I asked Browns to come back to my house and repair a copper leak. I claimed should be under warranty, but in reality it had nothing to do with the work they had done. Not only did Browns come take a look at my leak but they helped diagnose the issue. Then they did not charge me a 1 cent. I was responsible for a service call (at least $150), but they did not charge me. Their original work was leak free and still doing its job perfectly. If you are looking for customer service, I would recommend Browns Plumbing.

The best service by far. Cameron helped me trouble shoot my water system free of charge. Troy and Anthony worked hard to find and repair a water leak problem for over 5 hours. They were professional and explained every step along the way as they went on about their business. Great service. Great job. Great people. Call Browns Plumbing for any water issues from pumps to Spas. The entire team there is the best by far. Customer service is priority one for them. Very pleasant on the phone and in person. I’m new to hot tubs the staff at the shop, walked me through all of the chemicals needed and the proper timeline for cleaning. I had been researching online, and was aware of the procedures. But it was nice to see the products in person and hear of recommendations. He wasn’t pushy with trying to up sell. Actually he was letting me know how well secific products work compared to others. It was very helpful and insightful.

I posted on a local FB community page looking for a plumber referral.I received 3 recommendations for Browns and a customer tagged Gregory as well.He recommended I call him and we look into a few potential causes for my problem (bathroom drain odor), before I resort to a service call.In 10 minutes, he patiently walked me through everything and we found the culprit (open sink drain pipe during remodel).He was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Now I can make nighttime trips to the nursery without stressing over that smell!Thank you so much for being so caring and not immediately booking an appointment!Customer for life right here!

Cameron at Browns Plumbing did a good job of answering all my questions about the water line replacement and addressing my concerns. He also sent me plenty of photos as the job progressed, which was really helpful considering that the work was done at a rental that I couldnt easily visit during the virus restrictions. I would definitely recommend Browns for your plumbing needs.

I have used Browns Plumbing for years for all kinds of plumbing needs: hot tub problems, frozen well pipes, broken residential pipes, etc. They have always done an EXCELLENT job, been reasonably priced, and they really know what they are doing. Its true that they do the emergencies first, so when my problem was not an emergency I have had to make an appointment for another day. And because they actually have a life at home, they dont work 24/7. I highly recommend Browns Plumbing, Pumps, & Spas.

I just had the best experience I’ve had in a long time! Cody(not sure how his names is spelled) come to my house. Fix a leak I’ve had in my bathroom upstairs for the last 7ish months, also replaced my toilet DOWNstairs because it was “running” every 4 min 🙄. It’s such an old toilet that the “guts” inside couldn’t even be replaced. Cody had everything he needed to fix my leak and replace my toilet in a reasonable time! Would highly recommend and hope you have the same amazing experience I did!

Tech- Plumber showed up 10 minutes early. Was quick to understand the problem, we had blown out the exterior faucet (due to freezing temps). Called on Tuesday, and said they would be available in a week, manager called back, and arrive in next day. Fast, and the price was quoted on phone. Recommend.

I had Browns out this past week to replace a water heater, and was extremely pleased with the level of service and value they provided. The installation crew arrived on time and got right to work. The gentlemen were very friendly, polite, and respectful. My garage is very disorganized and they had to take extra time to carefully navigate their way over to the work site. The job was completed quickly and in a very clean manner, and the bill was below the verbal estimate I was given. Cameron stayed in touch before and after the work was completed to make sure all the details were attended to. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be using Browns for future work at my house, and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone.
