    Keating Plumbing & Heating came to do the annual maintenance on our furnace. The technician was running behind and the office called to let me know, which was very convenient for someone who works from home.Grace was our service technician and I cannot say enough about her friendly and professional manner. Grace took the time to thoroughly explain the issues and the performance of our heating system. Grace was extremely patient with answering all of my questions and was very efficient on completing the work.I will be requesting Grace for our annual inspection of our units. Thank you Grace and Keating Plumbing and Heating for making me a very happy customer!

    I called Keating in the morning on Thursday to ask if they could service my furnace after my own propane company said I had to wait until Spring. They sent Grace out THAT AFTERNOON! Grace was extremely professional and efficient and reviewed everything she did with me and provided recommendations. Im honestly blown away at the outstanding level of service provided by Keating!

    Yesterday, the gas furnace in our recently purchased condo stopped providing heat. I contacted Keating Plumbing & Heating and they promptly sent out Grace, one of their gas technicians. My wife and I were so pleased with her friendly and professional manner. As a retired engineer, I was interested in observing her work. She started checking the most obvious and common instigators and quickly determined the root cause. She described to me how the faulty components caused the no heat situation. She replaced, adjusted, cleaned and tested. The furnace actually sounded quieter which made my wife happy. When the unit was opened, Grace pointed out and explained to me the gas furnace safety features which I really appreciated. This is the first gas furnace that I have owned and I now have a greater comfort level with it. Grace is an excellent technician and I will request to have do my annual service.

    Overnight our furnace wasnt able to keep up with the bitter cold, this morning it was -7° outside! We placed an emergency call to Keating Plumbing and Heating. Grace came out and troubleshooted our furnace and got it up and running in the most professional and pleasant way. Highly recommend Keating Plumbing and Heating.

    We recently had Keating install an electric water heater, a Mitsubishi mini-split AC and they also serviced and repaired our oil furnace. The whole team was good from Mary-Ellen and Allison in the office, Chris in sales, Kevin the manager, Nathan the plumber, and Mason and Grace who installed the mini-split. They were easy to work with and the whole process from quote to finished work was one week! I do recommend Keating Plumbing & Heating! Everything looks good and works well - I’m happy! Dick B

    Nathan installed a new kitchen faucet for us this week, and did a beautiful job. I asked if hed mind taking a look at a toilet that wasnt flushing properly. He did so cheerfully and found and fixed the problem in about 2 minutes flat. He always goes the extra mile for us, and hes one of the reasons were loyal Keating customers.

    Eric and Jake showed up today at 7:30am to install a Mitsubishi 2-Zone Mini-Split in my old Cape home. They were kind, knowledgeable, and got straight to work upon arrival.     We would like to thank the folks at Keating for doing a great job for us on 2 projects. Allison coordinated it all and her follow-up was very organized and prompt. We had a tricky hot water heater leak that required warranty work and a lot of plumbing expertise. Max did this successfully and with great care. We also needed a new central AC installed. Eric and Matt completed this project in one day and were professional and friendly (even to our BIG dog!). Thank you all for jobs well done!

    Nick and Matt arrived right on time this morning (less than a week from signing the contract to the finished job!) to install a new mini-split in our bedroom. I hardly knew they were here all morning as they completed a great job getting it up and running. They took the time to show me how to operate it, and gave me pointers on keeping the compressor protected in the wintertime. They were both very friendly and very efficient at their work.

    From start finish, working with Keating was great. Brandon walked us through the buying process and answered all our questions. On the day of installation, Eric, Nick, Ethan and Mark (?) were friendly, professional and worked well together to complete a big job in one day. They kept us informed of what was happening throughout the installation. At the end of the day, Eric did an excellent job of demonstrating how to use the mini-split units and proper care moving forward. We also appreciated their respect in regard to our pets. Our only thoughts about the process are that it was obvious that more than two installers were needed for an installation of this size, which necessitated Erik needing to request additional help. We highly recommend Keating Plumbing and Heating.

    I have nothing but praise for Allison, Mason and Nick! They were all very patient with and professional. We purchased a mini split system in January from another company that shall remain nameless at this time. We had an issue with one of the units having an awful smell like dead fish. We contacted the installer and after several emails were told there was nothing wrong with the unit and he couldn’t get here for 3-4 months..This was right before the heatwave in June. I contacted Keating and Allison was able to get us on the schedule for the following Monday, just before the heatwave commenced. Mason and Nick were perplexed initially but confirmed they could smell what we were smelling. They kept at trying to come up with what could possible be causing the issue and were able to nail it down to the condensate drain line was not properly installed. They made a temporary repair and we’ve had no issues since. We are awaiting a reply from our installer regarding a proper permanent repair. Regardless, our business will be going to Keating in the future!

    We have used Keating Plumbing & Heating to service our boiler and perform annual maintenance. They have been great to work with! But when we lost heat and hot water after a recent ice storm, Keating stepped up in a major way! I came down to check my boiler early on a Sunday morning and found a large puddle of water and I couldnt get it to fire. I called their 24 hour emergency line and the on-call Technician called me back in a few minutes. He explained that while they have most basic parts on their trucks, the problem I was describing would likely require specialized parts that they can only get during regular business hours, (i.e. not on a Sunday). The Technician was trying to save me the emergency service fee, which I very much appreciated. So, thanks to a woodstove that gave us heat, we decided to wait until the next day when I called to have someone come out and diagnose the problem with our boiler. When the Tech came on Monday, the quick conclusion was that the cast iron heat exchanger had cracked and we needed a new boiler. This is about 10:30 AM on Monday. By noon, the Keating Salesman was at my dinning room table going over our options and provided a 0% financing option. By Wednesday, a Team of 3+ Technicians was at my house installing our new boiler. It took until Thursday morning to get the new boiler fired up, (no fault of Keating). But a brand new boiler, and a new heating zone in our basement, in less than 4 days blew us away! The Team from Keating bent over backwards to help us and we are forever grateful! Brandon, Ethan, Max and Nick from Keating are true heroes as far as were concerned! If you need plumbing or heating work done and you want it done right when time is of the essence, Keating is the one to call. Thanks Keating. . . my family and I will be forever grateful!!!!

    We just had mini-splits installed in our home. I have to talk about the crew of Eric, Jake, and Max. They were hard working and they had their work cut out for them with going through the very narrow crawl space and cutting through some foundation support beams to get to the compressor. We are very happy with the mini-splits and are enjoying the warmth they bring.

    I live in MA and they still took me on as a customer. The staff is so nice and easy to deal with. They go out of their way to help.In late June of 2023 I called about an issue with my AC. They didnt have any openings for two weeks but got me in in one week. It was diagnosed quickly that I needed a coil for my Lennox air handler. The day it was received the technicians were out the next day. They were knowledgeable about replacing the unit and stayed until it was installed even though it was past their working time. I have used this company for three years and have never been disappointed.

    We had Keating install a Mitsubishi Hyperheat system with wall units in each room. It was a complicated and lengthy installation, and it was performed to perfection. Eric, Mason and Connor are very professional, they were quiet and continously cleaned up after themselves. We couldnt be any happier!     Max the technician did a fabulous job. I was told when my whole house filter system was installed 5 years ago that if the filter is bad I would lose water pressure. My pressure never went down. Max suggested we should at least take a look at the filter...Max was spot on. My filter was as black as pitch and filled with dirt and particles. Well pleased with Max.

    Had a sump pump issue. First, many years ago when our basement first flooded, only Keating stepped up for us and got here to get the pump installed. Slight issue recently and, again, Keating got someone here. Nathan took care of the issue and did some things to make our pumping system even better.     The selection of our Mitsubishi split system was quick and painless! Mike had the scope and specifications for the installation within 48 hours of my call. It was only two weeks to get the compressor and inside units (2) and have them installed. The team of two installers came on time the day of installation and finished by 3 PM. They were neat, courteous, and respectful of our property and completely cleaned up all packing and construction debris. They even picked up all of the wire ends they had to strip. We are completely satisfied with the entire experience. The units work wonderfully in heating mode. We have yet to use the AC or dehumidifying modes, but I am sure they will work out as well.

    Our experiences began with house winterization and quickly moved to installation of a Mitsubishi split system. Good price and professional quick install. kumo cloud works great for remote control of temperature. I typically do almost all of my own plumbing work but Ive been so impressed with the people at Keating that we are getting g them for our entire house remodel.     I have had Keating plumbing and heating put a mini split at my home 2 years ago. They were very professional and the work was good for my home. So this year I had them ago put a mini spilt in my grandsons home as well. They also come do my cleaning of my furnace each year.     They did the job, and did it right, when other companies were backed up for weeks. My only criticism is that the job could have been done faster. Brandon the salesman came to our house and took many pictures and measurements so the Tech knew what needed to be done with no surprises.     Keating has been a godsend! Based upon urgency, they have always come through and provided excellent service. Office staff is friendly and efficient. I have had the privilege of working with Nathan on more than one occasion for both work and residential facilities. He has been so thorough and pleasant.
