Called because our outdoor plumbing from our well shed was busted. Came same day, did amazing job, very fast in the cold, wet weather. Total price came in at the low end of a competitors bid (who couldnt come from 2-3 days!). Very polite, very professional. Solved a problem I had with the well shed without me even asking, improved our ability to water our animals. Highly recommend!

We have used this plumber twice in the last six months. Having just completed a full home renovation, we needed a lot of work and have used multiple plumbers. Preston Nealy will be the first one I call from now on. They have always responded in a timely manner, showed up when they say, or have called to let me know they were running late. They fix us up in no time, are courteous, and knowledgeable.

My hot water heater went out and it took several days to get in touch with Sears to get a rep out to troubleshoot the issue. He comes out and tells me that there are 2 parts that are not working and it would be $793 + labor to fix a 10 yr old unit. He then tells me that he has his own business on the side and can get me a new hot water heater with installation for $1000. He says he can be at my home by 6pm the next day. Keep in mind that I am still taking cold showers before work. He was a NO SHOW yesterday. He did answer my call at 5:45 and did not even know who I was. He claimed that his helper had already picked up the heater during lunch and he was running a bit late but would come. Nope, never showed up. So glad I called Preston Nealy. He and his helper did such a great job, went above and beyond. It cost a bit more but well worth it!! I know it was done right. Hot shower tomorrow!!!!!

I called Preston Neely Plumbing to fix a well pump that wasn’t working properly. Upon inspection they quoted me a price to fix it and then during the process they realized that the pump wasn’t the actual issue. They got everything running for LESS THAN HALF of the original quote and I could not be happier! Very honest plumber and I highly recommend! By the way, all of this occurred without me ever setting foot on the property. He could have easily just said “we fixed it” and stuck with the original quote and I would have been none the wiser. It’s refreshing to see honestly like that from a service provider. Thank you, Preston Neely!
