I recently had the pleasure of using Streety Plumbing, and I cant recommend them highly enough! When my sinks became clogged, I was in a bit of a panic with Thanksgiving coming up and people coming over. but they were able to send a plumber out on the same day I called. The team was not only fast but also incredibly effective and professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything unclogged in no time.The level of service I received was outstanding, and I felt confident in their expertise throughout the process. I have been calling on Streety Plumbing since 2019 when I inherited the house after my mother passed away. She and my father had been using them for years and years before. Two generations of owners have done work on this old house, and we have always been pleased.Chris and Hunter are top notch plumbers and just great guys. I have always gotten my calls answered and their response time is amazing, even in peak season.I had to call them just now for a clogged toilet. I spoke to Chris and he said they would get to me as soon as they could.My doorbell rang ten minutes later. It was Hunter. He had the clog cleared in another ten minutes.I can’t say they are ALWAYS that fast, but that is the second or third time they have responded in less than an hour. Almost always the same day, or the next.From simple jobs like a clog to complete renovations and pipe replacements and updates (bringing an old home up to code), Streety Plumbing has always come through for me.They are my go-to guys for ANY plumbing job I have.Give them a call. You’ll be glad you did.

My kitchen sink and dishwasher were backed up. I called them, and they put me on their list immediately. A few hours later two employees showed up and very throughly checked every line, drain, septic system line, and vent. They worked hard and got my sink and dishwasher back in working order quickly. They were friendly, helpful, and very respectful. They were very affordable and didn’t over charge. I was expecting to spend quite a bit more so I was extremely pleased with their pricing. I will definitely call them again with any plumbing needs. I highly recommend Streety Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!! I’ve called Streety Plumbing countless times, for issues big or small. And every time I call, I receive an answer right away. Despite the weather conditions, they have come out right away. Hunter and the guys over at streety plumbing are very professional, punctual, and courteous.. They always address my problem with ease, and also ask before leaving if there’s anything else that needs to be looked at. I stay out of town, and researched companies online to use for several leaks I had at a property in Waskom. I am so grateful that I found Streety Plumbing. I drove up and met with Chris to go over all the issues at the property, he made me feel so comfortable about hiring him/his team to do the work while I was away the following week. Well, I must say, Streety Plumbing exceeded my expectations. They came when promised, completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, the price point was affordable/reasonable, and the repairs were guaranteed. When I came back to the property a few weeks later, everything worked in top notch condition. I highly recommend Chris and his team at Streety Plumbing!!!!

After hiring another plumber to come out twice to locate and repair a stopped up septic drain, their fix did not last and they would not be able to come back for 4 days. I couldn’t get anyone to come do the repairs in a timely manner. They also didn’t even have a pipe camera. I called Chris at Streety Plumbing and he said they would be here within the hour, and they would stay as long as it took to help with our situation. I was happy that the owner was actually here to perform the work himself. He diagnosed the problem quickly with his pipe camera and found the problem. He informed me that I had two septic tanks and located the one that was completely stopped up and dug out the access, so that the septic company could come pump out the tank. The price was very reasonable and I would have gladly paid more.Many thanks to Chris and Streety Plumbing! You saved the day!

Beyond Stellar service, craftsmanship, and professionalism!After having barely slept since Fridays freeze 3 days ago, Chris and his team showed up the same day we called and quickly corrected our failed & frozen spigot and piping. Having just purchased our home a month ago we missed correctly insulating one odd corner area outside. Streety Plumbing quickly deduced the error replaced the old copper with PEX and treated us as if we were their only customers. I was not expecting to find help for at least a week with the number of failed plumbing around us.Simultaneously they fielded multiple calls for help from others suffering from this once in a lifetime event.Its pretty rare to have 10 degrees in Texas and just as rare to find service of this calibre... especially during the Holiday season.My sincerest thanks to this small Band of Brothers for their selfless and tireless efforts supporting NE Texas. We will be calling again soon for our other planned projects!

Streety Plumbing is THE company I will use for plumbing needs. Called today, Saturday afternoon, I was not getting any hot water from my Navien tankless water heater. He was out of town…way out, in another state actually and he walked me through a reset/fix so I will have hot water. Now who does that!?! STREETY does!! Will call Monday and get an appointment with them to flush my tankless water heater. Thank you for your patience and concerns about my water heater working. You are very much appreciated.

At 7:30 pm , I could not get an outside water faucet to shut off . I called Streety Plumbing and he called back in just a few minutes . They were here in less than 5 minutes , changed out my faucet , charged me a very fair price and my problem was solved within 20 minutes , I am very grateful for Chris and his helper !
