This guy goes above and beyond. First of all, he’s prompt, and he doesn’t waste time. Second of all, he charged me less than what he quoted, 🤯 because he didn’t need any extra parts to change out my water heater with the new one I had purchased. Bob actually had to remove a part of our wall to get the new water heater in due to the size, and he put everything back better than he found it. I had mentioned a leaky tub drain that so wanted him to come back and look at, but instead he just brought in a tool, tightened it up, and went on his way. So thankful for an honest repair man that does good work!🙌

New Years Eve did not go as planned....pipes were clogged and Im not even going to explain how we handled the lack of working drains or toilets. But, I had a great recommendation to contact Role Model Plumbing and they have saved the day! Not only was Mr. Dawg prompt but when he said hed have to return he did so! And not 6 or 8 hrs later either. He was back in about an hour with help and now my family can enjoy the rest of New Years Day in comfort! Thank you a million times over!

I had a massive leak requiring that caused me to turn off the water. Bob came within an hour from around 30 miles away, found the problem and fixed it immediately.
