Another Big Plumbing company gave us an estimate of nearly 7K to replace entire main line pipe from the well to filtration system.Cooley spent less than 2 hours to get under home find an elbow that corroded and burst. Repaired the elbow and fixed our water problem for less than $300.They returned to do a tricky anode rod replacement due to the small closet our water heater was in. Parts and labor all in less than $400.Trustworthy, dependable and got the job done with the wife happy and no second mortgage.

Cooley installed a new water heater for my house ~ 5 years ago. The tank failed this week and started leaking. Cooley sent out a crew (Danny and Tim) who showed up this morning on time as expected and replaced the tank with a brand new model in about an hour as it was under a 6 year warranty. So nice to see a company stand by their product! And Danny and Tim could not have been nicer. Thanks Cooley Service.

I have to say... this company is phenomenal! Everytime I have called and by chance had to leave a message, the office orTechnician returns my call promptly and when I say promptly you know !! It is a business (its within a couple of hours) the lady that is in the office is wonderful your not just a number the companies technicians call the morning of the said appointment to confirm the time window , and if the Technician is running late from his previous service appointment he calls to let you know!! What more could you ask??I cant say enough about the Professionalism along with kindness and respect that these people have. Up to date knowledge --but ---OLD SCHOOL KINDNESS.

I have been using this company for a few months for some work related to a recent home purchase, and they are outstanding. Theyre responsive, timely, and honest (only do what is needed they dont upsell like big companies do). I would recommended them to anyone.
