We had the honor of working with Scott and the rest of the Ultimate Construction crew to build our new home! We talked with so many builders but were referred to Scott by my parents neighbor and we knew immediately that he was the right builder for us. From start to finish Scott was professional, timely and incredibly helpful. He took our dream and made it a reality. Even with the unknowns/ unprecedented construction delays that the pandemic brought us, Scott kept us informed every step of the way and ensured the job got done. If you are looking to build a high quality home with someone who doesnt take shortcuts, Scott is your guy. We had an excellent experience with Ultimate Construction. Scott built us our dream home while staying within our budget and on schedule. The building process was fun and exciting with very little stress. Anyone who has reservations about building a new home and all the stressors that go along with it should speak with Scott. Such a great experience! We spent 2 years vetting out builders and are so so SOO Happy we went with Scott at Ultimate Construction! He took our hand-drawn vision and created something more beautiful than we could have ever imagined.We chose to stay in our home during the construction process putting a large addition on. The Team was amazing! Very considerate of us living in the mess-thoughtful of our schedules, talked through our ideas and were quick to always respond. It truly felt like a collaborative approach with Scott adding years of experience and expertise to our crazy idea of what we wanted the end result to be.The entire process felt open, transparent and we really appreciated such great communication with Scott and his team.Since starting this project, weve had people stop to take pictures almost weekly-their work has literally stopped traffic!!
