as soon as possible, she said she would call me back with a more firm time after she rearranged a few things. They made it out to me and Mark was very knowledgeable and efficient and took care of the clog in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company for any type of emergency, or plumbing issues.

    Yeah, very personable and responsive from start to end. I called them a bit late at night because i had an emergency but they calmed me down over the phone and guided me on how to temporarily fix the issue until they could come themselves and handle it.Everyone i spoke to, were extremely kind and understanding and when two of their plumbers arrived (they arrived early the next day so i didn’t suffer without water for too long) they were pleasant and helped me understand what had happened and what needed fixing, and that it wasn’t as bad as I thought.My dog also liked them so that was a good sign as well.It was dealt with very quickly and they educated me on what to do if any other issues arise and what i need to pay attention to.I really appreciate them for assisting me so quickly because it is getting colder by the day and a girl definitely needs her hot water heater to work.Thanks again guys

    We got our quote with Mark the same day we called for service. He was excellent, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He moved quickly to get the work started for us. Geoff and David ended doing a huge job for us. They started the very next day. They connected a backflow valve from our new water meter and then continued pipes through our driveway, under our foundation and connected into our house piping. They also had to disconnect 10 feet of our piping from our old well. They were positive, kind, quick to do their job, extremely professional, and very understanding of our situation without water as we have two small children and animals also to take care of. Amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend them just based on their customer service alone. Their work was excellent quality.
